Classic Tea-Room but expensive, while there is nothing special on the plate, the service good, very good, smiling, friendly... Practical if already in the area.

Excellent cream pie! Just a little too sweet

Cream tart, hazelnut slices and Berlin balls are worth the detour, as are the breads and the rest!!! Everything is really excellent at Séverine and Lucas! They skimp on neither quality nor quantities; This is becoming more and more rare these days when fashions tend more towards: light, less sugar, and a quality/quantity/price ratio that is unacceptable for the most gourmands and gourmets among us. Let me be clear, at Séverine and Lucas, the prices are undeniably higher than in industrial production, but are definitely worth it! Everything is made “home”, right down to their flours! Pretty little bakery located not far from Lausanne train station, every time I go to Lausanne it's the first place I go because the owner is very friendly! And that's not all, all their products are delicious and at an affordable price if you know that they are homemade, don't hesitate to try all the panneton flutes and everything you see you won't be disappointed with this experience if I could give more stars I would do it 3 more at least, I will be honest with the people who read me I know them but compared to the merchandise he sells they are real enthusiasts and the quality and good!!! Next time I go I will take photos to show you! And don't hesitate to go there!!!

Very good bakery. Everything is truly homemade and of high quality. Their organic bread (their specialty) is top notch. I just find the products quite expensive overall (4.60 for a ham croissant anyway) but I'm not taking away a star for this because the quality is there. I recommend.

I have been looking for an authentic, HOMEMADE bakery for a long time. I found it ✨. Their bread is divine and keeps perfectly well for several days. The welcome is very pleasant and the staff charming. I haven't tried their lunch menu yet, but I can't wait to try it when I get the chance.

Bad experience ! The staff didn't even say hello to us. The tea room is too narrow, customers step on each other. They are limiting the number of customers who can go inside even though it is no longer necessary due to covid and there was still plenty of room. We wanted to sit down but the waitress immediately told us we had to wait outside, which didn't make sense. We didn't even have time to pass when she told us that if we wanted to sit down we had to go further towards the chairs, without even being able to see what they were offering. We left, so I can't judge the pastries. They made it clear to us that we were not welcome, it was very unpleasant.

I love this place! It's increasingly rare to have authentic bakeries that have their lab in the next room. The prices of sandwiches, salads and lunch options are very reasonable. It is always pleasant to exchange a few words with the boss and the service is always smiling and impeccable!
