Good selection, very nice boss, and also very good cuisine

Although we arrived a little later than reserved, we were served very well and nicely. The food was very tasty and the prices were reasonable and certainly not too expensive. Ambiance is very cozy and stylish. We (6 people) really enjoyed the evening.

The food was very tasty so you can definitely recommend the pizzas, it was cool even though there was no bruschetta on the menu you could have some 👍

Although this is a general Italian restaurant, we came to try the pizza. Ours had excellent and crispy thin crusts, unlike the soggy middles you find at a lot of Italian restaurants. These were not unlike New York pizza, with a satisfying crunch and good flavor. Super friendly staff too. They deserve your patronage.

I was there today with my company, the food was really bad, we had carbonara, I couldn't make it that bad at home, bacon was good but the carbonara sauce, I can't describe it, wasn't edible. When the waitress asked if it was good and I said it wasn't it was simply ignored.

I've been to this restaurant for years and it's usually been really good. However, I won't go there from now on. I ordered pizza the last 4 times and always pointed out that I wanted it without mushrooms. And every single time this was brought to me with mushrooms, of course. Which of course I pointed out. The service staff acknowledges this with a smile and doesn't change anything about it. Also no refund, an apology or anything, just nothing. I've always been there with business partners and customers, but now I'm definitely not going there anymore.

We were there on Wednesday July 17th. have lunch with you. We had two menus: one was salad with pizza and one was soup with pizza. Carrot cream soup was cold. Pizza was unusable. We have never eaten such bad pizza. The cheese was kind of cheap, very crass. The great thing was the dessert and the used espresso cup. Even the lips 👄 are still there. Very primitive!!! Dessert was a piece of OLD cake and a sloppy yoghurt sauce, nothing a chef would do, it was sickening. We always came to eat with you. Everything was great, service and also the kitchen and the food was always good. After the experience last time, every franc is a shame to invest with you. The disappointment with their company was very great.

Le restaurant se trouve juste en face de la Migros à Horw. Il y a deux salles à manger. Je suis allé manger 3 fois le samedi, souvent vers 13h, il y a relativement peu de gens. Les tables sont assez distantes les unes des autres. Même le samedi il y a 4-5 menus : soupe/salade, plat et un peu dessert. Par exemple toutes les menus pizzas sont à 20.50 francs. J'aime ce restaurant, les plats sont bons, le serveuses sont sympas.

Enzian under Rafa Martinez is probably at a Michelin 1 Star level. It is by far the best eat in the Luzern area (and in the most unlikely of all places in Horw). Take this from a Dane with plenty of culinary experience from top places in Copenhagen, NY and London and who has eaten at most of the top 20 places in Luzern.Take the 15 course menu. It is innovative, daring and different in a way you rarely see here. Without being overloaded or pretentious. Just go.

We took the 15 course meal, it was exceptional. Refined, unique tastes and unexpected combinations executed by the head chef Rafa Martinez, who came to our table and explained every course himself. Only negative feeling came from the staff that came extremely regularly at our table to ask how everything was. Other than that, would totally recommend it

Wir waren zum Abendessen in der Osteria Pizzeria Enzian. Zuerst muss erwähnt werden, dass die Küche sehr fein und schön zubereitet wird. Leider fiel uns auf, dass neues Servicepersonal kaum deutsch versteht resp. spricht und das wir sehr lange nicht bedient wurden. Dies ist nicht akzeptabel und sollte schnellstens behoben werden.

Freundliche Bedienung. Wir hatten ein hervoragendes Ossobuco! Preise angemessen.

Einfach super lecker.Das Personal war mega freundlich und angenehm beim Service überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Rafa Martinez der Küchenchef hat alle Gänge persönlich am Tisch erklärt. Der Kerl versteht sein Handwerk! Echt top sehr zu empfehlen.Der Preis unschlagbar 99.- für ein Top 15 Gänge Menu auf aller höchstem Niveau!!!

Die Tische wurden einwandfrei gereinigt und die Sitzgelegenheiten waren äußerst bequem.Dort erhält man beides: freundliche und schnelle Kellner.Aus unserer Sicht ist ein Treff da rundweg empfehlenswert.Günstige, diverse Auslese an Gerichten und Getränken. Ich habe mich mit meiner Mutter wirklich besonders darüber gefreut, endlich ein Lokal in unserer Nähe aufgespürt zu haben, was wir uns ohne Einschränkung auch noch am Ende des Monats leisten können.

