For rail travelers, Wiedikon train station is a means to an end. The incredibly long platform can only be left or entered at two ends. It's uncomfortable in winter. The train station has not received recycling stations from either the SBB or the city of Zurich. Thousands of aluminum cans and PET bottles are incinerated here.

Amazing authentic food and super friendly service. We arrived when the kitchen was about to close but they still cooked for us amazing food. The typical zurich style veal with rosti was so tasty that we ordered a third plate to share 😂Can’t wait to watch again there ! It is not a fancy restaurant but has realy amazing food and welcoming service. Thank you :)

Uncooked meat, high prices, “no tap water” Pork Cordon bleu, supposedly a speciality of this restaurant, was served raw in the middle. Waiter attempted to explain that the raw meat was in fact the hams colouring (you can be the judge of this in the photos…) We politely asked for it to be recooked, but it came back raw again. We were told no tap water available, so paid the 4 CHF for “still water” which arrived without the bottle in a glass which was very suspicious…

Our 2nd visit to this small, cozy restaurant. I swear the same group of people were playing cards in the corner table as last year! Food is very good and extremely well priced!

The 2 indian lady was cheerful and funny. English spoken too and we dont have a hard time ordering here. This was also one of the result that pop up when we wanted some local food.
