Ordered hash browns with egg and bacon. While eating I found a hair, picked it out and ignored it. As I continued chewing, I discovered another hair, which is when I complained. The waitress claimed it was impossible and took the plate away. After about 20 minutes of me trying to talk to her, she said she couldn't find any hair and refused to redo it. As an apology she offered me a shot, but nothing to eat. After I freaked out, she called the boss, who came to me annoyed. I explained everything to him and after 5 minutes of discussion I got my money back. Afterwards he said he wanted to fire her anyway because she was strange and incompetent.