Wir wurden von Head Chef Rafa Martinez hervorragend bekocht und verwöhnt. Weiter so!

Mein Mann und ich finden das Gasthaus zeitgemäß für alle Anlässen — unerheblich ob mit Kollege, Bekannten oder Familie.Mein Mann und ich sind vollauf positiv überrascht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiedererscheinen.Hier erhält man beides: freundliche und flotte Bedienung.Preisgünstige, unterschiedliche Auslese an Essen und Drinks. Ich habe mich mit meiner Herzensdame wirklich ungemein darüber gefreut, zu guter Letzt ein Wirtshaus in unserer Umgebung entdeckt zu haben, welches wir uns ohne Einschränkung auch bis dato am Ende des Monats leisten können.

At the outset, I have to say that in my 4 years of living in Switzerland, this is my best meal yet! Brought my overseas friends for the 15 course tasting menu (dinner) and we were blown away. The creative genius of Spanish chef Rafa Martinez is truly a gift and the beautiful presentation of the dishes a real sight to behold! The owner Sandra Santos provided great hospitality and did her best to translate in English the complex menu (chef Martinez does not speak English). A special mention must be made to the waiter Rogerio Guoveia for his excellent service, witty repartee and great sense of humour which contributed immensely to the enjoyment of the whole evening. Highlights were the octopus, purple potato crisps, beetroot gazpachio, cheese and truffle, seabass with banana sauce (yes, really!) and the heavenly chocolate dessert with edible paper. A real treat was the handheld mojito which was a lovely spectacle. After we finished, they served us an artfully presented box of sweets and the pineapple crisp was amazing! For CHF 99, this was a superb sensory experience and well worth it. The whole evening from food to service to hospitality to the people involved really left us in no doubt that the people involved presented everything with a lot of LOVE, and that is everything we could ask for :o)

I ate here as it was conveniently close to the hotel and office I was visiting for my week stay in Horw. The food (especially the pizzas) was phenomenal and extremely tasty :) I had fish, three different pizzas and veggies as well (dont worry these were in five separate days, not all in one day- I'm not THAT obese). Everything was prepared extremely well and it came out extremely quickly. What impressed me the most was how friendly the entire staff was and how accommodating they were to help with my language issues on some meals and helped explain everything to me, all with a smile. Also, the value/pricing of everything was THE best of all locations I ate out in the entirety of my 9 days here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.Specifically, I had Rogerio almost all the days and he was incredibly helpful, went out of his way, and was always patient with our questions. The man worked his butt off and quite frankly deserves a raise (or at least a couple paid days off? And no he's not paying me to say this- and to be honest, Ive never written a review in my life to anything, but I was thoroughly impressed with his services, so it's the least I can do in hopes he is recognized for his work and efforts. Rogerio, you're the man- cheers!

Impeccable service from the first moment we entered the restaurant until our departure from A to Z was perfect.A Reserved table, an environment of excellence where design and materials combine very well. the restaurant's host is very attentive and friendly it was not a dinner but awakening of unique flavors. Einmal mehr genoss ich mit einem lieben Freund ein Nachtessen der Extraklasse. Rafa kreierte für uns eine Fisch und Meerfrüchte Komposition die alle Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Herzlichen Dank, ich komme bestimmt wieder!

Kaffee und Tee sind von guter Qualität. Die Gipfeli sind lecker. Das Ambiente ist okay. Bis dahin gäbe es 4 Sterne. Leider bediente uns eine ältere Dame, die unglaublich unfreundlich und launisch sowie schnippisch war. Eigentlich -10 Sterne, aber das wäre den anderen Mitarbeitern und vorallem dem Betrieb gegenüber nicht fair.

Einmal etwas ganz anderes … Martinez kombiniert seine Hoch15 Gerichte mit unglaublichen Feingefühl … hier im Enzian kocht und verwöhnt eine außergewöhnliche Persönlichkeit … Chapeau

Gute preiswerte Mittag Menu's, Speisekarte ist abwechlungsreich. Die Auswahl der Weine ist ein wenig einseitig und verhältnismässig űberteuert.

