It's expensive for such junk food! The restaurant was not clean, we sat at a dirty table. The staff were ok.

Way too expensive. Three small burgers and a drink equates to over 30 euros.

You shouldn't eat here, I just wanted to have a small snack. The toilet was disgusting! Dirty, no hand soap and it seems like they don't want to use their money to fix the toilet the classic way, but use duct tape to fix elements of the toilet! The owner should pay a fine and the health authorities should simply close such fast food restaurants.

The cold apple turnovers and the smoothies were lukewarm and way too sweet!!!! The places are not clean.

Food: usual, it's fine. Atmosphere: Dirty, it seems staff don't wipe down tables often or clean floor during the day. Toilets: Smells like they hadn't been cleaned for 6 months, also dirty. Overall, worst McDonald's, i have visited in CH.

I usually like going to McDonalds but this one is really run down. The toilet is disgusting and small and the floor and tables are very dirty and sticky. This Mcs is in need of renovation and disappointing for such a large company.

This restaurant is hellish, I don't recommend it. I was very poorly received. The food was poorly cooked and they refused to give me a new hamburger on the grounds that I didn't speak German.

I ordered a chicken burger at 11:15 today. At the checkout. The employee said it would take 2-3 minutes. I waited 10 minutes. But, now I would like to get rid of the following: The toilet is dirty, even though 10:00 was entered on the cleaning table, dirty, no soap in the dispenser and everything musty. This toilet has definitely not been cleaned!

The bins were full and the trash was all around.

Thanks to MC Donalds, wherever I go, it is a place where I can rest and eat something.

Me and my girlfriend decided to order two burgers at McDonald's and were informed by an employee that it would only take about two minutes. Unfortunately we had to wait over 10 minutes for our order to be ready. When we politely asked how long it would take, the employee responded inappropriately loudly and gave us our money back. We found this type of customer service to be disrespectful and disappointing. It is unfortunate that our experience at McDonald's was not up to expected standards. We expect customers to be treated with respect. It would be desirable for staff to be trained to respond appropriately and professionally to customer inquiries. Improvement in this area would ensure customers feel welcome and valued.

I fell and spilled my food and drink. MA immediately took careful care of me. Afterwards I was offered another drink and food. Thank you very much for this extraordinary service. Bravo employees and employees. Werner

The staff were extremely rude and falsely claimed that the first floor restaurant was closed, which was not the case. An impudence.

This McDonald's is different from others. VERY SMALL burgers. A Big Mac is a little bigger than a cheeseburger, the prices are an order of magnitude higher than in other countries, for 4 people it cost us about 60 francs, although usually in Germany the same trip to McDonald’s costs 40 Euros.

This was one of the best McDonald's I've ever eaten at. Apparently fresh oil was used here. The restaurant itself was very clean and the employees were very friendly. It should always be like this.

McDonald's is what it is. Nothing more or less. Not bad and not good.

Actually everything was fine, except the supervisor or something like that really didn't treat the employee nicely in front of the guests. Then I noticed myself, where I was close to it, he shouted number 67. I was scared myself, it was 2 meters away, well, I hope it was just a bad day. (by the way, the 2 hamburgers and frit were a little more than cold)

I order, they accept my order, they can't find my order. And because they can't find it, it's never prepared and we wait all evening until closing time with hungry stomachs. (For the second time!) Quite simply, I was dreaming and ordered wrong - really great customer service. Not again.

Because of the ordering terminals, there was a long wait for two drinks. If they served normally, you would get through much quicker. Pure chaos

Like other outlets. It's the same all over the world. The lady at the counter was nice. With a smiling face she handed the food over.

Recently made a 49.80 CHF order and upon opening the bags back at the car a burger was missing. As we were passing through Basel we had no time to go back.

Different types of vegetarian menus...not even one in Italy...light years ahead of McDonald's Italia. W is Switzerland

After Dubai's Mc donalds I really enjoyed eating Mc donalds at Basel. Spicy chicken burger is especially for people woh loves asian spices just like me 🥰

Cola Zero was mixed with water and tasted terrible. Ordered Big Tasty and had to return it. Apparently prepared a long time ago, cold and very unappetizing to look at. I've never seen anything like this in a McDonald's. I will avoid this branch now. Definitely not recommended. My child got stomach cramps and diarrhea.

