Very unfriendly staff so that a pregnant woman can go out of the toilet you have to ask something about it, she just wants to "have a customer toilet" and in a very unfriendly tone!! I will never come here again!

1 star is even too much for this store. I have never seen such cheeky and indecent employees/owners in my life. I would discourage ANYONE from going there and supporting this store... It's better to go to the restaurant next to the post office. They are very hospitable and know how to deal with guests.

Yesterday I came to the Ahornträff bistro while looking for a toilet. The restaurant was about a third full at this point. I would have been happy and grateful to be able to use the toilet. Of course I would have paid for it too. So I asked the counter if this was possible. I was rudely turned away. This was supplemented by another party saying that the toilet was only for guests. Everything was very unfriendly. Not a good experience.

The service is always very friendly and the food is very tasty. Definitely recommended👍🏼👍🏼

Cozy restaurant where you can enjoy a coffee, tea, etc. after shopping in the basement (Aldi). Simple but good cuisine.

not entirely hospitable, just sat on a chair on the street for a minute because he was exhausted. Immediately an employee came out and reported that I either ordered something or was leaving here. It was pretty rough. Probably just good for the money.

I will never do, and I encourage everybody to think twice before they go to Bistro Ahornträff and make people behind this business make money given how disrespectfully they happen to treat other individuals. I stopped by at Bistro Ahornträff today, asking if I can use the restroom to wash my hand that got dirty from the bike as I was biking to a grocery store. The lady in charge of the place made a long pause, eyed me up and down (I was wearing sports gear - perhaps the least elegant attire among the people in the Bistro Ahornträff that moment), then made a face expression which is hard not to take for being disgusted and refused my request in a way which made me feel *very* unwelcomed (with her tone and attitide and look she gave me). It would be 100% understandable for the lady to say "the restroom for customers only". It would be truly understandable for the lady to say "I am sorry your bike sports attire does not align with the dress code in our place, I may not let you use the restroom". But eyeing up and down and expressing herself in a way that does strongly suggest superiority over me being dressed up sporty with a dirty hand is just a very low. Bistro Ahornträff may happen to serve wonderful food and coffee (I do not know that), but such service just spoils it for me entirely. I do not want similar experience for me, my friends or family, and I will not support this business.
