I order a menu plus something else to take away, I take 3 minutes to get home with an insulated bag, cold food, I call and the manager in the evening 07.03.24 tells me on the phone "it's not true, I know what I'm selling", as if I don't... And ends up telling me "I don't want to worry about it" so the top manager! Really unpleasant!! As a result he offered me a portion of fries, how generous!

Small team, pleasant service but venue not very comfortable.

24/7 but don't come in the morning to disrupt their little habits! They know neither jetlag nor professionalism! So yes, we sometimes want a good big Mc d'O one morning at an hour that might seem incongruous BUT you are paid to serve 24/7 and not bombard the customer with unprofessional comments!

This Thursday 25.08, I had the opportunity to eat with satisfaction in the restaurant called McDonald's, where I tasted with undisguised pleasure the "Maxi Best Of" menu enhanced with the "Big Tasty", a generous and exquisite dish, accompanied by the crunchy side of the portion of fries, and harmoniously complemented by the sparkling flourish of Coca-Cola soda. This culinary experience, worthy of mention, turned out to be a very appreciable gastronomic experience.

It's the best McDonald's in Geneva! Friendly staff, delicious food! Highly recommend visiting!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I always find that McDonald’s food is better in Denmark - but here it was also good. Nothing to complain about. The tables were a bit dirty and nobody seemed to go around to wipe them off.

Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars horrible experience that I had in this McDonald's, the employees are unpleasant, I waited 45 minutes for a small order, they had forgotten my order and also that of my friend, I went to ask kindly they gave me after 15 minutes and gave me nothing as compensation, compared to competitors like burger king or kfc where they just took 15 minutes and gave me ice cream right after, I am very disappointed. I hope that the next time I go to a McDonald's I won't have the same experience.

One of the world's most expensive McD's £80 for 5 of us 😄 Nice to have a different menu from the usual UK one. Close to Geneva airport for food and fuel. Not a huge sitting area so be prepared to take out to your car.

4 orders in 3 weeks, Not once without it arriving cold, not once without something missing and when we call them we are asked to move after paying for the delivery. Just pitiful

I mistakenly ordered a Crispy chicken honey for my girlfriend (pregnant) and in fact she wanted chargrill and so I went to explain the situation to the manager that my girlfriend can't eat mustard. And he replied sharply, it's your mistake, what am I going to do with this burger, I'm going to have to throw it away. I think he could have handled this situation differently. I won't go back there again, that's for sure!

As you would expect from a fast food restaurant. Fast service, open all night and weekends. The places are clean and well maintained.

We have number 003 to take it and for some unknown reason the order was canceled and we end up with number 30. More than 40 minutes of waiting and the only thing they tell us is to wait. This is unacceptable, we can't even reach them by phone and no excuses.

Prices different from those charged in Italy, almost double, different menu but same service, fast food open until late, good food. Friendly and professional staff especially the Italian boy who helped us choose from the menu.

Hello, being a regular customer, I expect competence and good humor from the McDonald's team, which is never the case. Rude staff and forgetting at least one product with each order. Please change the staff or talk to your teammates. It is unacceptable.

This restaurant has (in my opinion) gone from 5 stars to 1 star. In 3 months. Wrong delivery (missing a meal!), and as for what is right, it is not at all appetizing. I felt like I was eating a burger out of a trash can.

Hello, I came by today, I took this new Mcraclette bacon and it is disgusting, no taste, the bread is not great with the disgusting sauce, you better add tomato. The bacon doesn't taste good, it's all bland, I don't recommend it to anyone.

Once again an error in my order. The Nuggets were missing. Too far away for me to go back. A word of advice have the order checked in front of you.

ZÉRO POUR LE GÈRENT J'arrive ce soir après une grosse journée de travail, je me dis je suis à côté donc burger.... Manque de bol j'ai pas de masque. Je vois le gérant à l'extérieur et lui demande si je peux lui acheter un masque pour commander et sans un bonsoir ni rien il me dit NON !! Vu qu'il y a une fenetre pour les commande extérieur je lui redemande et la il me redit non. Vous trouvez cela normal pour un put... De MC do....? Merci et plus jamais....

NEVER RETURNING THERE AGAIN January 2020 : Fries were not hot, burger was old and not really tasty... December 2020 : Very very bad reception. The manager told me I couldn't enter the Restaurant because I didn't have a mask. I did indeed have a mask, I added a picture of the type of mask I had, it was pretty much the same but black. You can also see that the Swiss canton of Valais promotes the use of that type of masks for covid-19. The staff was VERY UNPLEASANT, they got mad for no reason, and to the point that they didn't responded when I said bye.

Bien dommage, Nous avions commandés une glace et un menu médium. (Déjà que la borde ne fonctionnait pas). La gentille caissière a dû malencontreusement oublier notre commande. Cela faisait une 10 ene de minutes que nous attendions. Nous sommes allés lui parler pour nous plaindre que nous attendions mais elle nous répond d'un "bah fallait écouter" d'un ton très malveillant et agressif. (le numéro de la commande en question). On lui a alors dit que n'avions pas entendu ni vu notre commande sur la borde des numéros. "Bah fallait regarder". Je comprend qu'en cette période de crise sanitaire tout le monde soit tendu mais pour le coup,cela nous a pas donné envie de revenir. Voilà,nous nous sommes fait remballé avec notre menu médium froid et le mcflurry fondu :).

J'ai voulu redemander des gobelets d'eau pour mes 3 enfants, pas moyens, ils ne donnent de l'eau qu'une fois.
