The cook is from Japan and her husband is Swiss. Food is carefully and masterfully prepared with quality ingredients (in Zürich you will unfortunately never find top-tier raw fish, but this is the best I've experienced), and a distinct authentic touch (e.g. putting fresh fruit in chirashi like in Japan). Some reviewers said that service is slow, but in my experience it was fast and attentive. Finally, the atmosphere is cozy and a great complement to the meal.

Hands down THE BEST sushi place I've tried in Zürich (I've lived in Japan for more than 1 year, so I know what I'm talking about!). The place is small and it's managed by a couple (swiss-japanese), so if you're in a hurry is not the right one for you. Come in with a chill mindset and just try to enjoy the amazing food and you won't be disappointed. Prices are very reasonable for sushi, a bit expensive for the warm dishes. The tempura is exceptional, the quality of the fish incredible, the way of making sushi identical to how they do it in Japan. One of the best places I've tried in Europe for sure!