The meal is ready at lunchtime in about 15 minutes. 20 chesse/normal burgers are prepared. Not fast food but old and dry food. I've spent 20 minutes here now, the burgers are still in the warming container at least 30 minutes old. The Liestal location was exactly the same, only it is now permanently closed. Worst location in Basel

4 out of 5 orders are incorrect, even at times when there are hardly any people in the restaurant. Either the wrong things are packed or sometimes things are completely forgotten. (Apart from the fact that the food is cold in most cases) Most recent example: Chickenburger and three cheeseburgers ordered and paid for, only received one chickenburger and one cheeseburger - of course only noticed at home. By far the worst McDonald's in Basel-Stadt, from cleanliness to service.

You are so rude. I don't want to go there, but I don't say anything about the machine. He's at the checkout and he's trying to explain himself. Unfortunately, he doesn't speak much German and has a lot of moves. I really liked having him translate the crap. It's really nice to tell you what your number is. But I think they have a hard time understanding things and are overwhelmed and can't act properly. Dear MC, please don't spoil your load with such racist shit. It's ok, but there are dealers outside the Mc on weekends from 7 p.m., which I find unpleasant.

In german we say vallah the burger didn't taste good... I ordered 3 cheeseburgers and 2 potato sauces to take away. I got 3 hamburgers with a curry sauce. I'm wondering if it's that difficult to give something correct from the order or if that's asking too much of the competent McDonald's staff.

If i could vote zero stars i would, I ordered two Big'N Tasty burgers and they were not big or tasty, they were small and cold.... Not only that but after eating the burger with the fries, i now have a stomach ache and dirrahea

I was order chicken burger for take away and the burger was burned. Very bad service. !!!! Can’t even eat it.

As good a McDonald can be but i felt they prepare the fries and Burgers in advance so it was quick but we the fries were a bit cold already for my liking.

The food was cold. Hamburger and fries. The delivery, from the order at the Törmimal to the checkout, no waiting time, so lightning fast. The conditions are happily different. It's all about quick processing. The tables, the floor and the toilet are really disgusting. The floor was wet and slippery, creating a risk of slipping and being dangerous. The tables and benches were not wiped clean. You squatted in the wet or on the remains of food. There was an unpleasant smell in the toilet, the toilet bowls were unclean in and around them and there was no toilet paper or soap and the washbasin also saw better days. I definitely won't go there anymore.

How can it be that the employees here serve the best burgers from McDonald's and the management is too stupid to offer a menu option for a double royal cheese? If I allowed myself to do that, I would be fired after the second day.

My burger was raw, which shouldn't happen. Afterwards I had to wait 15 minutes for a new one, which I find questionable. The new one was then burned.

Very nice facility😋😋😋 I was Friday Saturday and Sunday every 3 days in the evening at 8:30 p.m. we would be ate together with our family, The order was prepared quickly and flawlessly and I would like to say that the food was always fresh and narrow. And very friendly

Much visited place in Basel. However, quick service can sometimes lead to longer waiting times on weekends. Toilets are not so clean as are the seats and tables. In terms of taste, the burgers have no difference to the other locations in Switzerland.

I think it's always nice for an ice cream or coffee.

I've had worse experiences before... but it's slowly becoming too much.. you can adjust the portions... that with a 5 dl drink you don't really get 5 dl... let's make one on Coca Cola or something... (it was a take away but nothing was poured out, the bag was dry, packaging in tackt). I also remember a time when the big tasty was still the size of a hand and today it feels like a normal hamburger, with a little more lettuce, a little sesame and bacon... we also noticed the big difference in other items... it's a real shame. !

Classic McDonald's. What more to say. We went to get some breakfast. The monitor station where you choose your food worked, but it did not give us the receipt, so the cashier needed to search for our order.. 🤨 Next surprise was that they don't have any straws or cup covers..that's a new one...what's next, no cup, drink from your hands? 🤔 If you want to save...something..., maybe after the order at the monitor, instead of printing the receipt which did not print in my case as it was broken, show me a QR code, I scan it and have that one ready to show the cashier.. will save paper and trouble with my order in the first place...(sigh) aaanyway... We sat down, only to find out the speaker above our heads was broken and "playing" quite loud hissing sound which forced us to get out and sit outside, where we finished our breakfast, which did not look like the one on the picture but hey, it's fast food and really noone even expects that. 🤷🏻

Pathetic, big ice cream for 3.90Fr. But it's not the price that's pathetic, it's the small 'big' ice cream. Estimated 60g...🤮

Manager Diego incompetent, his manager even more so, redirects the delivery error to Uber Eat because the delivery man came on foot because he didn't have a bike.... therefore return of goods without any refund!!! Never again !!!!
