Thank you for the great experience with you. Such great nice service. My children's every wish was fulfilled, from painting to ice cream. As a mother, I was able to really enjoy the delicious, great food.

When you enter the restaurant you are literally glued to the floor. The floor was extremely sticky throughout the restaurant and the music in the restaurant was way too loud. We were brought to a table that we had actually reserved, but it wasn't set enough for one person. The burger cards were given directly. After 27 minutes we still hadn't been served, neither the drinks nor the food. We were skillfully ignored by the service. Others in the restaurant waited over 45 minutes for their food. We got up and left without drinking or eating anything, so I can't rate the food.

I haven't ordered from Big Burger in a while because you only get disappointed. Now I've made the mistake again. The fries are half cooked and probably still fried with the oil from 4 weeks ago. The burgers were cold and the burger bun was still frozen twice. You call, they apologize and yes, the employees are friendly and very accommodating. Nevertheless, I want a decent meal when I order and spend between 45 - 60 Fr for 2 people! Eating on site is okay, but definitely don't order. It's absolutely the last time!

Very tasty and best service as always

I used to enjoy a visit to Big Burger quite often. A delicious burger and a nice beer was a wonderful combination. Unfortunately the management decided to not sell alcohol anymore. It was a big disappointment and probably I will look for another place where to enjoy my burger + beer.

Yesterday we went for a burger with our 1st year old, Junior. We let him taste and try something. The waitress was very attentive and nice, kept talking to our junior and brought him things to play with. :) I thought it was great!!!

We went to the Bom Bom restaurant, but we were not accepted. Next, we tried the restaurant next door, Big Burger Emmen, and found it crowded with no tables available. However, the owner intervened and found us a table. They also had delicious and very filling burgers, and they gave us a drink as a gift. Their service to customers was excellent.

Probably the best and crispiest fries I've ever eaten! In addition to standard fries, Sweet Potato, Twister Fries and Country Potato are also available. The chicken wings and burgers also tasted excellent! From the food to the friendly service, this restaurant scores in all categories.

We called to reserve a table for 6 people, we are not from here we are just passing through we come from America and I can guarantee you that the sandwiches they make are 100% fresh like here in America there is a nice wide choice of sandwiches, the drawing they have on the wall of Bud spencer and Terence I find it very beautiful congratulations for the idea. Very very nice place, very friendly staff. If we ever return to Switzerland we will be sure to visit you again. Congratulations again

We had to wait 1.5 hours for our food. When the delivery man parked in front of our house, he first went to the bush to do his business. Without disinfecting his hands he then brought our food. When we paid in cash, he naturally waited for his tip (he didn't want to give any money back at first, he just stood there and said nothing). However, the food was delicious, but the delivery service was very disappointing.

The food, especially the burgers, are very tasty. Also simple but beautifully prepared. The service is also young, motivated and friendly - fits into the concept! The prices are ok, rather higher, but absolutely affordable. What doesn't fit into the concept is the rustic old furnishings (the same interior that was formerly Rest. Pheasant) which is a bit of a shame, as you could really spice up the rustic beams with paint cheaply or renew the rustic furniture.

The food was amazing. This is exactly how you imagine a burger to be. The service is very good. You are greeted warmly and with a smile and served until the end. Great store, keep it up!! However, one point must be viewed as negative. The delivery has never been carried out correctly. Either 1 hour too early or 1/2 hour too late.

I was really surprised, after waiting for half an hour, he finally came and took the order, after waiting for an hour, the cold hamburger arrived, I ordered a hamburger without bacon, but with bacon, I ordered three hamburgers, but one of them arrived half an hour later. The third person was just watching us and waiting, it was really ridiculous and a disaster, the onion rings that were really badly made, the worst experience.👎👎👎👎

The service was very friendly. The burger and sides were also exceptionally good. The extra hot sauce was also extra hot like it should be. Only the dessert wasn't the cherry on the cake. AThe Brugers, on the other hand, are phenomenal. It wasn't my last time there... highly recommended.

