The employees got up earlier especially for our small group in order to bake our croissants very early in the morning. Many thanks to the quick service to the team 😊

Is always greeted with a smile, very motivating for a person who doesn't have a morning, you can tell that it's a great team that has a good time with each other. Despite the stress, always friendly! And the croissants... mhmmm. My favorite bakery in Lucerne!!

Was there on the morning of Saturday, May 27th, 2023 to order a coffee. I understand that it was a bit stressful as there were a lot of customers, but giving me a small coffee even though I was paying for a large one is not acceptable. Unfortunately, I only found out later through a colleague that this was the case. Although it's about small amounts, it's still poor customer management.
