Best pizza Kurier in Luzern

Meat was not freshly cut, but taken from a box and was therefore rather dry and bland. Dürüm doesn't seem fresh either, rather stuffy. Overall, not an experience in terms of taste, but okay

We ordered here because the store had a great rating on eat. Unfortunately we waited 1 hour 45 minutes for our order and then the food was lukewarm at best. To be fair, the kebab meat was good, but unfortunately the other items were too negative.

The worst kebab I've ever had. There was so much cocktail and the bread was so broken. The vegetables were only on one side. They ignored you when you wanted to say something and added things that I didn't want.

Wanted to try something new and ordered the chicken wings. When they arrived they were raw! I asked there and they said: “Sorry, we’ll do it in the oven”. What kind of answer is that? I didn't want to throw the food away, so I put it in the oven myself. After 1 hour of delivery and 30 minutes of preparing it myself, I was finally able to eat. Will never order there again, definitely not recommended!

It's the best pizza I've ever had, I visited Lucerne and I ordered a pizza here by accident, I got the pizza within 20 mins and the taste was unbelievable and I really enjoyed it. I highly recommend this place to have a pizza at.

I was in Lucerne on business, but a good hour and a half early and drove past there and from the outside I could see that everything was very clean and that someone with fresh goods and gloves was thinking about everything and getting it ready. I shyly went in to ask if there was anything warm to eat at 10:40 a.m. "Of course" was replied to me with a really friendly smile and, above all, in the best Swiss German and someone immediately came with a nice white set, a napkin and real cutlery and I was immediately able to order something from the blackboards and it was penne with Bolognese sauce and that was really excellent exclamation mark luckily not al dente but a little better cooked and the sauce was quite good and it wasn't too hot and it wasn't already cooled down - just right to eat straight away and it was beautifully presented I just happened to be there and I have to say that as soon as I went in there I wouldn't have been in Lucerne way too early. Once again you have to take a hard look at yourself and curb your prejudices and give such eating stations a real chance, because it was really, really excellent! Plus it was clean, the people were friendly and everyone spoke Swiss German - what more could I want?

Disastrous service! If you want to promote food waste, you are welcome to order here, otherwise I strongly advise against it! Food arrived very late and cold (not even lukewarm). Owner very unfriendly, when I came to meet him he started calling me brother and arguing.

Delivery times of almost 2 hours without a notification, chicken wings delivered with the wrong side dish and wrong sauce even though it was specifically mentioned in the order and the kebab was simply not edible. The apology was: Sorry, we have over 200 orders. My recommendation: Save yourself the hassle, order somewhere else or fast!

I was positively impressed! Initially we ordered because it’s almost the only place in Luzern opened at 23h and still doing deliveries. But the pizza was actually good and the delivery super fast, around 20-25’. The salads were for free. Will definitely order again!

Kebab is OK. But certainly not outstanding. However, the pizza I ordered was absolutely inedible.

We had to wait a long time until the order came. I ordered a Dürüm and the flatbread was raw, so was the dough. The sauce also tasted strange even though we wanted cocktail, the meat is OK but as a whole it also tasted strange. But the staff was friendly.

The pizzas we ordered were not delivered after 45 minutes of waiting. After asking several times they still haven't been delivered. The employee was absolutely rude and simply hung up the phone. Never again!

We ordered burgers with fries four times. Burgers weren't fresh, didn't have lettuce, tomatoes or bacon and cheese. They consisted only of bread, meat and some sauce. The fries were old and soggy. After ordering, we also realized that we had to pay too much! After we called and complained, we were turned away very unfriendly. Not recommended, we definitely won't order here again in the future.

Needed a quick lunch at work once with two friends. So I remembered this place here. Passed it many times, but never tried it. Ordered three pizze for lunch. Arrived exactly on time. Very friendly delivery guy. Had the "Cipolla E Aglio" with onions and garlic. And there was plenty of it on top! Loved it. Then the spicy "Porcino" with Peperoncini and of course Porcini mushrooms. Another great choice, nice and fiery. Our third choice was the "Puttanesca" with bacon and Peperoni (bell peppers). Big load of bacon and fresh, crunchy bell peppers. Prices were really fair. Between 14CHF and 20CHF. The sizes of the pizze were nice and there was really a good load of topping on each of the pizze. They tasted full of flavours, fresh and ... important ... still hot. Three servings of salad came with for free. They also have plenty of fast food choices on the menu, pop, soda, wine and beer. The pizza menu is huge. There were so many interesting choices. But it will definitely not be the last time I've ordered here. They have also a loyalty programm. After your 10th pizza you will get the 11th for free. Prices are fair, staff (on the phone and delivery guy) were friendly, they are on time and the pizze are great. What else you need?

Los tamaños del pizze eran agradables y realmente había una buena carga de topping en cada uno de los pizze. Saboreaban llenos de sabores, frescos y. . . importante . . todavía caliente. Tres porciones de ensalada vinieron gratis.También tienen un montón de opciones de comida rápida en el menú, pop, refrescos, vino y cerveza.El menú de pizza es enorme. Había tantas opciones interesantes. Pero definitivamente no será la última vez que ordene aquí. También tienen un programa de fidelización. I've been ordering pizzas that taste good for years. However, yesterday's pizzas did not deserve the name Best Pizza. The 36.-sFr. were poorly invested. The pizzas were greasy and rubbery. All in all inedible. And I gave a tip for something like that :-(

We ordered twice, the first time a chicken pepito that had absolutely no flavor, was half cold and simply had nothing to do with a real pepito!!!!!! The second time I ordered a kebab box, which was extremely cold and therefore almost impossible to enjoy. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!!!🤢

Der Kühlschrank leer das ab in die Ferien geht. Da ist ein solcher Pizza Kurier ganz praktisch. Unkompliziert war die Bestellung über das Internet und schon bald wurden die feinen Pizzas geliefert. Sie waren schön heiss und schmeckten gut. Top war der Salat der dazu geliefert wurde. Schätzten wir sehr.

A pizzeria that deserves it can call itself “Best pizza”. This pizzeria doesn't deserve the name! This is the fourth time I've ordered pizza from them and every time the pizza is either half raw or it doesn't have enough mozzarella... me and my family will definitely never order anything from them again. Ps: By the way, the salad you add is not fresh but probably already 2-3 days old (I know that from a reliable source ;))