First of all, I would like to praise the burger... it was really tasty and I will continue to eat it and visit the restaurant. The cola tasted a bit stale or not like CocaCola but it was OK Nevertheless, I have to say that the loud oriental/Albanian music that was playing loudly in Emmen doesn't suit a burger joint. It's okay in a shisha bar or similar, but not for a relaxed meal. When I asked the waitress to change this, she questioned my opinion extremely critically and didn't understand it. After a short back and forth, this was then changed to something more suitable. Maybe when music like this is playing, offer a shisha or baklava as dessert 😉?

I have eaten here several times and am impressed every time. There is a huge selection and therefore there is something for everyone. The food is always excellent. The restaurant is very cozy. The service is always very good, all the employees are very friendly. Can only recommend the restaurant!

Delivery was 30 minutes late, burger (especially the bottom part of the bun) was soggy and inedible. At least fries were good.

Already ordered online several times: delivered quickly, food perfectly warm and super tasty without exception. Now we were in the restaurant itself - rustically furnished with great details. The food was also great! Also very nice staff, thank you very much. Will stop by again and order anyway!

I ordered a New York burger, only it didn't have any cheese on it. Although this is pictured and in the description. Unfortunately, after ordering three times, this still didn't work. I'm very disappointed, but cheese is so great on a burger. In any case, I won't be ordering anymore, sorry...

Creepy and expensive and unfriendly

This is defenitely the best burger restaurant in Lanton Luzern. For me it is the best ever. 6 delicious choices of fries. And soooo many choices of burgers. We are vegetarian. They have very good vegi crispy chicken choices and of course also beef choices. Amazing burgers, that is why we always come back. Of course also friendly good service.

Just ordered on Eat.ch. Food arrived complete, was still warm and tasty. The sweet potato fries were not soggy. The sauces aren't bad. The cocktail sauce is a bit too sweet for my taste. But it's complaining at a high level. However, I still think the prices are a bit high. Have for 3 burgers, mozzarella sticks. Sweet potato fries, roasted fries and 2 drinks paid an impressive 98 CHF. Will still be happy to order again. Thanks :)

We ordered and a burger was missing from delivery. After asking over the phone, the burger was delivered immediately, but unfortunately the bun was burnt and the bacon was missing. It's actually a shame considering the price.

We reserved for 14 people, As soon as we arrived the room was full, very welcoming atmosphere, very friendly staff, keep it up, it's nice to have a gourmet hamburger shop in the area. The sandwiches are identical to the ones in the photo. Sincere congratulations

I was there today with my colleague. The food tasted exactly as you would imagine. The service was great as were the staff. Simply highly recommended.

The woman who served us was really kind. Although we only got take out, my friend and I got a good vibe from the restaurant. The burger we got (bacon) wasn’t that good but the rösti frits were immaculate. Will definitiv visit again:)

My friends and our 3 kids stumbled upon this restaurant and had a very good experience. Great variety of burgers ! The rosti frites were amazing among everything else. The server (unfortunately forgot to ask her name in the midst of trying to keep all kids fed and happy!) was extremely kind and adjusting. They had only two kids chair but she very sweetly brought some extra blankets on which my son could sit on, on a normal chair. Would definitely recommend the restaurant!

Just got back from lunch - was there for the first time and will definitely go again. The food was very tasty and inexpensive - second to none. The staff friendly, attentive and accommodating. I can warmly recommend this restaurant.

Mega delicious selection of burgers and potatoes. I was impressed by the service. Very nice service. Price performance is deserved.

The selection of burgers is almost overwhelming (in a positive sense)😃 Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to work my way through the entire map. (Visit at lunchtime) I had a mozarella buger (from the menu) and was allowed to upgrade the sesame bun to lye bun for CHF 3. Admittedly, that's a lot but it was definitely worth it. The service was very friendly and quick. The owner served me personally. The atmosphere is rustic but inviting. Not quite what you would expect when you see the logo from the outside. All in all, a good new discovery. It's definitely not the last time I've been here.

First: food was very good The service, however... Waiting 1 hour for the food without anything being communicated is simply a no go. Then another 10 minutes until the second round of drinks arrived. The order itself was missing a few things and was delivered after a few minutes. It's a shame that spoils the overall result

We sat outside. Food, service etc. was great. The shisha bar next door is extremely disturbing, as the entire restaurant is flooded with the smell of smoke (outside and inside).

