Really good bread with a fine crust, something you rarely find in bakeries these days. Unfortunately, the breads are often baked differently. Often too dark on the outside and underbaked on the inside, so that the dough sticks to the bread knife when you cut it. That shouldn't be the case, especially since it's not well tolerated.

Short and sweet; great, as always! Quality, service and advice, 5 star quality. It goes without saying that this has to be paid for appropriately. The prices are in the upper segment, but completely appropriate.

Expandable Service was absolutely not friendly and croissants tasted like cardboard. Prices very high for what you get. We also bought bread and a pretzel bunny, which was very pretty, but not particularly good, but incredibly expensive. It was Easter Monday, maybe there wasn't any fresh baking? I could understand it, but it was still quite a disappointment.

The sandwiches taste good, but contain e-substances, palm fat and other stuff that makes the end product cheaper. I think this is an absolute no-go for a baker.

There are exceptional baked goods and confectionery products at a good price-performance ratio here at any time of the year. Orders are also delivered promptly. I can only recommend that anyone who passes this bakery stop and try it out for themselves.

Despite Covid-19, an employee behind the counter is not wearing a face mask or gloves and is constantly coughing!! Very unprofessional!

At this high price level, charging an extra 10 cents for a thin, barely usable microplastic bag is a "no go"... also only cash is still accepted... a shame, I will now prefer other bakers...!

The subtle but essential difference is that Ehlinger only accepts cash in 2019. The cash register appears to be from the last century. Otherwise friendly people and good craftsmanship.

The best Beck pastry chef in Hochdorf, great bread and salty snacks, I've often grabbed a piece of pizza Wähe on the way to school, very tasty! The highlight for me are the many pralines and chocolates, which are made from the best Felchlin fine chocolate and lovingly packaged, a dream for chocoholics like me!
