Take precautions. Delivery was 45 minutes delayed without any heads-up. When the delivery man arrives, he is angry, imposing, and threatening. He had to spend 6 minutes looking for me and wanted me to apologize. The man refused to give me my food and was willing to walk. When I finally press him to give me the food, I hear him yelling and calling me names as he returns to his car. It was the worst delivery I have had and ruined the food experience.

Ordered food via delivery service. They are very friendly and quick. However, the burger doesn't taste good. Ingredients don't seem fresh. Cooked very carelessly for me *house sauce* is a cocktail from a tube?

After we ordered 5 mozzarella sticks for 9 francs, we (not) enjoyed our expired non-carbonated drinks while we were treated to bad music that was way too loud. All in all, no. I didn't expect anything but was still disappointed.

The Brugers are very good. If you order one of the larger ones, just the burger alone is usually enough; if you order a smaller one, a side dish makes sense. Snacks like chilli cheese nuggets etc. are good but a bit expensive.

Definitely the last time I ordered there. 2 hours waiting time no information. Multiple statements from the driver is on the way, no reduction or compensation. Then the order is not complete and correct. When I called again, I received false information regarding the order.

Opinion from Roman Wandke: Extremely long waiting time (1 hour 40 minutes), justification with lies, no honesty. They were told by phone "courier is on the way" - but the courier on site said a completely different statement. Food was warmed up and therefore inedible. In addition, part of the delivery was forgotten. The worst part: NO apology, NO compensation. Absolutely not customer friendly.

Horrible I ordered a hamburger without onions and salad. When I received the order, the hamburger had onion and salad. So I called to report the error and ask them to make a new one and send it. You get the food in a different condition every time. It also tastes different every time. Sometimes the fries are fried way too much so that they are already dark brown and then the burgers have a completely different sauce on them. Most recently, the courier overcharged by 20 CHF. Cordonbleu ultra small and looked like a frozen product from a regular store. Mozzarella sticks and pizza base are probably also a finished product. Far too expensive for what was delivered.
