I give 5 stars for the owner of the restaurant. But today's visit was a scandal. The waiters were disrespectful and we all lost our appetite. It's a shame, because we probably eat in a restaurant once a month and drink coffee and eat cake several times on the weekend. We won't be coming anymore and neither will any of my acquaintances and friends.

It's a shame coming in were placed straight away. After that, the service didn't pay any attention to us. We sat there for 10 minutes and then it was too stupid for me so we just got up and left! I think the staff didn't even notice. Maybe the guests next door... ha ha ha

When I entered the restaurant described here, the name and the ambience promised me a fascinating immersion in Albanian culture. This fastination was totally destroyed and blown to the wind within 10 minutes due to the lack of service. Maybe next time I visit I'll get some water if I'm served.

Great Food. Too bad its a bit far from Zurich. The starters, salads and main courses that i had where all good. Prices are low but i am used to Zurich prices. You will get what you pay for and enjoy authentic balkan cuisine.

Amazing super food and cozy place. Can only recommend it. You should consider that the portions are very big. We struggled to finish our hamburgers.

We have 3x Mixgrill and 1x 10 piece Cevapcici. He brought 2x small mix grills and 8x pieces of cevapcici. Meat was too small, too little. Simply catastrophic, I don't recommend. A bad restaurant that I have eaten so far.😒

That was our first and last time at this restaurant. I chose a dish and the waiter wanted to know if we wanted any side dishes. I then asked if the side dishes cost extra. He said no, either with a small salad or, as in the picture, with fries and vegetables. So since it doesn't cost extra, I took it with vegetables and fries. When the bill came, we were charged additionally for the side dishes. Otherwise I wouldn't have taken the supplements. They also forgot to include the children's menu. When the food came our little one had to wait again. When we complained about the side dish, the waiter said completely different things, no accommodation, NOTHING! Drinking fun at that! We'll never eat there again! Such bad service! Food was ok, vegetables were a bit bitter!

Restaurants where you eat well without it being exceptional. Surprise during payment when we learned that we are charged for the accompaniments of the dishes (served automatically with the dish). Or a dish that goes from €18 to €28 without asking for anything more when ordering...

Unfortunately it was a weak performance. Long waiting time, but that can be excused as it was very busy. Food was disappointing as I was expecting classic Kosovar food. However, I received a creation that I had never seen before. Innovation is always good, but sometimes it's enough to stay traditional. Now for the worst part, the billing. Very unprofessionally carried out as we were not properly told what exactly we had ordered. Even though everyone ate the same thing, everyone had to pay different amounts. There was no receipt for inspection. Although they admitted the mistake, they said that they asked more from one and too little from another and that will settle the matter between us, even though they and simply asked too much. I hope you take the criticism to heart and try to improve it as quickly as possible. My tip to customers: Please always ask for a receipt.

Unfortunately, the experience can vary greatly depending on the evening. There are days when everything tastes good and delicious. Then there are bad evenings when you order beef entrecote on a hot stone and it appears on a lukewarm stone. The meat, which costs 40 euros, is cooked and therefore ruined. The frozen croquettes from Migros don't save the whole thing either. Basically recommended because the price-performance ratio is right. Just order the simple things where nothing can go wrong.

Well, to be called a restaurant you not only have to have a menu almost like a fast food shop that doesn't offer cavap cici as a köfte, it's ok to try it once but it really doesn't have to be 2.mall.

Excellent food at really fair prices, a good selection of typical local dishes and a delicious starter from the kitchen to bridge the waiting time. The waiters are quick and friendly, but not all of them speak German well. Well filled despite the early hour, plenty of parking spaces and easy access. Located directly on a main street but not overly loud, chairs a bit rustic but overall very harmonious with a familiar, relaxed atmosphere and filling, delicious dishes. Definitely worth a visit!

I'm sure I'll hear it. I eat fine, but where is the famous Albanian hospitality?! Hüt bini am abovee is Resti (bi ned us de Surroundings) and have not lied to the opening times. Instead of just telling you that the waiter finally closed the kitchen and paid you as ordered and didn't pick it up, wait. Wherever the people are gone and the other guests are ready to go, hammer and opening times are glued. So unkind!

The bread was dry. My friend order pasul with gulash it was nice.I took the mix grill with the chicken, all the meets was dry hard and without taste small portion for that money. The hiternsatal was ok. The best thing that I tried on that table was sauce that they brought with the bread.

Women who arrived 20 minutes after us were served faster. Staff was friendly but very slow. Multitasking is not your thing. We ordered the Mixgrill and got the wrong Pomeranians, which was a shame. The location was quiet and clean. The prices were around 25.00 with a drink and additional fries
