Bar 45 in Zürich

I thought that being on Bahnhofstrasse the prices were out of place. However, 14 chf for a spritz is definitely an okay price. Try the focaccia (for only 4chf) together with the spritz, served hot with oil and salt - delicious! Excellent service, the spritzs were served to us immediately. 5 star review also because dogs are allowed! 🤗

Completely wonderful bar that comes very close to Italy. Here you can find excellent cafes and small snacks to eat in an upscale atmosphere. Rather crowded in the afternoon, but always recommended for a cafe at the bar.

Great selection of Sparkling Wines and Champagne! The delicious finger food pairs very well with the above.

Super nice bar in the heart of Zurich. Whether for a quick espresso, a glass of wine/champagne or a quick nightcap, the selection of products is manageable but always top. And they also offer something small if you're hungry. Sometimes less is always more. I am particularly drawn to the friendly staff again and again.

Very chic bar right on Bahnhofstrasse. The bar reminds me of the most elegant bars in Milan. An absolute asset to Bahnhofstrasse, especially the large terrace when the weather is nice.

Only had a few drinks here a couple of times. It is a wonderful place to meet. Great ambience. They always have a Rosé Champagne 🍾🥂 at Hand, so if you want to celebrate, here is a place to pop in.

Unfortunately very limited selection of hot drinks, very nice atmosphere, but service could be improved.. Addendum. I don't really feel welcome in this bar anymore. You get the more and more impression that Bar 45 doesn't seem to need it at all. Service has tended to become rather unprofessional.

Gabriele has always served us well, now he has found his way home and I am put off with a waiting time of 5-10 minutes when ordering an espresso... there are people who sit down and others who take it very easy even though they have just started at Bar45! I think HR still has potential!

Place to take a coffee and sit outside

Bar 45 in Zurich is a real gem for connoisseurs. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by a fabulous ambience that immediately invites you to linger. The service leaves nothing to be desired and demonstrates a high level of professionalism. My absolute favorite is the focaccia, which is cooked to perfection. Combined with the excellent coffee and the creamy hummus, you create a taste experience that is second to none. A must for anyone looking for a top-class culinary destination in Zurich!

Have been given this bar a chance again and again. Either the service is understaffed or the attitude most of the times that they just don’t care….unfortunately

Great location, cool vibe, good coffee, but the service is unfortunately very much hit and miss. One day you'll be served quickly and friendly, even though they tend to be slightly understaffed (especially on the terrace) - the next you'll wait for 30+ mins to get two cappuchinos and then have to listen to staff complaining to you about their boss. Wish a place like that could ensure more consistent service quality.

Great location, very stylish submission and very clean. Unfortunately the coffee is very bitter/sour and the espresso is super expensive (you only get a few ML, it's more of a ristretto than an espresso). Actually a cool location but we don't like the coffee at all. A pity! In addition, the serving staff is not very friendly…

Waited 30 min for our drinks, while everyone else after us got served even reminded them and still got ignored with no apology. Not sure when the service gotten so negative. What a disappointment.

Finally a bar in Zurich that offers a fantastic coffee shake! They also have great pastries and excellent cappuccino, which make for an excellent breakfast. Update: they also serve a very tasty and balanced “affogato al caffè“, yet another yummy combination from Italian tradition which is a must have for coffee lovers in summer 😃 Friendly staff, very central location. Recommended!

A cool UBS bar in the middle of Bahnhofstrasse. Service is good, quality of drinks is above average. Gladly again and again.

Always popular from morning coffee to aperitifs. The coffee ☕️ is great, and unfortunately the croissants 🥐 are too (shit on the diet). The beer 🍻 has gotten bigger, the snacks are tasty, cold pizza 🍕 is not my thing, otherwise it's always a place to retreat for a short time on a stressful day

Good coffee, great location, bad service. The waiter couldn't speak Swiss or "High German". At least he should understand the word "coffee" and not want to bring me an espresso. He poured all the milk on the floor and then brought more. Seemed like it was his first day as a waiter. But perhaps I shouldn't expect more from Bahnhofstrasse.

Sitting outside watching 25' of waiters go in and out. No one thinks it necessary to take an order even though I sit next to the stairs until I stop one of the employees. Service is extremely slow and poor. I hear people next to me saying that they ordered inside but did not receive the order. The place is great, especially when the sun is shining, but the process needs a lot of improvement.

Be enchanted, fall in love, wait for the return again and again! A colorful audience that the bar will unite into a single company. The staff feels and understands each client, charms with smiles. Don't bargain with this bar - drink 🍸, eat 🥐 and be merry!

A perfectly ok inner-Zurich bar

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. we ordered 2 margaritas and a negroni 2:45 p.m. 12/23/22. Negroni stood at the bar for 10 minutes. When he served us the drinks and I took the first sip of my Negroni, I told him it tasted watery. He said I had freshly prepared it, which wasn't true... a shame for that a great location.

In this beautiful historic location you can enjoy an excellent coffee ☕. It's in a stylish place with plenty of possibilities of interior and exterior seating or sufficient space to consume your order at a long bar counter. It's a nice crossover of an Italian-Zürich atmosphere. The bar is sensitive about environmentally friendly and sustainable products and producers.

Okay cafe close to paradeplatz in downtown Zurich. They have decent coffee and croissants are more Italian style (sweeter, with fillings).

Pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff

Beautiful place, good Negroni. Shame about the staff: 2 out of 3 not wearing the mask properly or at all, no bill given when asked to bring it, just the amount stated and the credit card machine handed over. So no tip. Too bad.

Bad service, no welcome. There were many complaints during the stay. There were only two people and they were so stressed, they even mentioned it. A boss would be an advantage there.

Good….much room for improvement. Open wine selection is mediocre at very high prices. Snacks are good but need to be ordered and payed. Bathroom unattended, paper towels missing, no soap, unfortunately not at the standard for being a bar next to UBS on Bahnhofstrasse with such high prices. The only thing that was excellent here was the very friendly and attentive service.

Very good location on Bahnhofstrasse. However, you can get better espresso in less exclusive locations. This week I got an espresso that tasted bitter and had hardly any crema. There was also no mention of guest registration; the QR code for it was stuck on the table. However, very small and without labeling. Overall, you can expect more for this price range. A pity
