Great place that welcomed us for a quick meal in the middle of the afternoon. Great welcome by a nice mustachioed waiter who took great care. Very pleasant shaded terrace a stone's throw from the lakes. Very good value for money!

The festival is an integral part of Locarno. I drank my aperitif here when I was in my 20s. The bar is centrally located. Lake view is available. Red blankets make it possible to stay outside even in colder temperatures. Inside, the bar has high ceilings and a spiral staircase. The menu is small, but the portions are pretty big. Price-performance is right.

Drinks good and food ok. Service was very weird. I just wanted to order an aperitif platter then the waitress said: "No, don't order one, there will be a round of pizza later..." although I wanted one, she then ran away. Then 5 minutes later she said she would bring me one and bring me another card - neither came. 45 minutes later still no plate or card, then we just wanted to pay and leave. Il locale del bar è molto bello in una casa antica con una bellissima terrazza.Ci sono stato l'8.4, e come ogni venerdì c'era un concerto dal vivo. Suonavano i Kiliradio, gran bella musica! L'ambiente era allegro e di festa. Bravi gestori del bar Festival. Fate vivere Locarno. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Locale vicino al lago, con una gradevole terrazza, con personale gentile, serve pietanze a mezzogiorno.Il venerdì sera propone sempre musica dal vivo fino alle 21.00.Ambiente tranquillo e gradevole.
