I've been for lunch several times with friends, very good menus. Today I was alone, I sat at a table at midday, the waiter arrives and asks me what I'll have. I kindly explain to her that I have an appointment at 1pm so I'll have a coffee with a slice of cake. She replies, then she has to wait. While I wait for other customers to arrive everyone is served I wait until 12.50 nothing I left the restaurant with a dry mouth perhaps because I hadn't ordered the menu?????? I will never go back there again, either with friends or alone

I found this restaurant by chance and luckily because it is a bit hidden. The quality and presentation of the dishes were well above average. You could feel that the chef did his job with love and passion. I really liked it (eyes and stomach). Plates were heated to keep the food at the right temperature. The staff was very friendly and attentive to customers. I had a pleasant lunch break and the surprise was even more incredible when I went to the checkout. Three starters of your choice, three courses with your choice of meat, fish or vegetarian. Starter, main course, water and coffee, all included for 20CHF. In Lugano. I could not believe it. Since I felt that the value of what I was offered was much higher than the price I was asked to pay, I added the amount corresponding to my perception, congratulated the chef and wrote this review. I recommend this restaurant and will happily return.

We went for breakfast, the environment is bright, quiet and clean, the staff were friendly. Good choice of desserts and for a cappuccino and a brioche the cost is 5.60fr. It is frequented mainly by wealthy and elderly customers.

Always excellent. The service too

It is not easy to locate the place which is at the end of a closed road nor be fooled by turning your car into it thinking it is a car park. There is paid parking but it is in the access square, even if it is barely noticeable. The place is welcoming, the tables are well spaced and the staff is friendly. I couldn't eat because they close on Wednesday evening.

I happen to come here on my lunch break. The food is good and not too elaborate, perfect for those who then have to go back to work. The service is also great. The only flaw is that often going a little later (12.45-13) some dishes on the menu of the day are already finished. The first + second course menu costs 19 francs, so in any case the price is competitive (competitive for Lugano, mind you!)

The service is good, but if there were an excellent extra virgin olive oil like Cianti in the kitchen and in the dining room, the food would certainly acquire further added value

Prices are high It’s located inside and area which is offering accommodation mainly to elder people Did not like how recently this place was offered to the so called we buy gold kind of people - .. and the old people resident in the area have been invited to attend and bring their goods without any control in terms of valuation of the products ... Will avoid going there again if this is part of the way they handle business

You ask for a carafe of tap water, they tell you yes we bring "our water" then from behind the counter they fill the carafe with foreign water bottled in plastic bottles. In the end, as well as not having contributed to reducing the use of plastics, you also have to pay for it. Make your intentions clear and be wary of waitresses if you simply want to sip fresh, eco-sustainable tap water.
