Very tasty food, good wines and very friendly staff. Definitely recommended if you go to Geneva!

Everything is exceptional in this place, cuisine, atmosphere, service, wine list. We have to go!

A trustworthy house, the accuracy of the welcome in a few words, letting yourself be taken in hand, two glasses of Austrian riesling, a first emotion, a desire for comfort, a risotto, a few pearly arborio grains bound in an embrace of chlorophyll. We are offered a gamay from Auvergne, telluric, smoked? We feel good there. The plates parade to a free tempo, a note, a chorus! I'm almost no longer hungry, my gourmands say: your disorders are hydras. Head to head, elbow to elbow, our laughter rings, just one last and Tcho.

Very good little menu with delicious and creative dishes, a different open wine list and very friendly staff. Arrived there by chance, great evening without having planned it - the best.

Pleasant and efficient service. Setting a little cold but nice nonetheless. Excellent wine. Above all: how well we eat at Bombar!!! We sense an invested cook who loves his work. A pleasure every time. THANKS. Small downside: asking for the credit card number when booking is not very pleasant/friendly. As if someone distrusted me. As if I was suspected (even before my arrival and even though I never failed at Bombar) of being a cad. Aren’t there other ways to fight against the no show for which I am not responsible?

Truly stellar and fabulous overall experience. Been 2 weeks in a row and service was consistently excellent and very professional. Dishes are creative and tasty (lasagnetta is out of this world, the tartare is incredible -I normally do not like tartars-. The sweetbread is a must, cooked to perfection. Wines are unbeatable. 2 desserts only, but both delighful. Excellent work from all the team members and will be back soon.

Very cool little place, service super friendly and each dish feels like a little treasure. So underrated (almost I kind of hope it stays that way for us! ;)). The concept is very well rounded - we loved it!

Probably one of the best restaurants in Geneva. Love that they switch around the menu quite often, which makes it fun every time we visit to explore new dishes. You can really taste the freshness of the food, and also feel the love that the chefs put into perfecting each menu.The staff are also super friendly which makes the service even better! 100% recommend. It would be also great if they had more variety in non-alcoholic menus as well

We went with a local, and he literally ordered everything on the menu! Seasonal farm to table offerings with excellent vegetarian plates. Interesting flavors. My favorite was the cucumber and burrata; and our son enjoyed the apricot dessert. We paired dinner with a Natural white wine. Service was warm and friendly. European timing of food coming out slowly so that you can enjoy every dish and converse with company was delightful. Our friend is a regular here; and we’re so glad he chose this place for our first meal in Geneva. Cheers to more good eats!

Amazing place, had a wonderful evening there recently fuelled with delicious wines.

Great restaurant, great wine and food. I come here often and always have a great experience. The last time I called to book they redirected me to the website for credit card details to secure my booking. A couple of incidents happened in the booking process that were poorly handed by management, leaving an impression that they are more focused on securing a full house than the customers experience. We finally made it and had a lovely meal, as usual.

First time in this establishment, the good luck to attend a parade of the old Geneva Grenadiers, with the participation of friendly delegations from Vaud and Fribourg.

Excellent find in Geneva, service is above and beyond (especially for Geneva standards), couldn’t choose a favorite dish, all were excellent

This goes only for the red wines by the glass. The 2 reds I tried were at best mediocre, sold for a relatively high price. The 3rd wine was basically undrinkable which was such a shame

A delicious meal. The wines offered by the glass were as adequate as the bottle that followed. An evening full of excitement from glass to plate, a real treat for the taste buds from start to finish!!

Nice place, cozy and with good sharing menu. Different things every month. I went twice and both times are nice. Wine menu is mostly natural wines.

The service was excellent, really friendly and very fast! The food was nice, clean flavours and well cooked, but not particularly creative and exciting. The menu changes regularly though, so maybe it just happened that we went in a not so creative era of the chefs

i dont even know where to start! Bombar has a very dynamic menu, always updating it, with awesome produces and awesome dishes. With a very relaxed ambiance, it’s like dining in Copenhagen! Not even to starting with the amount of great vegetarian options, that you dont see often in Geneva. The wine menu is diverse and prices and extremely reasonable (for 5dishes and 2bottles of wine around 200chf) for a restaurant of this quality in Geneva. Awesome food, awesome vibes and awesome location. Will come back! 100/10

Impeccable service and charming place. The price is dedicated to beautiful, stylish and classy customers, it's almost a cliché. I paid 21.- for a sausage with lentils.

Just like at home, the atmosphere is warm and the dishes delicious. It's difficult to leave the place, it's flawless.

I loved this restaurant which people spoke to me very well about, sober and minimalist decor especially the terrace, but despite this, the sober interior, there is a beautiful counter and behind it bottles which follow one another and which embellish this sober decor , and the very big surprise is this wine list of the region which is really worth the detour for connoisseurs. The attentive staff will make you have a good time, the dishes vary full of different tastes and which change very often because it is the signature of this very good restaurant! which I look forward to returning very soon! Congratulations for the wonderful tatin-style pear tart dessert!

Creative, wonderful, great service (most of the time) hands down for creating a memorable dining experience in Geneva. Sadly never left spending less than 100.- for a simple dinner but I’d say it’s worth it. Menu changes every other week and have a mezcal margarita.

Very good fish tacos, too bad I didn't take a photo... Afterwards we had the pork confit... Ok!

Even if personally I am not always happy when reading the menu, each time, there is nothing left on the plates! Creative bites, regularly renewed and care taken in the selection of products. Ovation to the breaded (and not fatty!) cod tacos where the fresh herbs balance out the spicy mayonnaise! As for the wines, I like to be guided by the happy guys who make up the team. I can no longer count the good discoveries at Bombar! I therefore highly recommend.

What a fantastic meal! The service is outstanding - the attention to details and friendliness is not easily found in Geneva. The food was exceptional. The type of food and flavours are unique. The fact the menu changes every two weeks only adds to the greatness. Highly recommend!

BADBAR. The food is mouth-watering in the title, mediocre on the small plate. Poor service. The boss does not tolerate any comments and even allows himself to comment on the food allergies of his customers. The choice of wines is good.

The staff is extremely competent on the wine list. We only had starters and we're all great. The Stracchino was super good.

Absolutely awesome. First of all, there are few places in Geneva where you can start dinner at 9:45 p.m. with quality cuisine. When you have young children who are difficult to put to sleep, this is a real plus. The menu is perfect, 2 aperitifs, 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 cheese desserts and it visibly changes approximately every 3 weeks. There were 4 of us and we decided to try everything, and there was not a single false note. Everything was delicious and warm. The wine list doesn't offer many wines below 70 chf, but it's worth making a small deviation, the selection is remarkable. And finally the service: nothing to complain about. The dishes arrive quickly, the servers are attentive, responsive and very friendly. We really had a great time. Don't hesitate, go for it!

A breath of fresh air in planet Switzerland.

I finally got to try this bar! A little disappointed... Yes it's expensive, yes it's good but I was expecting an explosion in the mouth which wasn't really there. I was looking for a little twist and I didn't find it. The recommended white wine was really very light... Glad to have tried it but I won't be returning. Unfortunately, I find the price does not match the experience.

Very happy with this discovery in Geneva. Great wine bar serving sharing plates. Eclectic wine list showcasing some lesser known but amazing vintners. Didn’t eat but the menu looks great and food we saw being served around looked very well executed. Will def be back.
