Badi-baldegg in Hochdorf

Schöni Seebadi, idyllic, cozy restaurant, also a wonderful starting point for hiking around Lake Baldegger. Lots of children/young people in summer but ideal for families. Nice pools, as the lake doesn't always look so inviting.🙈

The restaurant is closed in winter. Me and a colleague went to the Baldeggersee Eisbaden.

The pool itself is really great and makes you feel good. Plenty of parking spaces and sunbathing areas with plenty of shade. However, the prices for the food are borderline for what some of it is. I also have the feeling that too much is expected of the staff. The number of guests at events is disproportionate to the number of employees. Last Saturday we (2 adults, two children) waited 40 minutes for our order. There is a lack of organization here on the part of the management and a few fewer dishes wouldn't hurt. It's better to have a smaller selection, but with good quality and a quieter process behind the counter. Apparently all (young) guests are allowed to bring a music box with them/turn it on... a visit to the swimming pool should also be a bit of relaxation for everyone.

Always worth a trip! Enjoy the sunset in the evening too.

Very nice bathing establishment with everything you need. Pool, lake, lots of trees, enough free parking spaces. Good restaurant with fine food. Always events with music. Nice changing rooms. Also individual shower cabins with hot water. The magnificent view over the lake is beautiful and the sunset is beautiful. The lake is largely protected. SUPs may only be used in the marked area. Unfortunately, it sometimes has algae when it is hot for a long time. But then there is the pool.

One of the two seaside resorts on Lake Baldeggersee. I enjoy the ambience and the view with a coffee or an aromatic cigar. The operators also always come up with great events. I can only recommend this place.

Great restaurant. The Cloud1 team is outstanding and you can tell that it's not the first time they've done this. I've been to many Badis and most of the time the restaurant is poor. Here you can tell that it is a professional restaurant and people like to eat here. But here you really get your money's worth. You make one. Great job. Keep it up!!

The prices are at the upper limit. If the quality of some of the dishes were right, then the prices would certainly be justified. 08.15 Chicken nuggets, that's not possible. Why do you use nuggets stuffed together? This is no longer chicken meat, but industrial product. I don't understand...maybe because I wouldn't offer something like that since I grew up in the hospitality industry myself. The great and pleasant restaurateur may buy better quality in the future.

The bathroom is very nice. But the prices in the restaurant are ridiculous 🙄 7.50 francs for a portion of fries two rows on top of each other is not normal, especially when they are almost cold. I would like to know how they come up with such prices. I feel sorry for the children who, as we all know, love to eat fries. It is simply outrageous to set such prices!!!!!

So it's great as a guest in the Badi. However, the boss of the Badi Restaurant wants every guest to have their wishes fulfilled. He lets the guests get away with almost everything, so that the staff suffers. There is too much of a selection of dishes for the size of the chef. Too much variety for too few staff. So helping out in the pool for a day is no problem. But you're hearty to work there for a whole summer. As an employee you suffer, but the guests are treated like pampered kings. Personally, I never want to work there again.

The restaurant's prices are way too expensive compared to the portions. A measly portion of fries for 7.- is not possible. It's a shame, because they're always good.

Very bad food, especially the fitness plate was inedible.

We came for dinner on Saturday evening. Small, fresh regional selection. Freshly and deliciously prepared. We enjoyed it at sunset. Gladly again 👍🏽

When the ducks, coots, swans, geese etc. are among themselves, I enjoy the beautiful nature and the peace and quiet.

Best swimming pool in Europe and the surrounding area

The seaside resort itself is very beautiful. Restaurant is good, toilets clean, extra pool with chlorinated water. The lake is very warm, so there is a lot of red algae. You should always shower thoroughly after swimming. Stand up paddleboarding is prohibited!

Nice pool with lots of space. You can also find a free place here during the summer holidays. Entrance fee 6.- Fri is expensive. Same entry in the evening after 4 p.m. I think it's a shame. 1/2 star deduction. Barbecue areas with grill or restaurant with fine simple menus available. In certain places the ground is a little damp even if it is 34°C. Take a blanket with you.

Small, fine family pool. Everything is there, free parking, very well-kept lawn, sand/pebble beach, two jetties for getting into the water. Pure peace and relaxation in a relaxed atmosphere.

This is a nice badi with the view across the lake providing a very picturesque "Swiss" location, with a well kept grass area and lots of trees for shade. It is right on the lake with diving platform, sand area, plus three pools for toddlers, older children and adults for swimming. There is a playground, and plenty of open and covered seating at the restaurant. In my experience, other than basic things like hot chips or bratwurst, the food is often a disappointment, which is a shame as the location is pleasant, and the service is friendly, however the eating experience means we would not stay for a meal as we had previously when the food was of a better standard.

The bathroom is no longer the newest, but it is well maintained and in good condition. You can go swimming in the pool or in the lake. The free parking spaces are great. For small children, the range of activities in the water and on land can still be expanded.

Beautiful bathing establishment in the countryside on Lake Baldegger. Well-kept lawn, covered seating at the restaurant. Jumping tower and inflatable water islands. Shady places on the meadow

When eating, sometimes you have to wait 10 minutes and another person who eats the same thing in front of you has to wait 30 minutes. Generally too long a waiting time. Brim food sometimes lacks a sauce or you get fewer fries. Sometimes the food isn't even tasty. Otherwise a very nice bathroom.
