BP in Zürich

My last visit to the gas station was disappointing. Even though I was wearing my motorcycle helmet, which has never been a problem, I was called 'illegal' and 'criminal' by the usually friendly Asian cashier, which made me very angry. I regret and apologize for my behavior upon leaving when I gave the middle finger. Despite my disappointment, I am giving 5 stars as a token of apology and appreciation for the Asian cashier who works hard and may not always be happy under difficult conditions. However, I will avoid this gas station in the future.

I don't know where to begin. First, I would never usually write a review on Google about a petrol station, but I couldn't keep this to myself. We filled up the car and ordered a coffee, as we've done many times before. When we got to the register to pay there was an issue with the credit card machine. The lady behind the counter was amongst the most unfriendly, rude and down right horrible service I've received. Fill up somewhere else.

0 stars unfortunately not possible! BP probably still claims today that this gas station has an Adblue pump. SHE'S NOT DOING THAT! Instead, reference is made to the offer of Adblue canisters on site. As a professional, you know very well that these are completely different prices (CHF 0.70 / liter at the pump, CHF 5.- / liter in the canister)! It must therefore be assumed that you deliberately want to use this false scam to lure customers to this gas station, only to disappoint them on site (not to say: rip them off!). Try being honest, it will bring you more success in the long run.

Employees very unmotivated, do not greet and say goodbye to customers well

Always friendly, also accept euros

A month ago I wrote an email to your customer service directly following your suggestion... I'm still waiting for an answer today... Today's visit was again very disappointing. Unfriendly, unmotivated and not customer-oriented manner. Employees always say ask the boss... Wanted to have a new customer card; Answer don't know when it will be back... Uncrowded gas station with non-fuel customers. Unfortunately, sometimes the employees are not so well positioned. Enough to refuel. I would have needed adblue twice, unfortunately it is not refilled often. To have interesting promotions every now and then. If a customer regularly receives a voucher, in my opinion it is not advertised enough.

The "fresh" donut from the counter was probably 3 days old and completely dried out...

A good stop on the way for refilling, coffees, tea and small sandwiches

No ultimat 95 otherwise quite good

This is my go to place on Sundays. The clerk just had the friendliest smile.
