The winter salad is available as a small or large portion. We chose the small version, which was quite rich with a fine dressing. The beef fillet and the risotto with veal ragout were also delicious and beautifully prepared. But where is the veal ragout hiding? A small piece of meat in the middle of the risotto is pretty poor. The entire portion is calculated quite modestly, for me it was just about enough. Definitely not for someone with a bigger appetite! Why not offer the guest two different portion sizes like with the salad? For dessert we chose the daily special: a fine tiramisu, airy, good portion size, not as sugary as elsewhere. But why do you have to decorate this with strawberries & raspberries? The beginning of March is definitely not the season for this. Delicious apple or pear slices would be more seasonal. What we also asked ourselves was why there was practically no local, regional meat. Other restaurants place great value on local, regional meat that is not mixed with antibiotics! The service staff were very friendly and attentive. However, it would be desirable if the placemats on which used forks, spoons and knives have already been lying were cleaned before they are placed on the table for the next guest. Learned nothing from Corona? When we asked for the invoice, we could only take a quick look at the pad and not even check whether the invoice was correct, which seems unprofessional to us and is not transparent.

We had good food here, at reasonable prices (by Swiss standards, of course). The portions were huge! Order as a typical self-service restaurant.

You were treated unkindly and they are not willing to compromise to eat. At home the only thing waiting for me was the toilet after a long drive home with stomach cramps

On Wednesday lunchtime, in bad weather, we consumed a lot!! At 4 p.m. a bad-tempered employee came and said everyone will be out in 5 minutes!!?? Although the board at the entrance says 4:30 p.m. We had just gotten white wine and the glasses weren't empty yet. That's not a species.

Unfortunately the price performance is not right for me. Otherwise food good.

Very disappointing. We ate here last year. The menu still had traditional and simple dishes that you would want in a mountain restaurant. Now there is a “Grill/Barbecue” menu with ribeye steaks, spare ribs, pulled pork etc. Nobody wants to eat that in a mountain restaurant. No Swiss dishes and simple disappointing. The canteen in the lower area is ok, more traditional and cheaper

Until last year it was top 5 stars. Good food, price okay. Terrible this year except for Rösti. Barley soup cold, taste terrible. Salsizplättli disgusting, smelly, went in the trash after 1 bite. I'm happy to pay the price if the food is good. However, that is not the case here. Miserably disappointed. Such a shame.

We were regular guests before the change of tenant. Unfortunately, the new concept is a disappointment. Another overpriced restaurant in the ski resort without any charm.

My best meal in Switzerland so far! Tried the lamb chops paired with argentinian chimichurri and its Amazing! The Baby back ribs are also amazing with their special rub and homemade sauce that has a hint of smokiness to it. Add the amazing views and attentive service from our server. This is a place that travellers and locals alike should visit.

The Grill restaurant on the upper floor is far too expensive, bratwurst with pretzel for 26 CHF 🤣🤣 Mountain restaurants are expensive, I realize, but that's just cheeky🤣🤣

5 stars go to the staffed restaurant on the upper floor. Fine menus and quick service. The self-service restaurant on the ground floor only deserves 3 stars. Very hearty menus. Wok is also heavily seasoned. Unfortunately not my taste. But nice terrace and lots of space inside.

We were in the restaurant for lunch and received a very friendly welcome. We ordered two pizzas that were delicious. For dessert we shared the apple crumble with cinnamon ice cream, I can recommend that. We'll be happy to come back for lunch on our next bike trip :)

Typical self-service restaurant on the ski slopes or in summer between bike rides or walks. Fairly high prices and German-Swiss food. A beautiful view of the valley.

I didn't eat anything, but the menu has a lot to offer. Prices are like in all mountain houses...expensive but ok.

Unfortunately there were no fries for kids as self-service is being converted. Pizza was great for that. Also very friendly service. Ideal for small children (small bike park on the terrace) All in all a wonderful place

Very beautiful view! The food was very good and the pizza is highly recommended! Rarely have I had such a good pizza! The ribs are also very tasty! Was there with the family, everyone was very excited! The desserts are highly recommended! I'd love to come back.

Eternal waiting times for food. After 1 hour the food came. A few more people canceled and left. Very bad organization. Price-performance ratio isn't right either.

