Unfriendly, unsmiling manager who doesn't even say hello to these customers 1 basic sales course hello smile and thank you I never rant But the hot dog had to be made again because she didn't listen to the order and here is the result in the photo I had a refreshment bar in the past, NEVER WOULD I DARE TO SERVE THIS!!!! The rest of the staff is so cool Smiling and super nice I think the manager will have to question herself

Today, Monday 02.10.23 around 7:15 p.m. I stopped at this station on my way to do some shopping. The lady at the checkout extremely unpleasant, a lady of a certain age, I have nothing against it on the contrary a lot of respect, but this one frankly, she would do better to stay at home. I didn't want to get upset, I put all my shopping back in their places and left. I stopped at the Coop Pronto at Aigle station. I will never set foot in this BP station again and I advise everyone who reads this review to do the same. If I had read all the negative reviews before, I would have spared myself this bad experience.

I'm a regular customer, but unfortunately I've never been welcomed, especially by a slim lady with glasses, who I assume is blonde. This morning, 07/15/2023, I put in the gas and headed to the cash register to make the payment. However, I unfortunately forgot the number of the pump I had used and I politely explained my situation to the lady in question. Her response was extremely unpleasant, marked by contemptuous head movements, and she abruptly told me that I should just look better. I then tried to explain to her that I just forgot and that I was apologizing, then I pointed to the pump in front with my hand to give her an indication but she didn't look at all and continued to ignore me. .. I told him I was going to go check the number. However, she responded abruptly saying that it was no longer necessary to do so and told me the amount to pay, which was 40 CHF so despite my efforts to remain courteous, she continued to respond to me in an abrupt manner. unpleasant, sighing and showing his displeasure. I must admit that I am disconcerted by this recurring attitude. This lady with her unfriendly and bitter behavior did not give me a warm welcome on each of my previous visits. After reading the comments of other customers on your establishment, I see that I am unfortunately not the only one to have been confronted with this bad mood. If you want to ruin your day, you should go there to get gas. Extremely unfriendly, ignorant staff (05/27/22, 11:00). To pay in the shop, I opened the chin part of the flip-up helmet. The lady said I should take off my helmet, it was mandatory here, it was at the entrance door and it was the law in Switzerland. All claims that are not true. There was no sign on the entrance door that you should take off your helmet. So bikers, choose a different gas station than BP

The employees are really rude, the youngest and very friendly, on the other hand the other… I certainly don't know all of them but I have come several times and I have never been well received by this lady that I unfortunately don't know the name, it's borderline if she doesn't throw the articles in my face, she's not friendly in the way she speaks and easily looks down on people... This is a real shame because the rest of the team seems to be fed up with this behavior too… I try to return it as little as often because it's really not pleasant... I'm not the type of person to write this type of message but this is serious... If you don't like contact with people, do another job...

The driver had a problem refueling. The employee initially denied the problem, then scolded the passenger to fill up the tank himself, made fun of the fact that he had failed, then failed herself without being able to provide any solution. In short, 0/5 in friendliness and competence.

12/20/2018 - 5:56 p.m.: "Pitiful" I would like to point out that the lack of politeness of the sales department at the BP gas station was felt. The contemptuous way of naming the customer without even knowing them, and this unpleasant and rude way of treating customers as thieves, without any reason and without any proof gives me, as a passing customer, no longer any desire to put the feet. Unacceptable service!! I found myself in this establishment yesterday afternoon to share a coffee (which was very good by the way). Working in the restaurant business myself, I have never been taken care of by such an unfriendly waiter, without any good manners and with indecent behavior (street vocabulary, dumping of drinks bordering on thrown on the table, pulling his face and the usual greetings do not seem to exist). These kinds of people should not work in catering and damage the image of the profession! Apart from that the terrace is great and the central location too.

Stunning location, delicious food and wonderful staff. From our first visit, everyone could not have been nicer or more accommodating. **Edit** I have since stayed at the hotel and wow were we impressed. The rooms are gorgeous and the evening menu is superb. I made lots of special requests as we were a large group from young children to their grandparents as well as allergies. All catered for and the wine was amazing. It was a genuinely wonderful experience and we are planning a repeat next year. To stay up the mountain is a true bucket list experience. Having read some reviews, I cannot help but wonder if the problems they faced, were more to do with the patrons themselves than the staff here. Honestly, the team have been nothing short of excellent. We first visited last year before moving to Villars, and Hotel du Lac quickly became a firm favourite for our whole family. The wine list is surprisingly good too! Highly recommended.

Fast, efficient and pleasant service! Well served plate, very nice assortment of vegetables, the meat is just delicious and superbly cooked! Attentive and smiling service. Very reasonable price and the quality is there! I recommend!