A very large selection of burger creations. The price for a lunch menu with salad, burger and fries is fair. The burger was very tasty.

It was our first time at Big Burger and definitely not the last time. Very friendly and attentive service. The burgers are amazing, I haven't had such a fine burger in a long time. The large selection of side dishes and sauces round off the fine meal.

It's easily one of the best burgers i've eaten in a long time. Will definitely come back to check out the other Burgers. It's quite pricey, but the food is definitely worth it.

I've never had such a good burger. You can tell the quality of the meat and the selection is very diverse. Service is top and the hospitality is excellent, very familiar. We were even offered dessert at the end. Always just great.

I ate at Big Burger in Emmen twice and had it delivered once. On the first visit everything was good and I was satisfied. On the second visit, the burger didn't come as ordered and my complaint was treated unfriendly. The third time the burger was not delivered as ordered again. When I called, they apologized and a new burger including a free Coke was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately it happened a little too quickly. The burger was put together completely wrong. Strangely, cucumber, onion and lettuce were simply left out. (Everything was stated correctly on the bill) The burger was so very dry and barely edible. Sorry but overall very poor performance and a waste of money. There definitely won't be a fourth time! A pity.

Good burger for in between meals. Curl Fries is recommended. The ambience is more traditional Swiss. Not much to do with American style.

Burgers are very good. A large selection and you can't take a burger that isn't good.

Restaurant itself had nice workers. Unfortunately the food wasn't as good as expected. We took a Magnum Burger and Gourmet KO Burger. Sauce was good and bread excellent. Rest of the burger was below our expectations. Meat was ok but little seasoning, extras like onions, lettuce and cucumbers were almost nowhere to be seen. Salad wasn't iceberg salad like in the menu. Salad was how cooked or clock old? Had to take it out! Both burgers had the same type of cooked salad in them. 🤢 Every time we prefer to eat at a typical fast food burger place for half the price instead of a “big burger”.

Best burger in Lucerne! The waitress didn’t speak English but she tried really hard to explain the menu. We had the high way burger, the farmer and cheesy chips with local beer. Really nice place and amazing food. If you’re in Lucerne and you want an incredible burger this is the place you’re looking for. Highly recommend it!

I've often eaten burgers here - MC and BK can pack a punch. The prices are higher but as soon as you bite into them you realize what you paid for.

Delicious hamburger, I got the one with bacon and fries. The taste of meat is really Good as well fries. Good attention by the waiter who we really helpful speaking in Spanish. Definitely will come back again.

I am very disappointed. Unfortunately the 5 million Scoville burger wasn't spicy at all, when I complained you reacted very unfriendly. I wouldn't order from this place.

We ordered a Chuck Nurris Burger (5 million Scoville). Since he wasn't hot at all and we called, the staff didn't care. In addition, the staff was unfriendly and didn't want to admit the mistake. We will never order again.

Good place to visit. Loved each and evrything in the restaurant. Each item is very superb and delicious. Even the staff can help you in getting all the things ready just within 20 minutes and you don't have to wait for a lot of time sitting ideal. In 20 minutes they offers you a lot to eat like snacks for free and you feel like you are at your home enjoying home meals Meals are good and like that they have good taste in their hands. Condition was very friendly and funny, the order came surprisingly quickly and it was super tasty! The children (5 between 10 and 5 years old) were also very friendly. Even when a homemade toothpick flag was accidentally cleared away, people searched the trash can without hesitation and found it.

Burger tasted good, potato portion very small for the price. Truffle mayo ordered for 2.50.- was missing. Were called that the delivery was delayed. For 82.50 I would have expected a lot more. Price is still not justified. Addendum: Reduction from 2 to 1 star because I was harassed twice by phone at 7 p.m. on Sunday evening and my partner and I had an upset stomach after eating.

Went there today and tried the burgers. Prices are very high and the food isn't so good to justify it. The lunch menu included a salad consisting of 2 lettuce leaves. The fries were good but unfortunately a relatively small portion. The hamburger had hardly any cheese on the chicken and there was cartilage in the meat. It's a shame, we were hoping for a little more.
