My two cousins and I walked into the shop to buy something nice when suddenly, a short woman with a ton of makeup and fake blonde hair started staring at us. Right off the bat, she accused us of being thieves, screaming that she had “exposed our game” acting like Sherlock Holmes in front of everyone of course, even though we hadn’t touched anything like zil and were only inside for just 10 seconds. It was so embarrassing and awkward, so we decided to leave. The weird lady aka Karen might have lost her mind or perhaps was being racist in some way because we were speaking in another language, though I can’t confirm it yet. Then we tried to find another gas station or kiosk nearby, but unfortunately, there was nothing open at the time, so we had no choice but to go back. As we walked back in, she started whispering, “Oh gosh, not again” in a rude tone. We bought a drink, and as I was paying, I told her I reported your attitude. She literally responded with “I don’t give a da/mn, you can’t do sh/it” and insulted us, as if she owned the whole place, although she’s just a regular cashier. Then she kept harassing us, threatening to call the police if we didn’t leave immediately, despite us not doing anything wrong. I was really heated in that very moment about the entire situation. When we got home, we told our parents what had happened. Forgot to mention, the two of my cousins are literal kids, and I myself am only 18. My uncle was in shock and wasn’t happy at all about the incident and almost didn’t believe us, thinking we were exaggerating, so he headed down to talk to her, but the store had already been closed 15 - 20 minutes earlier. I’ve never experienced or even seen such a thing in over a decade of living here unbelievable behavior. I’d never return there and would advise everyone else to consider the same. I hope the manager sees the report and takes quick action against this employee. P.S.: Apparently, many others in the reviews section has experienced something similar with that staff (I believe named Katia), and yet there have still been no changes.

Good evening, on 03/31/2024 at 9:30 p.m. my children came in to buy a pair of glasses, they didn't even stay a few seconds, there weren't any taken for them to buy so they got in and the cashier who was working shouted that They were thieves and she mocked respect in front of all the customers. The boss must make a real withdrawal. And what's more, I went at 9:45 p.m. she had already left while on the site it was 10:00 p.m. If there is no change I will have to contact the police. THANKS

I walked in with my friends and the lady shouted that we were there to steal even though we didn't touch anything and it was in front of all the customers. We were very embarrassed, so we decided to leave quietly. I hope the boss will react.

Closed early, asked the cashiers to open the door for me, she told me she was already finished and showed me no respect.

Vacuum cleaner: ultra short delay and minimum suction. Honestly not great.

The Saturday morning saleswoman must be taught politeness otherwise she will go and find another job.

Super convenient location for filling up and washing your rental car before returning it to GVA (French or Swiss side)! Friendly staff as well. If you do the car wash, you pay inside and they will give you a card. You drive your car around the back of the BP convenient store and into the car wash chamber, exit your car, then enter the side of the car wash and insert that card into the machine and hit start.

Very unpleasant staff, even aggressive!

We arrived at 9:50 p.m. the shop was already closed..., it's not normal, we have to respect the posted times, this prevents us from traveling for nothing! Very disapointed

Terrible service Worse than the army

The employees are idiots - I called to ask if the chassis wash was working again and they said yes. When I arrived there 2 hours later it was still out of service. A waste of my time - I'm not coming back here again.

Washing station not effective and does not dry. When I make the comment to the staff, they respond. It does this when there are a lot of people….😳 Not commercial at all and not friendly

You are being insulted for free in this BP….I was uncomfortable because there were a lot of customers there that evening. I had never experienced anything like this.

Watch out for the tire inflator machine!!! It is defective, not calibrated. You think to put 2.4 bar but it leaks, you end up with 3.8 bar with a real pressure gauge by checking the pressure. It’s criminal!!!

But what happiness! kindness of the staff, originality and taste! It has become one of my favorite addresses!

I no longer came to this gas station because the welcome there was very unpleasant! Barely hello, speaking Portuguese (sorry I don't speak it..), ignoring you and dismissing you.. This morning, I had the pleasant surprise of being welcomed by 2 charming young ladies, with a smile, with politeness, very warm...it made my start to the day even better despite the rain. Hopefully these ladies stay!!!!!

The evening saleswoman, Katia, is wonderful. She is friendly, welcoming, always in a good mood. I love it. This morning, I brought back three liters of milk that had not expired but was still curdled. I showed them that their entire stock of milk from the same date had become yogurt. It's not the first time, but the saleswoman in the morning received me very badly. I will not say here what was said to me, because it was lamentable towards a colleague and it was none of my business. But it sucks.

I go to this station when I'm in the area, even if I'm just passing through I prefer to stop at this station than go to another where it's less pleasant. The staff very pleasant and friendly, very good station with good products and bread and very good serves, a little expensive but of good quality, Station large enough that there’s room, it’s a pleasure,

Gas station with the standard Swiss prices. At the shop you have several products a the bread they sell there is very good. A little expensive but very good.
