The restaurant was very cold, many guests complained about the room temperature and the employee just said she couldn't do anything. Some even kept their jackets on. The food was lukewarm and the taste was not satisfactory.

Coincidentally, I ended up at Mr. Wong Bahnhof Basel on one of my business trips. I was pleased by the huge selection of freshly cooked dishes, as well as the fast service. The kimchimiso soup with gyoza deserves special mention. Extremely friendly staff, coupled with an unbeatable price-performance ratio. It's a shame we don't have anything similar here in Bern...

Food is the way it is at Mister Wong. Quite ok. Lots of space as it wasn't particularly busy at the time I went.

Actually everything is very good. Except for 2 small general points. Service is sometimes TOO FAST for me (not meant ironically). The amount of rice on the side is sometimes TOO MUCH (not meant ironically). Since I don't want to eat dry rice (too bland for me), I mix the whole thing in my plate, which is extremely difficult given the amount of rice.

It used to be(!) one of my favorite restaurants: I pay particular attention to quality AND friendliness: The food is quite ok, although a bit less than before (I was still hungry afterwards), but the staff was unfriendly and grim (smiling is a foreign word for them). I've been coming regularly for 5 years (every Sunday), and for a few months now I've had the feeling that they don't feel like serving me, they don't look me in the eye, and when I said goodbye "I wish you a nice day" I only received a grim response Grumbling back. They used to be really friendly (warm friendliness, but that was a thing of the past)...but apparently they earn way too much there, no matter how unfriendly they are, so it doesn't matter to them anymore...a shame, I hope things get better ,otherwise I'll look for an alternative for Sunday...Update: Since I had negative experiences with this restaurant for a long time, I found an alternative that is really good and I'm always greeted with a smile. .maybe I'll try Mr. Wong again this year and if it's unexpectedly good again and the staff is friendly (smiles etc)...I'd be happy to give it more stars (but it won't be my favorite place anymore because of being treated unfriendly several times can no longer be undone)

Self service Thai restaurant. Tasty food, good prices and decent portions. Good location next to the station. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of seating including outside.

Fast service but not very pleasant for my taste when there was no one there (we didn't speak the same language and that quickly ruined their work). Very good meal but drinks a little expensive, lack of dessert. Calm and relaxing atmosphere. Very pretty and well decorated restaurant, just small table settings would be a plus. Easy to access location and right next to the station for a quick bite it's perfect.

Mostly friendly young ladies who unfortunately sometimes seem a bit overwhelmed. The food is tasty and freshly prepared, with attentive decoration here and there. As a long-time regular guest, I can say that I feel quite comfortable in this atmosphere, especially since there are various niches available for guests. In 2022, Thai specialties will also be in the newly designed range.

18.05.2023 / 2 pm Chicken fried rice to go: Received the leftovers which didn't make the portion but Madam didn't give a sh...t! She even left the last remaining 3 chicken pieces in the Wok instead of joining them in the already not appropriately fully filled take-away box! Seriously, what`s wrong with you guys?! I ordered Soup with Vegetables and Shrimps. Was a disaster. No taste at all. You could feel the frozen taste from Shrimps. Portion was fair enough but its a shame that was so bad. It was a waste of money. This is how i left my plate and im still hungry...

The food is consistently of high quality and there is usually a good selection! You can choose from dishes prepared in the wok or freshly prepared to order according to the menu list! For really hungry guests there should be slightly larger portions of rice! This should at least be possible without a surcharge if desired!

Everything looks nice, but service is more like in a canteen, the food is too salty for my taste and the fried noodles (apart from the fact that they were just boiled rather than fried) somehow just don't have an Asian touch, just boiled ones Pasta with chicken. Apart from that, the last two times they tried to bill me twice for the dish... Let's take that as an oversight, but just pay attention to what is being billed.

Both of our meals were very bland. The soup was freshly prepared and was ok. Unfortunately it had almost no taste. The pasta dish was pre-cooked and was simply skimmed from a large pile of pasta. This dish also had almost no taste. No, we didn't suffer from Corona because the PET iced tea tasted great. 2 meals and drinks Fr. 43.-. Price-performance is absolutely not right! Will we come again? No, because it's not worth the money for us. (All personal opinions)
