Do you need to make a reservation in January?

We went to have pizza at around 4 pm (12/11/2023) on our return trip from geongratt we were in all 16 of us including childrens, lady staff was so rude she said if u want to sit and eat u have to buy 16 plates mandatory u cannot buy 7 pizzas and sit here or u have to have take away. She was so rude and arrogant that we were asking pizzas for free. Is there any rule in zermatt that 2 persons cannot share 1 pizza?

Stopped for coffee before leaving Zermatt. The cappuccino I’d rate a 2/5. The older blonde woman who served us was rude and made some statement to her colleagues about us being tourist and wasting there space/tables. The restaurant was not busy at all. Sorry we ruined your day by coming in from the cold with my elderly mother-in-law to warm up for 15 minutes. I hope you have a better week with a better attitude towards clients. Yes we are tourist, from America. However, you assumed I didn’t speak anything other than English. Doesn’t matter if you make a cent or a thousand dollars, money is money and it helps you stay in business.

There were a lot of Korean reviews here, so I just ate there since it was in front of the train, but they were unfriendly and racist. When I order something, he gives me a strange look and doesn't even tell me where it is if I need anything. K people, don’t go to McDonald’s!

It is such a convenient and good restaurant. I really loved the food -soup, pastas and desserts. Hot food during cold winters was awesome. Shoutout to the staff there for such a comfortable service!

Had lunch with friends, one of the waiters welcomed us with no courtesy, aggressive manner and high tone of voice, served for orders, even by another person, more professional and courteous. Just enough food, tidy bathrooms

Had the saffron and shrimp linguini, while the rest of the party had gnocchi and pizza. The linguini was bland, devoid of any flavouring. The gnocchi was overly heavy on the dairy, also bland. The pizza was passable, but still a shame to call Italian. The waiter took orders, dropped food, never to be seen again. I would seriously advise anywhere for food other than this trash.

One of the employees were very racist, condescending and ignorant the experience was absolutely terrible and she kept ignoring us. It was the middle aged woman with a long earring :(. I won’t recommend eating here and I am surprised this restaurant is rated 3.8 stars currently.

The lettuce salad dressing tasted very sour. Dry-aged beef is said to be an expensive ingredient, but I didn't like it very much and it had a bit of a fishy taste. The cheese potato was not bad, the cheese was really good. The pasta with pesto sauce is ordinary, and the dessert ice cream is topped with plum wine, which is quite right.

Family traveling with kids. We weren’t sure if they were open or not and my kiddos were hungry. I had packed a little snacks for my kids and my husband with my MIL and FIL went inside to see if we could order. One of the staff members came out and yelled at us saying “this isn’t a picnic!!! Don’t come here go somewhere else to eat, even if you get drinks no eating outside f!!!” She Just started yelling without t letting me explain anything. Then she proceeded to gossip with other two very rude customers who kept lookin at us. I paid for our drinks and left without touching my coffee. I felt the staff was super racists as their demeanor changed when talking to other customers but when it came to us, the staff was very rude.

Absolutely disorganized and all the tables, although empty, are overfilled with old dishes. You don't get any attention here either. We left after standing around for a few minutes - even though it was almost empty.

No matter how much it caters to tourists, it doesn't taste good and the staff is staring at you, which makes you feel uncomfortable. You have to clean up your plate even though you haven't finished eating. I wish the restaurant could be a little more relaxed.

There are a lot of customers because it is in front of the train station, but all the employees don't want to work and there is severe racism (the female villain with black lipstick is the villain). It's located at the station, so it's quite convenient. I think the prices are reasonable for Zermatt. When I used it in 2020, it was not good for Zermatt, where the level of taste has improved from before, but perhaps the chef has changed this time?The taste has also improved. White wine (4.5CHF x 2), minestrone (9CHF), green salad (7.9CHF), pizza (Mini: 21.5), total 47.5CHF = approximately 7,125 yen. Switzerland's double punch of high prices and weak yen. The price is like you would get a cheap course meal in Japan. They will give you the password for the free Wi-Fi if you ask.

At the beginning we had to wait a long time for the waitress. But when she came she was very friendly to us. The food was super tasty. PASTA GORGONZOLA was super tasty and so was the ice cream.

This place was an easy find, located right next to the station. The service was fast and the pizza was really nice! It came with chilli oil and Parmesan as optional toppings. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because the man who I can only assume was the manager was extremely hostile and abrupt with every customer that came to him. However, not with us specifically but his demeanour changed the atmosphere of the restaurant completely.

Pizza was super delicious - I've rarely had such a good pizza - it's actually Italian. But... service unmotivated, just friendly enough. Ambiance suitable for the train station (waiting room), actually leftover Christmas decorations, uncomfortable, no Italian cosiness, e.g. E.g. no tablecloths, no cushions……this pizza maker deserves better.

Had a coffee while waiting for the train. The coffee was ok. The ambience was rather sad, the 5 waitresses were busy with themselves at the counter and had to wait a relatively long time because the place was almost empty.

This is almost the cheapest food that I could find in town except McDonald’s. I ordered a big salmon pizza and it is delicious, waitress is kind to me and show me English menu.

A casual restaurant for those who don't feel comfortable in a formal restaurant with wine glasses all over the place!! We ordered aglio olio pasta, raclette, a 30-inch pizza, and non-alcoholic beer for two. We enjoyed it even more because we were hungry. (Total 60 francs) I don't know how well fondue will suit the popular Korean palate, but... having been disappointed by the taste of fondue in other parts of Switzerland, I tried raclette here once, and the results were good. The most delicious dish was surprisingly the aglio olio pasta. When I sprinkled it with chili oil and parmesan cheese, it was very spicy and delicious with a subtle flavor, so I dipped the end of the pizza in the remaining olive oil and ate it all. You will be asked to enter how much you would like to tip when paying, so don't panic and think about it in advance! We paid about 5% of the cost of the food. It’s a good restaurant~!

Very good restaurant for a stop after arrival or before departure. The service is fast and the staff warm and competent, the cuisine is more than adequate, despite certain dishes which tend to be served cold (I take for example the Beef Carpaccio, which happens to be almost frozen). Apart from this detail, the station buffet remains a very good address. I recommend !

The restaurant/bistro is centrally located at both train stations. The outdoor terrace offers views of the hustle and bustle of the station forecourt and the surrounding mountains. Inside there is a large restaurant/bistro room and a quieter dining room to choose from. It is one of the few locations without an inflated Zermatt “flair”, with natural rather than blasé service and, in particular, a realistic price/performance ratio. The pizzas are quite excellent (served with a bottle of hot oil), the caprese with rich mozzarella (served with good olive oil and baldamico vinegar), to name just a few examples from what is on offer. Red wine is also offered in 0.5 liter bottles. We eat there regularly during our vacation and also have breakfast there occasionally. We recommend!!

The restaurant is well located at the train station. The operating staff was extremely friendly and in a good mood. The price level for the food and drinks is in the medium-high segment. The quality of the food was excellent, really tasty! The preparation time was quick. You could make a reservation and also choose the place you wanted. The menu offers a sufficiently wide selection. I would visit the restaurant again and recommend it to others.

It's a pizza place, and it's a fun place where you can taste traditional Swiss food. I think fondue may be a bit different for Koreans, but I recommend you try raclette. I think even people who don't like cheese will be able to enjoy it easily. Raclette!! Highly recommended~!! The staff are also friendly~ The boss is a very friendly nationality.
