Service neither welcoming nor friendly. We didn't get what we ordered and they made us look like idiots. I strongly advise against it!

I love this place and I feel good there... relaxed atmosphere and great selection of drinks. The food is also delicious...

Superb discovery in Neuchâtel. Very good cuisine. The service, a little quietllllll but it doesn't bother you. The atmosphere is very cool. I recommend this friendly bistro.

Poor service. We waited 30 minutes to be served and the waiter never looked at us. No eye contact. They never offered us the menu and left previous customers' plates on the table. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT, SERVICE

Nice restaurant in Neuchâtel 🇨🇭 Well located with a nice space to eat outside (as soon as it gets warm) the plates are very good and tasty there are a lot of different options for everyone’s taste (burger, tartare, salads, etc) and there’s also a variety of desserts.

I was really disappointed, because I ordered tapas, calamari and potatoes bravas, and the waiter arrived with another tapas, which was not calamari, without explaining anything!!! I thought he was wrong and asked him to bring me the meal I ordered, and he said he had more. And 2 minutes later, he serves another table with the squid!!!! I didn't understand anything and I find it unacceptable. They just needed to explain to me and I was okay with that, but you don't treat your customers like that!!! The food wasn't anything special either! At the end, they offered us drinks, after complaining 3 times!

Beautiful place, good atmosphere and friendly staff. Very good cocktails are served to us. It is better to book on Friday and Saturday evenings.

The three of us had lunch this afternoon at the BISTROT, a lovely welcome and we ate very well, it's really of very good quality, very friendly service, a very nice place, we will come back.

Finally a coffee where they automatically bring a glass of water with it, I appreciate that. Nice terrace, it makes you want to come back for an aperitif given the tapas menu and drinks displayed.

Not at all satisfied with this establishment, the staff is absolutely not friendly and the welcome is mediocre. This is the first time I've been to this place, but it will be the last time.

As already written several times, this restaurant offers fairly simple food, but of high quality and truly excellent. The beef tartare is a “must” and the delicatessen tart is still just as famous!

Fast service, delicious food, good value for money and very careful presentation

After booking, we showed up for one of the waiters to seat us, however the table we had been given was not yet free. This incongruous situation was handled very well by a waiter who seated us on an outdoor table, took our drink order and came to pick us up when the table was vacated. Very warm and cozy atmosphere, especially in the downstairs pleasant waiters and waitresses area. The tapas dishes to choose from are very good (honorable mention to the beef tartare) but there are still some that are not worth it given the price and the quantity served (notably the garlic bread ). It was very good that I asked for more when ordering and tasting their cheeseburger (big bag that I am). This homemade burger was excellent, the meat was rare as it should be and I enjoyed it. The downside that occurred during our evening was the wait of more than 40 minutes for desserts, because there was a mischief in the kitchen according to what the waitress told us. Tight on schedule, we had to leave without the pleasure of tasting the chocolate fondant. Apart from a few disturbing points (mention of the paid carafe of water), I was delighted with this evening spent in this establishment which I highly recommend.

The coffee is excellent. Seating on the terrace and inside. Very complete menu for a brasserie-style restaurant. Already had the fish, the salads, the beef tartare and recently the chess burger with goat cheese. Fast, competent and friendly service

Nice place, decent bistro cuisine. Small downside on the cooking of the burgers (overcooked) with a small lack of commercial know-how regarding the settlement of a small dispute. Good but not exceptional either. Enjoy your meal 😉.

Very disappointed with the service! A regular at the bistro, the welcome and service have unfortunately lost quality, too bad! Error on starters, need to request drinks already ordered, absent waiter who returns 30 minutes later smelling of cigarettes several times…. On the other hand, the dishes are excellent!!!!

It's a good show at the Bistrot du Concert... but since it's the only time I've been there, I'm not going to judge too quickly and put it down to a bad time while wishing them better days. otherwise, it’s pretty and we eat well!

By far the worst evening in two years. Detestable atmosphere like the boss who should review the concept of conviviality and welcoming everyone. Noise attack throughout the meal. Avoid on busy days, too bad because apart from the stone it's pretty good to eat.

Coming with 7 people at 7:30 p.m., we ordered drinks and tapas. Drinks arrived 30 minutes later, one drink was missing. The tapas arrived 1 hour later, half were missing and there were some that we hadn't ordered... Second order of drinks, another drink missing! By the way, we were brought back some tapas as well as 2 small raclettes to “apologize” for any mistakes. Cool ! When leaving, they want to charge us... for the 2 raclettes and the tapas not ordered! At least the server was nice. But next time, we'll find another address!

Very nice tapas. Reasonably priced. The staff have been very nice, and efficient, every time I have been there, and even the atmosphere is very pleasant.

The beef tartare is good. The pasta is also excellent. On the other hand, the red wine offered by the glass was less appreciated despite several attempts.

Very good bistro cuisine depending on the season

Poor service, patience recommended (1 hour 30 minutes of waiting to be reproached for not having shown up sooner, coffee ordered but never received and no gesture of apology). Lazy, distant and inattentive waiter. You will find other much warmer bistros elsewhere in the city. However, we were regulars.

