A very cozy family-run hotel with very friendly staff that warmly welcomes us. The hotel has a great location, just a few minutes away from the train station which goes straight to Zermatt centre. As for the room, it is newly renovated and comfortable with nice views. The hotel also has their own restaurant with amazing food cook by the chef who is also the owner, for a very reasonable price. There is also a mini market right next to the hotel. It was an excellent stay, and I would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a cozy and reasonably priced hotel with great customer service.

The hotel is excellent and our family really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is right next to Herbriggen train station and makes getting to Zermatt very easy. The room is clean, modern and fully equipped and also brand new as it has just been renovated. The owner's family are extremely friendly and professional and we love them. Overall we like this hotel and would recommend it to others wanting to visit Zermatt.

The food and service in the restaurant were great! The hospitality in the beautiful hotel is great! Despite arriving late due to the road being closed, everything was courteously provided to us. Even the emergency toothbrush was organized! Great inn with incredibly friendly and family service. Gladly again and highly recommended.
