Bistro Berg-Shop Jaunpass in Boltigen

Always very beautiful as well as the outside. Good drinks selection. Unfortunately, the service we received wasn't particularly friendly. I thought the food was okay.

We have been here many times and we love walking the Juan pass with our friends and family that come to visit, however; the Everytime we go to this restaurant the boss lady has a very mean and unfriendly personality. We speak some french but not a lot and we try. I do not know if the lady does not like us because we do not speak her language (which both of us speak Spanish and English, so we know what it is like to know multiple languages). But I am always disappointed with the service. I will not be going back to them. I will try another restaurant that is near by. Would NOT recommend going just due to the attitude and unfriendly nature of the service. It makes no sense to see that these employees are so unhappy and not willing to smile or show some happiness when the location is absolutely amazing to be around nature and good people that come by. But not all people have the same outlook. I hope they find happiness in their lives one day, but untill then I wish you an unhappy review.

Terrible staff Hässiges Personal

Delicious food! Fries are well seasoned and the homemade chicken burger tastes great!! Self-service, but the food is served! Possibility to buy gifts/souvenirs. Good location, right on the pass road and parking lot. In winter, the Bruchbaragge in the Gastlosenarena is a beautiful place... Enjoy the Gastlosen panorama with good food (delicious soups...!) and special coffees. The prices are a bit high, but it's worth it to us!

The order is placed in “self-service”. Since we found the self-service prices very expensive but were hungry, we only ordered fries and nuggets with fries. Both were supermarket quality, you could eat them, but clearly too expensive. We also paid 4 CHF each for a 0.5 liter Cola and Fanta. What we found worst of the whole visit was the unfriendliness of the service (probably even the boss). We certainly won't take a break here again.

Coffee is a disaster, inedible, a cheap powder waste. 4.- for self-service, no-go!

Extremely expensive self service CHF 18.- for industrial fries and a very mediocre pork sausage. You'd better close your restaurant and change jobs!!!