A wide choice of tapas, the portions are generous! Perfect for a hearty aperitif or even a dinner, accompanied by a good glass of wine. Very popular, it is better to book to get a table at the end of the week. Pleasant terrace, the back of the room is a little noisy.

Je suis végétarienne et ai demandé d'avoir une assiette de garniture chasse seulement. Celle-ci m'a été refusé sans explications (la viande doit être plus rentable). J'ai donc pris un cheeseburger végétarien que je ne recommande pas.Les tapas sont bons mais dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de changement selon les saisons.

Being a good Saturday evening customer, I no longer come back to the concert café because the waiter did not want to take my card to pay 9chf.

The service was very arrogant and disrespectful to their customers... As for them, the food is very good. EDIT: Maybe the servers had a bad day that day, maybe they saw my opinion and changed something, I don't know. But after going back, I can say that there has been a big improvement in service! Good enough for me to upgrade my 2 star to a 5 star! Keep it up !

Très très déçue de ce restaurant qui m’avait été recommandé! Effectivement les plats étaient très bons (le tartare) mais le service un vrai fiasco du début à la fin. Notre table n’était pas libre lors de l’heure de la réservation, beaucoup d’attente pour que la situation soit réglée et surtout le comportement du serveur très désagréable envers nous. Table pas nettoyé et tout le long du repas « la non-envie » du serveur envers notre table s’est fait sentir jusqu’à l’addition! Nous étions 6 personnes et suite au service nous ne reviendrons plus et c’est bien dommage.

Nonostante viva da due anni e mezzo a neuchatel, non ero mai stata al bistrot ed è stato una piacevole sorpresa. Ho mangiato un cheese burger veg. Davvero buono. Il personale cordiale e attento.

Friendly service. The dishes were good but unfortunately the meat was cold (it should be noted that we had requested "blue" cooking). In addition there was very little sauce to accompany the meat and the fries (excellent fries). Dessert: thin apple tart, homemade ice cream and salted caramel, it was excellent!

On s'arrête ici pour boire un coup... Et finalement, ce sera deux...L'accueil et bon et le service sympathique.L'ambiance est bonne, tout comme la musique qui est diffusée. On consomme chacun du chasselas blanc non filtré (vin de Neuchâtel)... Très bon...Et abordable ! 7,4 frs suisse les deux verres.Nous avons passé un bon moment.On reviendra pour manger...

Ce restaurant propose de délicieux plats notamment les tartares de bœuf et la salade de chèvre ! Leurs cocktails sont également très bons. Par contre, le restaurant n’étant pas très grand et étant très fréquenté il est mieux de réserver avant d’y aller.

Very rough service and haughty waiter.

En plus d’un service exécrable, le poisson du jour n’était pas à notre goût (pour être complaisant), nous l’avons alors renvoyé en cuisine, une solution de nous apporter une autre portion du même poisson nous a été proposé (que nous avons décliné).Surprise lors de l’addition, le plat était facturé. A éviter...

Nous sommes venues avec une amie manger dans cet établissement. Nous avons été servies pas un adorable jeune serveur. Par contre même si nous avons bien mangé, nous avons trouvé que le rapport qualité-prix n’était pas à la hauteur, à savoir que les assiettes ne sont pas si bien servies au niveau quantité ( sauf pour ma salade qui fut excellente ) mais en voyant les plats de nos voisins également on s’est dit qu’il ne fallait pas avoir une faim de loup. Par contre la présentation des plats est soignée. Déçue par le café gourmand à 9.50... qui était trop simple avec des minis minis mignardises. L ambiance est sympa bien que environnement bruyant avec la proximité des tables, jolie décoration, bon service. On reviendra pour tester les tapas !

Rather nice, Parisian bistro style with original offerings. However, some wines are frankly disappointing, the service friendly but slow. We're not in Paris, after all.

Good wine (especially the Pinot Noir), good beer (especially La Torpille-#BFM, even though I would have like to see more #BFM beers), good tapas (especially toast de tartare a l’huile de truffe), great lively sunny terrasse and most important good and friendly service and waiter and -tres. Simplicity, originality, amiability

De bar met restaurant faciliteit oogt aardig en het is gezellig druk. De bediening is vriendelijk en correct. Wij bestelden onder andere de pasta van de dag, vandaag op basis van groenten. Helaas zaten er bijna geen groenten in en betrof het een heel kleine portie. Geen enkele passie was er in het eten gelegd. De afrekening verliep slordig: in plaats van een pinchet 0,5 liter huiswijn werden er vijf glazen afgerekend. Zwitserse francs werden gelijkgesteld aan euro’s, ondanks het koersverschil. Slechte prijs/ kwaliteitverhouding.

voila plusieurs fois que je visite ce restau, et encore une fois conquis! Service agréable et de bon conseil, le serveur (un petit avec des Tattoo) m'a conseillé un vin rouge portugais délicieux.J'ai mangé un tartare Chimichurri qui n'était pas à la carte lors de mes précédentes visites (et oui il y a sans cesse des changement et c'est tant mieux!) vraiment très bon!!alors après tout ça une tarte fine aux pommes, glace vanille et caramel au beurre salé (CA C'EST UNE TUERIE! heureusement qu'elle est toujours là! )en juste quelques mots : adresse incontournable, personnel et ambiance top, cuisine excellente.
