The cashier told me to play for any hour for only 5 francs, but in fact, when I finish the game, the cashier told me for just 85.00 francs, do not enter!!!

The bowling itself is very nice and the atmosphere is good. However, the prices are beyond good and bad.

Very good area, large, comfortable and very good service

There were 8 of us on one track, and since there wasn't enough seating, 2 people sat at the table next to us. There was no one there and no one was playing bowling at the table. Then an employee came and told us that this table doesn't belong to us, we have our place there. I think it's a total impudence to treat customers like that, and one of our friends is still severely disabled.

Very poorly received, unpleasant staff, having waited 1 hour for nothing since we couldn't play at the bowling alley. All this since we didn't reserve the track

Really nice bowling alley where I came for the first time a few days ago.

Friendly and welcoming staff, as well as many different games, mainly bowling and quality billiards, to spend a great evening with friends.

The chairs are a bit noisy. But otherwise the golf course is superb!

Actually a cool place. Typical bowling alley. But we arrived a little later with a larger group and wanted to leave some money behind. But the only employee wasn't keen on it and let us play exactly 1 round. He remained friendly, and so did we, but it's a shame.

Cheating system, nobody mention when your game is over, game is still running and system is still going on so you finally pay double price, if you did not say that you are finished

We came on a company outing and the welcome was disappointing. We have some peanuts and chips “included” in the price. Asking for a few extra chips, after the first service, they asked us 5.50.- for each new renewal of chips, Denner chips by the way…. We were able to play barely two games, not finished, because apparently a 5min timer goes off before the end of the time limit and too bad for your scores if you haven't finished the game... Too bad, there were around fifty of us, we could have had a more friendly welcome, knowing that we filled the bowling alley...

Unfriendly staff, not a smile, refused to serve us a beer because they "cleaned the tap" when there was 30 minutes left before closing. I don't recommend.

Really great for playing bowling with friends. The staff is very nice. There are also many slot machines (I don't mean any slot machines except one) that are very great. It also has a billiard table. The price is also ok. I went there once for a birthday and it was well done for birthdays. You can also order drinks. There are toilets even if you go a little further back in the hallway. In any case, it was always fun there and you always had a good moment.

Bowling was average. The biggest problem was during payment. The base price indicated was not what we had to pay. Scammed!

Cozy place for bowling near the old town of Biel. The tracks don't seem to have any (big) dents so far, even though I keep seeing examples of how not to bowl. In my opinion, the staff should sometimes intervene to support the railways. The prices for the drinks are not entirely cheap, but this is to be expected. Bowling is charged per round and not per minute. Depending on the group, it can have both advantages and disadvantages. The restaurant has two billiards tables, which are charged for time and are of correspondingly high quality, as well as one where a simple coin insertion is sufficient. There is also a curved air hockey table and a basketball toss game. So variety is ensured. The fumoir is simple and functional. Not a feast for the eyes, but certainly not an eyesore either. On hot days you'll start sweating before you even start bowling. The air conditioning still has significant potential for improvement. It's not that easy to implement in a hall that is so large and sometimes mercilessly exposed to the sun. All in all, a decent facility that I have already visited a few times and will visit again from time to time.

The best bowling alley in the canton of Bern. The prices are good, with 12 lanes there is enough scope and lots of light. The bowling here has the best price in the Region. It could need a makeover but is still a nice place to go for a saturday afternoon or even a night out with the family. We enjoyed birthdays and other family time here. It is our place to go when we want to take it easy and have some bowling fun.

Really they need to improve the service. We were stressed because they nonexistence timing control and they unfriendly answers to us. At the end, they change us the price rate because we were 10 minutes more (without any alert from their side)..Imagine that you're with 12 kids between 4 and 6 years, how you can control them at the same time that you are trying that your group doesn't annoy to other players!