26.- for a bratwurst and 2 small pretzels. On the card it was written including 3 homemade sauces (although that was only ketchup, mustard and mayo from the tube). We only received these when we asked. Steep prices, waiting time over 1 hour. Not recommended....

I rarely give a review online, but unfortunately it's necessary here Price-performance extremely disproportionate. Staff friendly, but charged too much when cashing out. (14.-, considering the prices are already so high.) The ambience is nice, but the wooden tables urgently need to be sanded and they quickly become a mess. Unfortunately, the food is only very partially tasty. (I wouldn't call myself picky at all.) Polenta doesn't taste like anything, prawns are too thick, sauces, well... Overall, I would definitely not recommend it. Never again for me...

A really good bratwurst with three equally good sauces and two small warmed pretzels, friendly service. That would all be positive, but the price of CHF 28 is beyond good and bad. Never again.

Actually 5 stars but deduction for the prices where they have increased 😢. Unfortunately, as a family of 5, this is quite expensive. A burger alone for 17 is just very, very expensive, if there was at least a side dish with it, it would be okay. Unfortunately, bratwurst for 10 and fries are also too expensive. As I said, the price alone is the drawback, the food is okay and the service is very nice.

The sight of the menu in the grill restaurant is a shock for vegetarians and vegans. The 30 or so dishes are practically exclusively meat dishes, even the raclette or the salads (!) are only vegetarian if you order them without bacon. This is very questionable these days. Especially in a grill restaurant you could offer more interesting vegetarian options than just side dishes or “raclette without bacon”. How about grilled vegetables, tofu sausages or veggie burgers? As a vegetarian you definitely don't feel welcome here. It's a shame, because the food is actually quite ok.

I was at Scharmoin in the evening, if I hadn't come in a group I wouldn't have gone in after seeing the menu. But first the positive. The service was really top, prompt and very attentive and I also found the ambience to be very appealing. However, I was disappointed with the choice of food, as it actually only consisted of meat dishes. I ended up ordering raclette without bacon because I was hungry and wouldn't have been satisfied with just one soup. I think it would be better if there were more vegetarian/vegan alternatives. There are many people who no longer want to eat meat or at least don't always have an appetite for meat dishes. Maybe the restaurant can change a few dishes or expand the menu.

Today we went to the self-service restaurant. The staff is very friendly and the food was good! It's a shame that there is no vegetarian/vegan daily menu. As a vegan option I had to choose salad and fries, there is still room for improvement! ☺️🌱

Nice terrace right at the middle station. All day in the sun. The main courses are reasonably priced, salads could be a little cheaper. Portions are usually small or large. Service/cashier friendly and accommodating. We would be happy to come back on our next holiday in Lenzerheide.

Service and food always top. Whether in the self-service or serviced restaurant, the quality and friendliness is very good. The pulled burger was top class 👌. The Kaiserschmarn is always worthwhile, usually from 2 p.m.

We've been coming to Lenzerheide for 2 weeks at a time for 7 years now... we've experienced a lot: a lot of snow, no snow, 15° above 0, 20° below 0, sun, snowfall, rain, fog and a virus! But there is one constant: the Scharmoin restaurant and the gold digger bar!!! Great staff, fine food, good music and a boss who is always on site and on hand! We've already invested an entire month's wages here... and don't regret a single cent! We are already looking forward to next winter!

I went to this restaurant to order some takeaway. The man at the entrance control stated that they could do this and then asked for a Covid certificate. I pointed out to him that that was exactly why I wanted it for takeaway. Conclusion: no takeaway without a certificate. This was my first and last visit here. @Operator: I was told at the entrance control that I can also have the food as a takeaway, but only with a certificate! So don't blame the BAG. When they discriminate against uncertified people! Thanks

The restaurant itself is nice and cozy. However, the chefs don't know what vegan, lactose-free or gluten-free means. The Margherita pizza was advertised as "vegan", even though normal cheese was used. Without this error, I would give a lot more stars. However, this concerns the health of the customers, so I can't give more than 1 star... What vegan etc. means is part of common knowledge. Why chefs of all people don't know this remains a mystery to me. Unfortunately, me and my friends will not be coming back.

I got a portion that was far too small and there were no 'normal' side dishes with the sausages. A friend ordered a bratwurst, but it didn't look anything like a bratwurst. The price is far too expensive for this small portion and we had to wait far too long.