Nicht zu viel versprochen – die Geschmackbomben und exotischen Experimente von Rafa Martinez sind das beste was wir je in der Region Luzern gegessen haben. 15 exklusive Teller, serviert in 5 Gängen – ein absoluter Genuss für den Gaumen und das Auge. Der Chef Rafa erklärt persönlich vor jedem Gang was sich gerade auf dem Teller befindet. Von dem jungen Koch Rafa werden wir die nächsten Jahren noch viel sehen und geniessen können, hoffen wir er bleibt uns noch lange Erhalten in der Region. Leider hat es mit dem Service nicht gleich gut geklappt, wir haben sehr lange auf die ersten Gänge gewartet - aber wir werden dem Lokal eine zweite Chance geben.

Went there without a reservation. Very friendly welcome and great service over all the time there. We had the Osso Buco ( Veal Shank ) with Risotto and Vegetables as our Main... Starters before and Dessert after. To keep it short, just Excellent from A to Z. Also good Wine choice with fair prices... A pleasant Evening for both of us.We will come back, that's sure ...

Das Restaurant wirkt wie zweigeteilt. Eine Seite wirkt mehr wie ein Restaurant und die andere Seite eher für ein Apperitiv oder eine Pizza zum schnell essen. Die Auswahl ist gross. Das Essen war gut, hätte lieber Kartoffeln in Stücke als den Kartoffelmus gehabt, das ist geschmackssache, auch wie die säuerlichen Kürbisstücke auf dem Carpaccio. Weinauswahl ist eher dürftig. Das Glas Wein zum probieren war zu warm. Service sehr nett.

Cette Osteria est un peu difficile à trouver car elle se cache sur un parvis de centre commercial et n'est pas bien signalée.Mais ça vaut le coup d'insister car les pizzas sont justes parfaites avec une pâte comme je n'en avais plus mangé depuis une éternité.Le cadre est agreable et on est tres confortablement installé.Côté service, super, super accueil. La gentilesse suisse avec mention tres bien.Bref, allez y et retournez y pour ceux qui sont sur la region.

Situato nelle immediate vicinanze di Lucerna abbiamo cenato in questo gradevole ristorante. Ambiente accogliente, personale gentile disponibile, benvenuto del cuoco, piatti ben cucinati, musica di sottofondo piacevole, conto in linea con i prezzi “esagerati” che pratica la Svizzera! Alla fine, presentazione del vice chef per conoscere il nostro gradimento

Das ist ein wahrlicher Geheimtipp: Auf Reservation wird im einfachen Enzian ein Gourmet-Menu auf Sterne-Niveau serviert. Wir haben Jungkoch Rafa Martinez’ Zauberkünste erlebt und waren begeistert: Jeder Teller ist ein Kunstwerk und ein spannendes Erlebnis.

Wir waren zu sechst und einem 3jährigen Mädchen zum Nachtessen im Enzian! Wir wollten unsere Gäste aus Fribourg, die uns eingeladen haben, mit dem Besuch im Enzian überraschen! Leider war es eine grosse Entäuschung! Weit über eine Stunde nach dem Salat kam das Essen! Wir mussten mehrere Male intervenieren. Dann mussten wir eine Pizza zurückgeben, weil die noch voll teigig war! Trotz des offerierten Kaffees und einem Grappa, waren wir alle sehr enttäuscht! Service und Küche waren völlig überfordert!

Das Gourmet-Menü "Enzian hoch 15" unter Chefkoch Rafa Martinez war eine absolute Sensation! Die Kombination von unterschiedlichen Geschmäcken einer leichten, mediterranen Küche und das Spiel mit Salz und Säure waren ein wunderbares Speise-Abenteuer. Man spürt, dass Herr Martinez bereits in mehreren weltklasse Restaurants gearbeitet aber dabei die Bodenständigkeit erhalten hat. Ein sehr sympathisches Team in gemütlicher Umgebung. Sehr zu empfehlen!

15 wunderbare Speisen, teilweise zusammen serviert - kulinarisch auf dem Höhepunkt. Ausgefallene Kombinationen die perfekt harmonieren. Freundliche Bedienung und ein Chef ("El Niño"), der sich persönlich die Mühe macht, alle Gerichte zu erklären und nach dem Eindruck der Speisen fragt - da fühlt man sich noch echt als Gast. Und alles zu vernünftigen Preisen! Wir kommen wieder!
