Top ski rental! Very good skis at fair prices. The test center in the middle of the ski area is particularly great. In less than 5 minutes a new ski is ready for testing. Really great for finding out which ski is the best for me. Up to 2 rental days will be credited immediately upon purchase. My ski brand was Stöckli

I reserved complete cross-country skiing equipment online; When I went to pick them up on a Friday afternoon three days later, there were no skate shoes left in my size. I had to make do with a size too big. The following day, on the cross-country ski trail, far from Lenzerheide, the sole of the shoe simply came off and cross-country skiing was no longer an option; I walked to the bus station, bought a ticket and took the bus back. I wasn't even offered a good solution at Pesko afterwards...

Andreas Kölbl did an incredible job with my custom boots last year, which resulted in some of the biggest (and best) changes to my skiing! He is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also very patient, passionate, and friendly to explain to me about all the details. I'm grateful for the experience and I learnt a great deal speaking with him. Highly, highly, highly recommended the boot-fitting service!

I rented cross-country skis. The prices are fair, the staff is friendly and the material was good. I even got a portion of the rent refunded because I didn't use the equipment all day.

The job was to tighten a 2 day old steering head bearing. The mechanic claimed the steering head bearing was broken and needed to be replaced. They still politely asked if they could tighten it up a bit, which was answered in the negative. When we got home, the bearing was set correctly again in less than a minute. A pity...

Needed new ski boots because the shoes I brought with me were causing pain. Was given very good advice and explained in detail what should be paid attention to. Highly recommended for renting ski boots!

I think it's a disgrace when someone picks something up to rent at 11:00 a.m. & brings it back at 2:00 p.m. because the material doesn't fit & you don't get half a day's rent!! This is a very bad service...

I bought ski boots from Pesko many years ago (even back then with perfect advice), which caused pain on the first day of skiing after a long break of over ten years. Either my foot had become thicker or the plastic of the ski boot had changed. Andy then brought them back into shape free of charge as a service during the ski boot fitting. For free! And I never lost a day of skiing! Here, as a customer, you are truly king. I then bought two pairs of ski socks and, because I was in a good mood, Lowa winter hiking boots. I originally wanted to buy moon boots and the good advice saved me from making a bad purchase. A great specialist shop.

I have dealt with this shop from time to time over the years in connection with winter sports (cross-country skiing, tobogganing, skiing), and have always had first-class experiences. And yes, that is mainly due to the staff, and I hope and assume that they are really coddled by the employer.

Competent advice, beautifully decorated store, good brands. I just thought it was a shame that they weren't willing to give a discount for larger purchases. 1500.- EK value and no discount. Worked in the fashion industry myself and didn't understand this approach. After all: After entering into the customer database, you will receive a 3% credit on the annual purchase amount for the next calendar year.

Simply priceless! Late on Thursday afternoon, February 10th, 2022, I briefly stood on my own 10-year-old skis, when I put them on for the first time my ski boots were heavily tilted and the suspension on my bindings broke. What now? Was my extended ski weekend already over even though I had only done three runs? Should I just risk it and continue riding with the broken spring in one binding or can it be repaired within a reasonable amount of time? I had a bad night with a lot of unanswered questions that I couldn't get out of my head. On Friday morning, my difficult father called Pesko and explained the problem to an employee. She forwarded the call to the workshop manager, Super Mario. He said maybe they could help us and we should just come by on skis. Despite heavy snowfall and some obstacles on the road (stopped trucks and cars), we set off from Churwalden to Lenzerheide. Into the underground car park and there was free parking for Pesko customers. There was a lot going on there and I thought we would have to wait longer. Nothing like that, we were served immediately and Mario called the workshop specialist Blondy to get his opinion. Blondy said they wouldn't mess with the bindings and couldn't replace the suspension for safety reasons. They might have exactly the same binding as a replacement at the workshop next to the Rothorn Bahn. He's going there now and we can follow him. A short time later we were there and Blondy was holding the exact same binding in his hands :-) I couldn't believe my luck. 1 minute later the binding was changed and adjusted. Super professional and very customer friendly service! My ski weekend is saved - thank Pesko!

Good place to rent your equipment. People are friendly and they do make an effort to speak English. The equipment is new and of a good quality (Snowboard 5* = Burton Custom model 2020 and Burton bindings). I do recommend it.

I was sold a wax for over 50 francs that doesn't even cost 20 on the internet. The quality was crappy. And most importantly, there were no instructions on how to apply it. I definitely won't be shopping there again...

My friend reserved an e-mountain bike for me two days in advance. Unfortunately the bike was neither explained to me nor properly adjusted to suit me. The only thing that was checked briefly was the cushioning, which fit me perfectly like a miracle - really now?!? Later on in the trail it turned out that it was set too hard. Anyway, the “best thing” was that the seat post fell apart after the first few meters. It's great to find the small metal roller that fixes the cable to the lever in the rubble. Luckily my friend was able to repair the defect, otherwise it would have been pretty unfunny. When I returned it, it was explained to me that every biker has to check everything themselves! Great service, so please only rent a bike if you can/want to check all the screws again? Thanks for nothing, that was the last time with you!
