Since July 2020, Biscuit Agathe is under new management. Alexis and the team have embarqued on a journey to refresh the brand and expand its range. I visited their workshop today and the BIO biscuits are delicious. All components are from local producers: the flower, the sugar, the butter, the eggs and the recipes of course. Agathe is back and has cool stories to tell.
