Crazy experience this Saturday, September 4 at the end of the day! The employees are completely overwhelmed (obvious poor communication), the employee in the room transmits her stress to the entire team and the heavy atmosphere, among the screaming children, quickly makes you regret having stopped there. The tables are not disinfected; the easels are strewn on the tables (we count 3 if not 4 on several tables in the restaurant, we ourselves have to warn the employee dressed in a black shirt that we should think about putting them back in place because there are no more at the terminals); or the receipts which remain blocked in the automatic terminals. Finally, 30 seconds before leaving, we are asked to fill in our details on an iPod that the employee who takes the orders at the checkout and serves them throws into our hands. She leaves, leaves the iPod and it's still up to us to chase after her (because we'd like to leave this zoo) to give it back to her. She blows and tells us that we can leave it on the table and leave, speaking informally... just crazy... McDonald's to avoid!!!

When you eat there, it's okay, but when you pay for the Drive and you don't get what you ordered, it's annoying.

"Service" déplorable samedi passé! Qui plus est, affirmer que c'est fermé à 22h45 alors que ça ferme officiellement à 23h c'est inadmissible! Une preuve de plus (s'il en fallait) que TOUT se dégrade à Genève!

Encore une erreur de commande. Toujours la même chose. Une commande a 50 francs, arrivé à la maison (30 min de route) pas la bonne commande, une commande tout juste a 30 francs... Si ce n'est moins. Que ça me serve de leçon, toujours vérifier... Même quand on paie on est sur de rien au Lignon ! Donnez vous la peine.

LE PIRE Mac Donald’s de Genève !!!!!!!!!!!!!Ils ne doivent pas aimer les végétariens, deux fois que je commande un Veggie et que je reçois un chicken. Après on a le culot de me dire que c’est de la faute au masque, que l’on entend pas bien ! Les frites froides, une feuille de salade dans les burgers et de la sauce qui dégouline à foison. Par contre, les serviettes en papier ne manque pas, vive l’écologie ! ÉVITEZ cet endroit si vous ne voulez pas jeter votre argent par la fenêtre ! Le personnel nous prends pour des quiches, soit disant la commande a été refaite, alors qu’il manque des boissons, des frites et on retrouve au fond du sac des serviettes utilisées !!!!!

Je vais souvent au MacDonald du Lignon. Mais Aujourd'hui j'y suis aller tout c est bien passer...j ai payer mais a propos de ma commande il me manquait ma salade et je suis très déçus...le personnel est impliquée dans leur travail mais si un client paye ça commande il a le droit le l avoir en entier et pas en morceaux... Aujourd'hui je met une étoile mais j espère que la prochaine fois je mettrais 5.
