Very disappointed at first it was really very good then the kitchen was catastrophic or is the real chef? I don't like to write reviews but I'm a cook and a very good cook. I didn't know this brewery and I wanted to taste it. I ate the red mullet fish, my friend ate the tongue, my friend she took the paper ah and I also asked for a flan since it was marked house... So I have a message to the cook who made Our dishes: My fish was cut before cooking! Not good that! Tongue cut too thin! The papet no seasoning! The flan... Ouch ouch it was my exam dessert and my favorite dessert but yours is not a flan and when it arrived I saw it before even eating! Because flan is never served in a cup, it is unmolded, yours was I don't know what it was, but definitely not a flan! And it wasn't really good! So sorry but brother I think you can do better and I'll leave you with my flan recipe as you wish 😉 Lausanne is a city with lots of restaurants and if you continue like this you won't last long!
