They are friendly and the coffee is delicious. There are no seats inside, but a few benches outside. This is a takeaway-oriented cafe!

Really enjoyed the flat white, and the service was excellent. The barista explained to my very American self how their drinks don’t need added waste like vanilla syrup and he was right! Also, must try the in house made cardamom pastry!!

Nice place to grab a quick good quality coffee. They have special espresso options, they are different every day. There are a few benches outside, but no tables, it's mostly for takeaway.

The guys making coffee are fun and nice. They have good coffee and know how to make it. Funnily enough we ordered one americano and a doppio and the coffee tasted very very different. Both good, but almost as if two different coffee beans. They do not have oat or soya milk though, only „pea milk“.

Came in town to see my friend and we came to bean bank to drink the best coffee in town. Seriously worth to try it. Good service, the stuff is always with a smile on their face and a place to learn more for quality coffee and coffee in general.

We came from Greece and we wanted freddo espresso, it’s a kind of come we only drink in Greece and other countries don’t have that but in bean bank they make it AND THEY NAILED IT!!!!! It’s even better, you should DEFINITELY COME❤️❤️🤕🤕

Very nice staff, awesome coffee

A short walk from Zurich HB (train station) is this wonderful coffee shop with bench seating out front. The baristas are incredibly knowledgeable and just as kind. They’ll take the time to explain their espresso offerings from origins to taste profiles. Well worth the time if, like us, you only had 30 minutes between trains. Excellent espresso and cappuccinos.

Great coffee, their house blend is a lovely chocolatey blend, which is exactly what I like. They offer cows milk and pea milk (for the non-cow milk drinkers), which I can say I have never tried before, and despite being not as creamy as the barista oat milk I normally have, it wasn’t offensive in taste. They also have another blend which is more fruity, which I have not tried. We also purchased some cute coffee related Knick knacks from them.

Coffee excellent. Both the espresso we drank and the high priced beans we bought. Service not as good. I asked about roasting dates of beans and was directed to those roasted a month ago. Not expected from high-rated roaster. Service was both arrogant and rude. We were also asked if we had paid after we had already paid. Just an odd experience and we would not return or recommend.

If you want speciality coffee this is the destination for ones that know how to be selective.

My expectations were really high. As soon as i entered in the bar nobody greeted or smiled and they served me espresso in a paper cup, everybody knows that with this cups you can't enjoy the flavour of the coffee. Unfortunately the coffee was very acid for my taste. Next time I will have a cappuccino, because the cappuccino of the client next to me was looking good.

✨ Happy review of Bean Bank Coffee & CO ✨ Zurich reaches another peak with immediate love at first sight: here I drank one of the best specialty coffees ever, as well as being madly in love with the environment, music and sweet options to accompany "the liquids" (in the third to last photo, a dessert created directly from a cardamom-flavored deity - the last one left and, fortunately, ended up in my hands). My husband and I are now in the habit of trying all the specialty coffees in the cities we are in, and the Bean Bank was a wonderful surprise; we enter and find ourselves in a splendid relaxed atmosphere, beautiful music, and the owner who advises us to have two different coffees in order to test them both - we sit outside and he brings us the first then, once finished, the second (which which we appreciate very much). The place is also a small place of worship for enthusiasts who love making coffee at home, or even just learning more about its culture; among the shelves, in addition to the inevitable bags of coffee, there are vegetable milks, adorable cups, kits for little chemists and super interesting books. Even a t-shirt with the words "Acidity is not a crime" which next time will have to be mine. Really high quality, can't wait to go back ☕

Great little coffee shop for take away. They have great filter coffe, a few different options and well brewed. The barista was amazing! We came as a group of 8 people and he brewed 4 different coffees for us and we got to taste test each one of them. The coffee shop doesnt have a lot of seating though, so it is meant more as a take away i guess.

Can't say anything about the quality of the coffee, 5/5. However, the service does not meet Zurich standards. When I wanted to order a coffee (cold brew) with milk, it was explained to me in detail why I wasn't allowed to destroy my coffee with milk. Firstly, I don't care about that in the morning and secondly, as a customer I want to get what I want and not deviate from my order. In the end I was offered milk, but my mood had long since been spoiled. I won't be coming back and won't recommend it.
