Pizza a little expensive but really excellent Well-filled plates

Magnificent Sunday Brunch. Competent and very friendly staff. I highly recommend this place and well done to everyone. Super good and hearty Easter brunch. All the staff to be congratulated from the cooks to the waiters. Well done.

The waiter, Dimitri, was perfect. However, the hamburger was tiny at 33 chf, was over cooked, and the french fries were also over cooked and awful. The plate of the day, which I didn’t take, was apparently excellent. It’s a lovely location and I just made a poor meal choice. We were at the Piazza Grande Restaurant.

It’s faultless for the Brasserie aux Bains de Saillon. Lovely setting, welcoming waitresses and waiters, above all divine cuisine. A special mention for the ribs which were cooked at low temperature for 24 hours. Gorgeous.

Price list to review. Put yourself in context and be reasonable. Very good food but the service is lagging, especially for a 4 star

Very good meal! But a bit cold atmosphere.

Very friendly and competent service, however the value for money varies greatly. Special mention to the Veggie burger whose Steak is very very successful. The foie gras is not disappointing. The Walis is not worth its price but given the location I expected these prices Not sure I'll come back.

The server was very pleasant and smiling. The service was quick even though the restaurant was full. The food was very good (pizza and burger).

After spending 120 chf for 4 adults and 2 children, I simply asked for a few extra fries because there were very few on the plates. The answer is just mind-blowing: “you have to pay an extra portion, because there are cameras and we are monitored”. Stop taking people for fools! Where has the customer service gone...

We usually come there, that day the service was lousy. The waiter seats us and we don't see him again, a lady is there and takes her time chatting with customers, we waited 20 minutes to take the order, then 20 minutes for it to arrive. And the lady, who complains, I times be everywhere. It’s a problem of organization and visualizing your customers.

A Carnotzet to forget. Raclette is not available or only available for groups of 10 or more. Instead, a Valais tomato fondue. Bad choice, this was more soup than fondue. Zero taste, cheese just a side effect. Either it's a tourist trap or simply a failure, like all the lukewarm baths around it. The service was nice and attentive, they are not to blame for this disaster, the wine from the region is also top.

Slow service tough meat lying kitchen does not deserve its rank

Bar with the appearance of a small discotheque, recommended places for an outing with friends or a couple, remember to ask for a cocktail (they are not on the menu), they do everything. A special thank you to Adrian, a Gold bartender, passionate and super professional, thank you very much for your smile and your professionalism and your delicious creations. Looking forward to coming back to this place next time.

Catalyst value for money. Far too expensive. The staff couldn't even tell us where the meat came from. A fillet of beef costs 50.-- impossible to chew. Never seen that.

I wanted to drink a little coffee before going to the Baths. Only the Burger Bar is open at 10:30 a.m. Coffee is 4fr. Self service. Served in a paper cup. What a desappointment! Where is the Swiss service? It doesn't correspond to the price paid. I don't come to the baths to be in the canteen. I won't eat there anymore. Because coffee in a cup doesn't have the same taste.... For me one star service 🌟 even if the waitress was friendly. You could offer cups to those who ask, right?

I stop regularly when leaving the baths and before going to the physio I also ate several times..it was good and plentiful.. Too bad the waitresses are busy some days at lunchtime...they can't be everywhere at the same time and some people complain. Too bad. Correct, efficient and simply but well presented plate

I have never eaten such an unpleasant fondue... I ate a mouthful and drank 2L of water because it was so salty... going back apparently was normal. It’s a shame to eat such a fondue in the canton of Valais. Having had a salad with warm goat's cheese, I would say average with 2 pieces of salad and a piece of cheese which is chased after on the plate... Waitress who doesn't know the foods that contain the dishes… sad Manager who pushes you to consume, not very pleasant.

Despite the crowds, the service was very fast, the staff smiling, the food excellent.

Expensive for what we were served. Disastrous service

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes for this brasserie in Bains de Saillon. Moules marinière with homemade fries, pasta with Alpine cheese, homemade nuggets for children. Selection of wines by the glass from the town and surrounding areas. Very friendly, welcoming and efficient staff. A small play area for young children is set up in the room. Perhaps a small reservation for people sensitive to noise because the clientele is mainly families with children.

The food is really good in this little place. The service is well supported with 😊

Dirty floor, dirty chairs and filthy tables, the same goes for the food. Luckily nice staff!

