Positive, nice items, well displayed, attentive service

Extremely arrogant service incapable of using their bongénie work tools is no longer what it was. Even at Zara we are better served.

The store is very good unfortunately the sellers seem to be attached to a brand and sometimes it is not easy to find someone who can advise us.

I will no longer order anything from them, systematically there are problems, you are confirmed with an order number and an email that everything is recorded and is progressing, and suddenly without explanation you are told that your order is to be canceled or it There was a problem...3rd time they've done this to me. There are other serious and honest Swiss online sites, no more BG for me. SCOOP, 2 weeks after my post the belt was delivered to me as if nothing had happened! Comment only for the café terrace. Poor service, we stayed 10 minutes on a terrace with only two other occupied tables already served and three dirty tables around us. The waiter seemed very interested in his colleague's conversation, he saw us but kindly ignored us for 10 minutes doing nothing except chatting with his friend.

They don't warn that the gift cards last two years, and just say it's too late once I want to use it, it's theft, and their after-sales service leaves a lot to be desired. I went there with a friend to buy a polo shirt and perfume. Men's clothing sector: we were looking at the items, my friend was called PD by a salesman and the 2 other salespeople laughed.. we were so shocked at the time we said nothing and left the store. Once again where male oppression takes over. I regret not having caused a real scandal in the middle of the store. As for the perfume store where I went several times before this horrible incident, everything went well and the salespeople were super friendly and attentive. But honestly this experience horrified me and I will never set foot there again, which explains the note.

When it comes to perfumery, you're looked at from head to toe, the salespeople aren't very friendly unless you're willing to spend a lot and then it depends on whether you're well dressed! Every time I go back to this store, it's the same experience, horrible. Three years ago I ordered a custom-made shirt which took three months to be delivered (5 days before my wedding...), the welcome was very friendly and pleasant but I do not recommend this type of order.

Home really worth seeing again! We came across a young lady with a very haughty and unpleasant perfume shop. We asked her for information regarding a specific perfume, obviously she knew nothing about it, because she gave us completely crazy explanations. And when we expressed doubts about her words, she was borderline aggressive, cut the exchange short directly and took care of the other people waiting behind us. This is not acceptable... On the other hand, on the ground floor in the men's department, we were greeted by a very friendly little gentleman who quickly made us forget this bad encounter. And we were able to do our shopping peacefully. Good Genius, I think it would be interesting to train your perfumery teams to provide a warmer and, above all, much more educated welcome.
