Really chill full service eatery with great crepes and homemade tea. This is the spot in Neuchâtel to get a quick bite or even your main meal of the day on a dime.

I've been coming back for several times, each time very good pancakes and a warm welcome.

Very good, fast, friendly. No complaints. The price is 20% higher than elsewhere, but it is well worth it.

Nice place with charm. However, the staff is neither friendly nor welcoming. The crepes are pretty good but it was so difficult for the waitress to be friendly and smiling that we won't come back. As she left, she just nodded goodbye. I don't intend to praise those around me either. Too bad for you. Practical information : - Difficult to access for people with reduced mobility or strollers - No parking near the establishment.

If I could have given no stars I wouldn't have bothered. Reservations for 2 people at 12 p.m. we arrived on time, our order was taken but 50 minutes later still nothing on our table. Seeing 1 table, 2 tables, 3 tables, 4 tables without reservation and arriving after serving ourselves, we didn't even have a drink while we waited. Arrogantly the waiter in charge of our order told us that these were the hazards of the job and that there was a problem with our order. For that, young man, you should have informed your customers immediately. No excuses for the wait, for the inconvenience caused. My partner, being in the profession, is more than well placed to know how a service goes. So we left at 12:50 p.m. with nothing in our stomachs. Big lack of professionalism. And yet we have been here before and this has never happened. We won't come back

I remain rather shocked and disappointed by what happened Saturday 13.01 at the end of the afternoon. The waiter was apparently overworked, the two pancake makers were nonchalant. And the young lady who cashed me… she was arrogant… which sums up the atmosphere and the welcome of the staff. A glass broke on our table. The glass broke because the bottle of rancid oil that you brought us was so dirty. that it slipped from my friend's hands, then broke his glass which he had not drunk... I hastened to get up and come ask you for a cloth so that I could clean it by myself... since that moment there the waiter no longer knew how to speak to us and serve us correctly... lack of time according to him... while the other customers were served at the right time... Lack of time, but also of respect and politeness, especially when my crepe is missing the main ingredient... when I ask the crepe makers and they laugh in my face... Know that my friend was a good customer and that he may not come back again, and that for my part it will be once but not twice... In addition, the crepes are still 30% more expensive than other creperies in Neuchâtel, less good but above all less garnished! In short, I rarely give bad publicity, but I no longer want to be nice when I am disrespected.

I've been coming here regularly for the past few years and they've never disappointed. Their salted caramel is amazing. On Sunday afternoons if the weather is nice it's almost always full here.

Yesterday, I had the chance to discover this creperie and my experience was simply delicious! I opted for a grilled shrimp crepe, accompanied by a tasty Provençal tomato sauce and grated cheese. Each bite was a real treat, an explosion of flavors in the mouth. I highly recommend this creperie for its delicious menu and friendly atmosphere. I can’t wait to go back to try other tempting creations!

The crepes were very tasty and crispy on the outside. The salty crêpes come with a small menu salad, where the sauce is served separately in a small jug. I like the fact that you can put together your own crepes and that there are still some pre-arranged versions on the menu. Sitting outside is very nice, and it's also lively right next to the stairs to the castle. I didn't like the atmosphere inside. The service was cozy but friendly. Be sure to pay attention to the cool chair legs!

Being used to coming to this creperie which, although renowned, I was there, we came to eat with my father last night and we ordered 2 savory crepes which were very good by the way But we ordered 2 crepe desserts which never came due to lack of staff unfortunately and we ended up with 2 coffees, and a charming lady told me that she would cancel the 2 sweet crepes, but she still charged me for them on the initial bill, unacceptable, 14.50 for a sweet crepe that we ultimately didn't consume, not even a discount on coffee for the wait, 70CHF for a bottle of cider, 2 savory crepes with 3 ingredients and 2 coffee, I won't come back again never in this brand and my dear friends directors either to the best of my knowledge, have a great weekend…. We're not in Zurich!

My son had a nutela crepe, it looked good but a little smaller than the other creperie near McDonald's, I ordered a buckwheat crepe with ratatouille and ham but I quickly gave up when he told me that ratatouille was made in Portugal by a large manufacturer. I asked if the crepe batter was made with local products and if they were the ones who made the batter, he answered me with a discreet yes, putting the plate down and leaving... For my part, I wouldn't go back to eat there because for me if I pay 12.50Fr for a pancake it's to eat fresh products and especially from here.. The gentleman who served us that day seemed friendly, but I saw that he was a little annoyed by my questions about the quality of the products. Nathalie

Very good food and a simple menu as it lists all the ingredients and then you just choose what you want. Very friendly and helpful staff who were patient with our bad French! Small seating area outside, and quite large and pleasant inside. Very cheap (although I am used to Zurich prices!), a crepe with 3 ingredients cost around 11 or 12 francs.

Super creperie at the foot of the castle in Neuchâtel 🇨🇭welcoming and friendly staff. The crepes are to be made yourself with the ingredients of your choice from the menu (which differs from other creperies in the city, it's a good concept) both the savory and the sweet ones were very good.

Good savory crepe but the chocolate crepes are an industrial mix which doesn't taste like chocolate...unacceptable for a creperie! As the children haven't even eaten their crepe (usually unthinkable) we will choose another creperie next time.

Very good crepes, both salty ones and sweet ones. I particularly like the fact that they are rolled instead of folded. The choice is broad enough. We took lasagna crepes for the kids, and 1er of march for us, customized with feta and an egg. The small salad given before is good together with the sauce. They have nice freshly squeezed juices. The indoor room has air conditioning while they have 2 nice outdoor spots, separated by few meters on the hill. Service was good and fast. If they could improve the indoor decoration it will be great, and fix the wifi!

We love this cute restaurant. It is a bargain for Swiss prices. I had a delicious ham and Roquefort crepe that came with a side salad dressed with a wonderful Dijon dressing.

A nice assortment of sweet and savory crepes. Easy, fast and conveniently located in the village. Make a stop between destinations for a snack and a seat. I especially liked and appreciated the children’s area. It was cutely done as a small castle.

A sweet crepe with a visibly dated chestnut cream with a musty taste. It happens; the nice waiter who announces that the chef “has tasted it and that for him it is good”, it becomes more annoying. I was still charged for the pancake. I will avoid the place in the future…