At reception the gentleman is as friendly as a prison door. You order the asparagus plate for 26.- but if you want the sauce it’s frs. 3.- in addition AND if you want raw ham it is frs 13.- in addition. Frs. 42.- for a plate of asparagus....you might as well go elsewhere where the plate of asparagus is served with the official accompaniments and for a more than reasonable price

While passing through Saillon where we lived for several years, we went for lunch in this restaurant which did not exist then. Nice restaurant, but what a disappointment: Italian antipasti with products that Lidl would not dare put on sale, bürger not grilled but cooked, the cone of fries (the worst put on our table in 80 years) contained old, ironed, shriveled fries in the fryer. No wonder there were only 4 customers.

The meal was great, delicious salmon, quiet place, great.

On vacation for a few days at the Saillon baths, my companion and I wanted to have a drink a little before 8 p.m. Well missed since this hotel bar closes at 7:30 p.m. on weekdays! The waitress tells us that we can have a drink in the restaurant. The waiter refuses us access to the restaurant and offers to serve us in the large entrance hall to the baths where everything is closed and there is no one. The restaurant was by far not full. But what is this welcome from tourists? What should foreign customers think of the reception in Valais? Honestly not very glorious. Rather shameful.

Of course we hadn't booked, the room was priced at a reasonable price, the food was very good, I took beef cheek, a thurian, but forgot the vegetables... Well they got lost along the way lol (1 asparagus, 2 pieces of pannė, and a rack of squash... We asked for an extra plate of fries for us to eat after the bath... We won't be going back, because the baths are really boring...

Varied dishes and efficient service, there is something for everyone at the Brasserie des Bains de Saillon: vegetarian dishes, pizzas, pasta, meat and fish, everything is very tasty :-). We come here regularly with pleasure.

The service was very pleasant and the gentleman took good care of us. The food is quite decent despite the prices being a bit high. However, we had a table in front of the door which opened naturally overlooking the baths in the middle of winter, not even 1 meter away. Hello drafts, it is January 6th.

We came to spend a Christmas evening as a couple. The welcome was pleasant, the waitress friendly. But subsequently we were able to witness a pattern of unacceptable behavior for a restaurant of this size. The wine list was printed on a crumpled A4 sheet with halos. No Christmas decorations or background music. As an aperitif, industrial pretzels worthy of a bar. While tasting the starter, the staff had brought out our dishes too early and tried to take away our starters even though we had not finished. My guest was able to keep his plate while mine had already been taken away. When the dishes were received, a hair or eyelash was found in the dish. The food is bland, without sauce, unspeakably simple for the price asked. Subsequently we were able to order a dessert that was most unacceptable given the price. The famous gourmet coffee. A crème brûlée and a cream puff which turned out to be good, but trapped between a coconut biscuit so hard that I held my dentist's number close to me, and a chocolate fondant which was made when my relationship broke up. stock many ingredients. In fact, it was made only from bitter chocolate and flour, quite simply inedible and the tables around us did not eat it either. One of the two maître d's was completely pleasant while the other did not gratify us with a word or a look, remaining constantly behind his bar. In short, it is the kitchen that drives the service, which pushes the customer to leave quickly. At the end the waitress was kind enough to want to offer us a digestive, we refused but when we received the bill, we should have said yes to digest the price. With the ticket we receive a small form to give your opinion, to see if it has been read and taken into account. We have rarely been disappointed by the restaurant environment but one thing is certain, we will not come back. We need to change the chef and the prices.

Top and Saillon is a place to visit at least one in the life.

I came with my family to share a meal. There were 7 of us. 2 took the chase. My daughter's plate was perfect. On the other hand, my son found 2 pieces of lead in his deer fillet. Unpleasant incident which certainly can happen. But phew more fear than harm. His teeth resisted. What I find regrettable is the absence of a small commercial gesture, the scoop of sorbet or the coffee offered would have been appreciated and given the price of the menu and the inconvenience this does not seem exaggerated. The pizzas taste excellent, especially the Capra pizza with goat cheese and onions. The vegetarian burger is nicely prepared, but unfortunately not to my taste. The service is friendly and quick.

Wow!!! We had the evening meal. The octopus and snails are incredible and delicious. The pasta was excellent!!! The place is warm, the staff is smiling and caring!!! There is a bit of a wait but it's definitely worth it because when you're at the restaurant it's about taking your time and enjoying it! It feels like an Italian terrace. There is a lovely indoor play area for children in a magical tree. The place is worth the detour!!!
