Bahnhof in Kandersteg

It was a little colder in the evening and they didn't want to serve us on the terrace. Our group was not allowed in because not everyone had a certificate.

We eat well, a delicious and inexpensive menu 😃 The restaurant has a terrace seen in the mountains🏔 I recommend this place

Simply inexpensive and uncomplicated

Was a guest for dinner on the evening of September 5th, 2020. I can only recommend the food was great and beautifully prepared as was the dessert of the Coupe Blüemlisalp which was brilliant. Always my pleasure. Schnitzel fries with vegetables for a fair price and the service was also very good.

Lunch menu really inexpensive and delicious. Attentive and friendly service. Hardly any waiting time. Food is served quickly after ordering. Very clean.

As an American, this place reminded me of a typical diner. The food was good, simple and affordable. If you want a fancy dinner go elsewhere. Best of all, in this land of meat and cheese, there was a totally adequate salad bar included with dinner.

Was in the Bahnhof Kandersteg restaurant from 1:50 p.m., read the newspaper 10 times and then left at 1:35 p.m. and wasn't served.

Good value for money, nice service, very tasty, salad bar.

Get off the train and the view is beautiful. There is a bathroom below. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the cable car.
