Great atmosphere and stunning view…too long wait for the kitchen

Very pretty lakeside location, ideal for having an aperitif with friends with a magnificent view of the setting sun.

Saturday 23.9.23 Refusal to serve again at 8:50 p.m., even though we have just been told that the kitchen closes at 9 p.m. Rebelote at 9:40 p.m.! We ask for 2 drinks... refusal, “we are closed” -> 10 p.m., posted… While all the staff are having drinks… That’s not how you get a good image!!

Such a lovely day and this outside bar is in the perfect location for your sunny walk on the lake.

Great location nice view friendly staff just a bit understaffed. We waited a while. They were friendly though. Ok drinks for their price. Cold be better quality.

Very charming place, beautiful setting, lake view and 1 minute from your feet. The team is very smiling, friendly and professional! I recommend for a good evening of relaxation with friends or for a small and/or very hungry meal. Accessible to everyone.

A very good summer refreshment bar. Portion suitable for a moderate appetite. Fantastic playground just a stone's throw away.

Friendly bar service, Line of +/- 20 minutes to be served... a little less friendly, provide a 2nd cash register when the line gets longer? Mention +++ for the homemade lemonade!! Could also be in 5dl version...

Great location, great vibe. However the service is very slow. You have to queue to pay first at the cashier, and with only one cashier the wait can be very long. Once paid, drinks arrive quite fast. They really need to sort out this bottleneck by adding one cashier on busier days/nights.

A magnificent garden with a clear view and the presence of games for children. I haven't tried the restaurant's food, but there are many people there who I think enjoy a beautiful place to have a wonderful and calm day😊

Bad experience, not real coke and 2 cl at 4.50 + 2.- deposit for a poorly washed plastic glass with a magnificent scent of beer 🤮 in short, many other places at the lake to go and have a clean drink without odor of the previous drink.

Nice place by the lake, perfect for a relaxed drink/bite with friends on a summer evening. Expect limited seatings (but you can go wherever you want in the big park) and you might have to wait for the food. Good prices!

Lamentable, no umbrellas, no right to eat in the shade! The only table in the shade is reserved for the staff!!!! Staff? More like interns... You're really bad.

It's great to have a corner for parents in this place usually dedicated to children! A little expensive and often no space available but you can always find a patch of grass.

Unfriendly waitress and unaccommodating staff, (you can't even move a table 3m to be in the shade with a baby even though there was no one there!) OK food.

The place is very nice but the service (ordering and service at the bar) is slow and the staff are a little too sure of their success and indulge in a lot of things both in terms of tone and service. The drinks are all served in the same 25cl glass while the drinks are priced in 25cl and 30cl. I was told that it's because they don't put ice cubes... that's it. The prices are average to high if we consider that it is a cabin without table service but the surrounding environment is very pretty so it is still worth stopping by on occasion and perhaps they will correct certain faults over time. Boards pretty good (€€). Success is here! very difficult to find a table...

Apparently providing hot water in a cup to heat a baby bottle is too complicated according to the staff. Bravo for the help and welcome #irony

Friendly setting and decent boards but service that leaves something to be desired. The wait is long, order errors are frequent and you cannot pay by TWINT (and this is not mentioned anywhere)...

Pully port, friendly, beautiful decor of the region facing the French Alps on the edge of Lake Geneva. Very decent simple canteen cuisine at an affordable price. For coughs.

Super disappointed 15 chf for a mojito served in a wine glass with lemon juice and 2 poor mint leaves and above all almost no alcohol. The price I can still understand but not this kind of service. Too bad really because for the rest it's really nice.

Super nice, at the edge of the lake with an esplanade for chilling out, only local products, wine tastings, yoga classes on weekends... we love it!

It could be so much better. Only one of the salads on the menu was available. Lots of wasps will want your kids drink so you’ll be on the lookout rather than enjoying the view. They have grilled sausage but no fries… nothing totally wrong but far from great.

Exceptional venue, bier, vin, liquor. Friendly staff, views of the lake and mountains...come early to get a place in the shade

I give it 3 stars because of its location which is beautiful. The bar itself is expensive and the service is very very very slow. At some point I believe I saw 5 people working there but only 1 was attending. What a mess.

Very nice bar which energizes the port of Pully. There are of course busy times but the staff is great and friendly, as is the atmosphere. I strongly advise.

A short-term experience. After two drops of water the bar closes even though it announces nothing spectacular. To believe that the employees work 35 hours. Sincerely very disappointed with the place and the staff. Wasps work more than staff. I think we need to review your concept. A word to the wise. Sincerely

Null. Dear. Coca Zero on the menu, but in fact supposedly unnamed artisanal Coca, made in Renens only for restaurateurs……, bad too… Ramekin with cheese (soft and very fatty) served at the bar without cutlery or napkin. The typical place where we only serve poor quality products at the bar that are sold at a very high price. To avoid.

We asked for a non-alcoholic cocktail which we were charged 15.-, the same price as with alcohol.... It was good but it's exaggerated for a glass filled with ice cubes.... Too bad

Refreshment bar by the lake. There are lots of people with children and a mini-train transporting them around. I recommend the boards. If there are no tables left, it is possible to sit nearby on the lawn.

We visited La Générale for my boyfriend's birthday. We really have nothing to say besides the fact it was flawless from start to finish, and it was over too soon. Absolutely everything, from food, drama/execution, service, wine list, decor, taste, was perfect. We can't wait to visit again. If you get the opportunity to visit this incredible place you must go. It's the most amazing experience. And thanks to the manager stay open a few more minutes for us and offer 2 bottles of wine at 2 a.m it's was wonderful.

Simply one of the best spot I have been in Switzerland in over 30 years. Perfect spot for lunch with friends and family. The staff were lovely. Engaging and ‘tuning in’ to our level, not stifling us with formality. This is a huge plus! Every dish was stunning and it's lovely working with local products. We left very happy, suitably full, and promising to return soon. No1 in Pully bar none. Well done Diogo and your team.
