Absolute disaster. If you could give minus stars I would do so. Staff absolutely unfriendly. Staff makes fun of the guests, that's not acceptable. When we wanted to have a drink at 11 p.m. (group of 14 people) we were taken to the bar where there was 8 seats. You couldn't use the tables upstairs because they were finishing work. You also made mistakes when booking and... We neither admitted the mistake nor offered an aperitif… We will never book this hotel again… Rooms: Although nice, you would have to pay extra for room service… Parking space CHF 8 per day. Breakfast ok, not really special. I would never eat dinner again because of the staff.

Top ski rental! Very good skis at fair prices. The test center in the middle of the ski area is particularly great. In less than 5 minutes a new ski is ready for testing. Really great for finding out which ski is the best for me. Up to 2 rental days will be credited immediately upon purchase. My ski brand was Stöckli

The winter salad is available as a small or large portion. We chose the small version, which was quite rich with a fine dressing. The beef fillet and the risotto with veal ragout were also delicious and beautifully prepared. But where is the veal ragout hiding? A small piece of meat in the middle of the risotto is pretty poor. The entire portion is calculated quite modestly, for me it was just about enough. Definitely not for someone with a bigger appetite! Why not offer the guest two different portion sizes like with the salad? For dessert we chose the daily special: a fine tiramisu, airy, good portion size, not as sugary as elsewhere. But why do you have to decorate this with strawberries & raspberries? The beginning of March is definitely not the season for this. Delicious apple or pear slices would be more seasonal. What we also asked ourselves was why there was practically no local, regional meat. Other restaurants place great value on local, regional meat that is not mixed with antibiotics! The service staff were very friendly and attentive. However, it would be desirable if the placemats on which used forks, spoons and knives have already been lying were cleaned before they are placed on the table for the next guest. Learned nothing from Corona? When we asked for the invoice, we could only take a quick look at the pad and not even check whether the invoice was correct, which seems unprofessional to us and is not transparent.

Very rustic, a great selection on the menu 😋 The fondue with dried tomatoes and shallots is recommended. The service was very pressing, starters and wine came too late. Still super friendly. I would like to come here again.
