A bit expensive but worth it. Good coffee, very relaxing environment suitable for quiet conversation or study and very friendly staff. Recommended.

I especially have to praise the coffees that are sold across the street from our own roastery. Top quality. The atmosphere in the coffee shop is also cozy and nicely decorated. It has everything you need (even daily newspapers). The service is okay, could be a little more motivated. The waffle is delicious, homemade, but could be a bit bigger for its price. I would love to come back, especially to buy coffee.

Very nice café with nice service. It's a pity that there is nothing to eat except in the morning. The delicious cocktail took about 15 minutes to prepare.

Excellent coffee and friendly service. Nice atmosphere too. Got an oat milk double shot cappuccino and oat milk Chai latte, both really good. Only reason I give food 4 stars is because of the lack of gluten free sweet options. Otherwise would have been 5 stars all around. Definitely recommend, will come back especially if gluten free sweets are added to the menu. 😊

We stayed here twice during our stay in Switzerland and it was great both times! The barista was very accommodating and everything was prepared as requested. The Chai Latte & Matcha Latte were both adorable. The chai latte was deliciously spiced and both were natural (no sugar).

Cozy. Great cafe. Very friendly. I had an airy chocolate cake, but it wasn't quite my taste as it still had bananas in it. But that's my thing. I can highly recommend the restaurant.

Loved the vibe of the café, very laidback and chill. It’s a bit hidden outside the centre and that makes it more interesting to see locals hang out and study/work with drinks. We got the vegan ice cream and a chai latte. The ice cream was fresh and the chai tea was well seasoned :)

All in all Fantastic experience! Starting from the super kind and friendly service we received from Marta continue to the great home made cookies up to the coffee of course :) excellent quality of coffee, professional preparation and they have oatly! Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you very much and hopefully soon again 😊

This place has real coffee with an expresso machine. The coffee was very tasty, and the pastries were fresh. The atmosphere and decorations look great and inviting. The coffee was very quick for the quality. I would suggest the iced moccacchino. Loved the place and would come here again.

The flat white with oat milk tasted great. Very good coffee. The (lemon) water to the left of the counter is for you to serve yourself. The breakfast with tostados, avocado, blueberries and cream cheese was incredibly good, just perfect.

Great Atmosphere and pleasant Service, although quite pricey.

I've been here twice, for coffee and hot chocolate. Coffee was very good indeed (4.5/5) but sadly the hot chocolate was really poor. Very little chocolate flavour, and what flavour there was tasted very low quality. I appreciate that your emphasis is on coffee but please, add a lot more chocolate and make the chocolate good quality. I almost took it back but felt sorry for the trainee working there.

Coffee from El Salvador - there isn't much in Switzerland :-) very, very tasty and made me travel back to memories of my stays in this wonderful country.. the homemade, ever-changing sweet treats are also worth mentioning..

Comfortable, great open feeling with lots of floor to ceiling windows. And a great cappuccino! A short walk from the train station.

Good food and drinks. Owners are lovely💗 Blond barista was very unfriendly, got our order wrong (is okay) but then she didn’t refund us the good amount of money….

I wouldn't do anything differently. It's just perfect and very comfortable.

-Lukewarm cappuccino, must be picked up at the bar. Self-service if the price is too high. No water included. No spoon or sweetener available.

-Uncomfortable chairs -Coffee lukewarm -Self-service at the bar -No biscuits with coffee -No glass of tap water For me it's pretty unspectacular and the price is too expensive for even cold coffee! Too bad.

A great place for good speciality coffee in Lucern. We tried the home blend which was nice and also some single origin in natural process for Tacuba ( which is apparently a small village from El Salvador). After a long search and lots of disappointments in other coffee places we managed to get a great cup of coffee in one of the best places in Lucern . Couldn't resist and bought some beans for brewing at home Oh. And the Barista and owner were very pleasant and helpful . Yes it's worth visiting. Take a bus and get yourself a great coffee

Unfriendly service that lectured us. We were charged for pastries that we neither ordered nor received. When asked about this it says…. That's not true, we should pay for it... Didn't feel like arguing and paid. We won't be guests again, even if the coffee tastes good. A pity

Very tasty coffee from in-house roasting. Homemade pastries. As far as the staff is concerned, the female staff is really customer-oriented, the male one, so-so....unfortunately... The atmosphere is special. A café during the day and a bar with live music in the evening. However, the café is worth a visit.

We had a large evening reservation at Tacubas, and at the hight of the evening the servers brought three cheese platters that no one from the party ordered. At the end of the evening, the server charged us for the food, falsely claiming it had been ordered by someone from the party, but couldn't point out or describe who it was. Won't be returning anytime soon. If you're also reading cafe tacubas reply, I'm editing this text after seeing it, and their response is categorically not true. the person who made the reservation is one of my closest friends, who assured me she never made any mention of food at any time. Thank you for your offer of a voucher, but I do not wish to spend money at an establishment which exploits it's customers.

Not sure if the El Salvadorian owned the place, but that dude definitely "owned" it! Lovely guy, lovely place, great coffee! The trifecta of coffee shop awesomeness.

Finally a proper flat white in Switzerland! Will be back!

Great coffee in the city of Lucerne. As a long-time customer of the Eichwaldstrasse location, I was very pleased that a location has now been opened in the city. The quality is great and there is a good selection of different coffees and drinks.
