In short: Ordered via website, after an hour a call comes: "Oops, only got the email now. Should we still deliver? But it takes an hour" - well, promised due to lack of an alternative. In fact, an hour later, almost what we wanted came, but unfortunately there was one pizza too few (which was then charged anyway). That simply shouldn't happen... An hour's delay due to "technical failure" - then you just change the service provider? As a customer, I can't do anything about it! The only bright spot: the pizza was ok. Not stellar, but ok.

Today I ordered for the 2nd time, we've been waiting for 1 1/2 hours and when we call no one answers... the last time we had to wait over an hour... so that was the last time with you🙋‍♀️ .... now it's 5 p.m. no delivery tele is not picked up 🤮

Today we all from the team ordered from you, we paid 13 francs for the Dürüm without a drink, it was cold and it was no longer possible and the Dürüm was thin because my nail was even bigger in diameter and we've never had so little of the Dürüm

After 60 minutes, my kebab was delivered by a friendly courier. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of the whole thing. Almost no meat in it and the taste was disappointing. Never like the Stigeli courier. Once it was great, now it's not even average anymore. Never order there again.

9 months ago I gave this a deserved 5 stars. What just happened here? Döner plate is half the size, for the same price. While delivery used to not take long, today it takes well over an hour. And the yoghurt and cocktail sauce have already been forgotten twice during a delivery, even though they were specifically mentioned when ordering. It's a shame, we'll have to look for an alternative for better or for worse. By the way, the second star in the rating went to the friendly courier.

Really awesome, that was the best kebab far and wide and now this! The flatbread is really dry, the kebab is no longer grilled at the end, there is not enough sauce and everything comes out lukewarm. We were regulars but had received this mediocre quality for the second time in a row. This is no longer Stigeli but someone else and unfortunately he no longer does it with the same quality as it does. It's a shame, we won't be coming back.

Ordered pizza by phone and said 30-40 minute wait. After 1 hour I asked... pizza wasn't even in the oven yet. The previous owners (until Aug. 21) definitely had it under better control.

Unfortunately I have to downgrade my 5 star rating to one star. There was a change of ownership on September 1st and nothing is as it once was. 90 minutes waiting time 2 x green salads had already been served with the sauce (no longer edible) and there was no comparison to the beautifully prepared ones back then. No spaghetti, just pasta, so Penne Napoli: Hardly any sauce, sauce tastes strange, watery. Not edible Penne Stigeli: Should be a cream sauce, comes as a kind of pesto with some pieces of meat. The only thing that you could eat to some extent. (how can you charge 18 for that?) 2 x pizzas taste like they come from the cafeteria, rubbery. I think it cost around 86 euros and 80% ended up in the trash. Underground experience and ordered for the last time, was a regular customer until now.

Unfortunately a very below average experience on Sunday evening: Since we found the pizzas in the restaurant at the Stigeli outdoor pool very tasty a few days ago, we placed the order for two pizzas (1xMargerita, 1xGorgonzola with additional garlic) on Sunday evening at 6:36 p.m. via Just Eat (including advance payment by credit card and a little tip), with a request for delivery as quickly as possible. After we were still waiting for our food after more than an hour (without notification or anything similar), I contacted us by phone to inquire about the delivery. Unfortunately, the employee couldn't tell me when the delivery would take place (reason: waiting for a courier). Result: Since we wanted to have our dinner that same week, I got in the car and picked up the pizzas myself. Unfortunately, we're not finished yet: When the pizzas were handed over to me, I asked whether the garlic (paid extra) was also on the Gorgonzola pizza. Answer: Yes, but you could go back into the kitchen and do it again. Because of the confirmation that the garlic had not been forgotten, I decided against the (supposed) doubling of the garlic - with the result that when I got home I realized that the garlic had indeed been forgotten and that I had therefore paid for something was not delivered! In a nutshell: - I ordered from a courier, but was then forced to pick up my food myself (although in the 90 minutes between ordering and actually eating I could have easily driven to a gas station, stocked up on ingredients and made a pizza myself) - I paid for an additional service that I did not receive - with a bang I received a verbal apology for the delay in the “delivery” - the pizzas were of a solid standard but never as good as in the restaurant at the Stigeli outdoor pool Result: I understand if delivery times take longer on a Sunday evening, but I expect at least short proactive information in the event of delays. But what I don't understand is when I pay extra for something that I don't receive! The result of this experience is that I ordered from Stigeli Kurier for the first and last time. What a shame actually!

In tried and tested quality... top... and staff as always... super friendly and helpful... and today there was even a TV set up in the middle for the football... it couldn't be better.... Thank you for that You have remained with us 🥰😍

Good pizza. Good pide. Unfortunately, falafel are not homemade and are usually fried for too long. People have not received online orders several times. However, when asked, they were always very accommodating and offered drinks or dessert, for example. We always pay with the LunchCheck card. But this only works if the supplier has the right device with him. If he took the wrong one, he'll come back with the right one later. So very relaxed. All in all I'm satisfied. There is still room for improvement when it comes to falafel.

Brought take away for the first time today (kebab and fries). The food was sensational - absolutely recommended!

Kebab top, pizza top, Pepito top. Service top. Unfortunately, yesterday the order took a little longer due to technical problems, but Stigeli reacted exactly right: called and informed me, asked if we still wanted the order, offered three drinks, enlarged the pizza from 26 to 32cm free of charge and the courier was extremely embarrassed and super friendly. Problems sometimes arise, but the service of a courier really becomes apparent when it comes to the behavior in these situations. I will order here several more times, thank you for everything 🤗 keep it up!

Super Service. We live very far away and this is the first pizza courier who found us straight away. Very nice person on the phone and courier very nice. The first courier our dogs didn't bark at. We would be happy to order again. And the payment option via Twint is great
