This is a place to stop for a meal. A few minutes from Zermatt but without its massification of tourists. Nice and quiet atmosphere, very friendly service in German, Italian and/or English. You can choose between the daily menus or a la carte proposals. The prices are not expensive and the quantity is more than correct, almost too much and everything, with a main course two people can eat. I advise you to make a stop before reaching Zermatt, you will save some money, eat well and repeat on the way down.

The pizza was good. The beef fillet was unfortunately not enough for the impressive price. Preparation was good but very tough (poor quality). When we complained about the meat, finally paid and left, we weren't even said goodbye.

You don't have any breathtaking views but you make up for it with the excellent food, varied starting from a good pizza (Italian, not Swiss 😄) up to the first courses and meat heated on the stone and good desserts.. The owners are good and kind and you immediately feel at home, when they serve you the service is a 5, but obviously there are also waiters, for this rating 4. The prices are those of Zermatt, probably the only small flaw.. But otherwise excellent.. I would have given it 4.5 but it doesn't let me give half a star unfortunately! 🌟 The last time without alcohol, 4 adults plus a little girl ate only pizzas and drinks.
