Staff friendly, good service. Prices have gone up a bit, but it's still okay. The furnishings are a bit dated. You could renew it.

It's not just the soup that's brown, but also the rabble that hangs around here. SVP events have been held here several times with the goodwill of the owner. Criticism is not responded to. I had a problem for two days straight and when I called the staff's attention I was treated unkindly.

At the beginning we stood around for minutes until we asked ourselves if there was still room. When we took our seats, we had to leave the table - "you weren't allowed to sit there" even though there was nothing at the table!!! Paid 36chf for 3 ovo, 1 cappuccino, 2 pretzels, 2 peaks!!! 1 cappuccino for 5.20chf!!! It's even cheaper at rest stops!! However, the young man at the service was very friendly

Bought two coffees to go, next door bakery pastries. Waitress had no cup lids to cover our cups, so we sat down at the table outside. The waiter came up and asked us to leave our table, as coffee to go is cheaper than ordering in cafe. Btw there were plenty of free tables outside. Customer service? No, never heard. Never ever again.

The place is nice and the environment pleasant, the staff friendly. It was cold outside and we went in with some kids to get something warm. Everything ok, but pay attention to the prices, which are high. 3 ham toasts and 1 coffee for 32 francs is really over the top.

Best cafe house atmosphere in Affoltern, good coffee, a fine cake and it's not too loud. Service is friendly and quick. Child-friendly and no problems with wheelchairs and walkers.

Very polite personal. Not a luxury place but really nice and clean. Located in downtown area. There is also a small bakery next door where you can order some deserts and chocolate.
