Glad to find Portuguese specialists, but a shame that the welcome has nothing Portuguese despite their very Portuguese origins. Cold, we ask you things without a limited look, I don't want to be there and serve you. Second time in Lausanne Flon, and the same welcome, I recommend Yverdon just the opposite. And please no pickles in the Portuguese sandwiches.

Very good bakery where you always find something hot!

Very bad pastry, terrible cappuccino and personnel proud of not being able to speak anything except French. Not even German - and this is in Switzerland. And they proclaim to serve Portuguese foods, the quality of which is a real insult to Portugal. One star is too much, avoid this place at all costs.

I was a customer who came regularly but one day I was in a hurry and had to pay for a coffee that I couldn't drink in order to go to the toilet. The salespeople were very unpleasant, I do not recommend. On the other hand, the staff at the Bessa Bakery in Renens are very warm and very professional!!!

Personalized cakes are great! The only problem is that they even give us a box to put them inside (a sort of open box that is not hygienic at all, it's really a shame) it's better to spend a little more and give them with a box. The pastries are super good. I will come back again hoping there will be an effort on personalized cake boxes

My family and I have been ordering 3 birthday cakes a year for 5 years and we have never had a single order right, the cakes have never been what we asked for! This is unacceptable for the prices we pay! We trust every year and every time we get fooled.

Poor quality products. Staff not friendly. And not a charming place at all. I don't understand how this coffee holds up despite everything.

Between the natas which caused stomach upset, the undrinkable cappuccino and the unpleasant service. I won't go back there. Sincerely.

An excellent tea-room bakery and pastry shop. A spacious, bright and welcoming place. It is certainly self-service but the welcome from the staff is so friendly, jovial and helpful that you feel served. The choice of drinks is excellent, the pastries delicious. And what about the bread: just by looking at it you can hear that it's crispy. The costs? Better than affordable and cheaper than its competitors... To remember

The products are certainly good but on the other hand the service is just terrible! A young man and a lady at the checkout with no education so I will never go back again.

I often go to Bessa Vidy which has a great organization, the girls are also super nice. But Saint François it's a shame I go sometimes but there is an incredible lack of organization the staff is not all welcoming and supportive we are in the city it could work much better.

Bad service, the 1st employee that took my order decided to cut the conversation with me and stop preparing the order to reply to someone else’s questions when I have politely and patiently waited for my turn. After I have gotten the order, now the other employee comes and spills the coffee by accident on the counter and on my quiche wrapped in a to go bag while I was waiting to pay. (Sure no problem, accidents happen) To put her at ease, I smiled at her and told her ‘it wasn’t me’ instead of her apologizing she was rude to me and treated me as if it was my fault! and when I asked her if she can replace the wet bag she started cleaning the table first and asked me to wait. Hence I took the bag myself and left with not even an apology from her side. Ps. The bathroom is vers dirty too I wonder about the kitchen

Terrible service! Waiting ten minutes for a cold croissant because they were heating it... It's not even like it's inexpensive. Avoid at all cost.

Saturday, 10/09 full 4:10 pm half of the room closed. The only guy working arrogantly, and complaining to us because we passed through an area that was already clean and prepared for closing, and we passed because there was a baby stroller in front of the "supposed" entrance. 2 super friendly and welcoming employees. This is already the second time I've been to this fake bakery! Not very good product! Use unfriendly, no smile, I felt unwell and they didn't even come to honestly help me escape, A total shame. And I'm not talking about the slowness! 15 min they bring the coffee!

Unfortunately all the cakes and Portuguese specialties that I’ve bought here weren’t good (tasteless), incomparable to the ones you buy in Portugal or even in Delicias da Serra. I was extremely disappointed with the pão com chouriço and with the leitão assado!

Could and should be a lot better. Pastry is okay, coffee is good and Portuguese imported products are nice. The ambience doesn’t invite you to stay. Service is slow, and not enough for the affluence. The coffee room isn’t cleaned often and it blasts raeggaton and pop music loud - very noisy and uncomfortable if you want a break from work and relaxing coffee pause. I can only recommend for take away…

I was there and after finishing my little meal, I used to put the tray in the cart. This time, I noticed that there were also other trays on the table and I left mine. When leaving, I was rudely warned by an employee to put the table back in its place! My advice: before making a complaint, you need to look around... it could risk alienating/repelling customers.

Few of the times that I have come to this establishment, I have had bad experiences... either with the staff who were unfriendly, or the product was mediocre. And we never have much choice with them. It's true that the prices are affordable but sometimes it's better to pay more elsewhere than to eat there. J was today 01.02.2021 with a friend. I asked for a mixed croissant and you can look in the photos I put the condition of the croissant. A good part of the croissant is missing. Lamentable serving a customer with such a croissant. Cheap milk chocolate in pain au chocolat is too sweet. It smells like cheap ingredients. The pastries are very average. The interior decoration is in bad taste. There are much better bakeries nearby. The center of Lausanne deserves much better as an establishment. In short, avoid this not-so-great chain.

Very disappointed with the cake that my son bought (01.27.20) for his mother's birthday: a sort of mille-feuille whose shortcrust pastry was replaced by soft round biscuits... He thought he was doing the right thing, perhaps also because of the aura of the previous owner of the place...? In any case, we tasted it, we didn’t like it at all and, for the first time, we didn’t finish this cake! ☹️👎
