Brezelkönig Bahnhof Hardbrücke in Zürich

Not the first time! They let me pay 6.90.- for a hot dog wienerli! And normaly 6.90.- is for “rauchwürst” . Ashame…….

I actually like to shop at Bretzelkönig often, but if the seller wants to sell me the small pretzels at the same price as the original pretzels, which he no longer has, then that's definitely going too far.

Fine pretzel. Unfortunately, in my opinion, it was a bit too expensive and the service wasn't very friendly. In addition, people spoke so quietly that it was difficult to understand the operation in the noisy station environment. It had to be asked several times.

Best pretzel king in all of Zurich, always warm and delicious food. I go there every day to buy something before I go to work and nothing has ever been bad or cold etc. and the employees there are very nice and polite

While I was on my way to visit Neuhausen Rheinfall via Zürich Hardbrücke station with my family, I encountered confusion regarding which gate to proceed through and how to purchase our train tickets. Thankfully, a kind gentleman named Mr. Saweed (Deyar) from BREZELKÖNIG Coffee came to my assistance. He not only guided me on the right gate to go through but also provided instructions on purchasing the train tickets. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Saweed for his support, and I commend BREZELKÖNIG for employing such helpful individuals. It was truly comforting to receive such assistance during our journey.

I am a regular customer at Bretzelkönig. I wanted to pay for my sandwiches with a 100 note and then they said you can't give them back to me like that. I only had the 100 note with me and was allowed to get my breakfast somewhere else, which I will do in the future. Very unfortunate..

I was staying in Hardbrücke so this location was very convenient while coming to the station, slightly hard to locate first time but it’s underground so you have to take the stairs down. Lots of options, it was hard to figure the labels if you don’t know the local language but the staff helped as much despite not knowing English. One suggestion would be to have labels in English and label the vegetarian options separately. I tried the cheese one and it was pretty good both days.

Denied service 20 min before closing. Couldnt explain why. Disappointing.

Expensive for the product they offer. The dough is very rich but the products have very few vegetables.

The pretzel sellers in Hardbrücke are very funny and friendly. There was a salesman there today who shone so wonderfully with his bright eyes and joked with the older man in front of me, which really put me in a good mood today after a long, tiring day at school. :) For a while, the Hardbrücke served chorizos (spicy salami pretzel with racelette) with butter instead of cocktail sauce. This really annoyed me because it is my absolute favorite pretzel! And TODAY there was cocktail sauce in it again!!! Absolutely phenomenal. I'm super happy. Haha.

Sales strategy: false pricing information. More expensive products are marked with lower prices. When I asked, it was explained to me that the higher price tag belonged to a product that was not even on display. However, the correct price tag was completely missing. It's already happened to me twice. I won't buy anything from there anymore.

I buy a sandwich at Hardbrücke very regularly. Every time I show my crown card I feel unwanted. And today I wanted to redeem my 30 crowns and they acted even more unfriendly and complicated so that I couldn't redeem the card. I will no longer use the app and the bonus system in the future and would rather spend the money elsewhere.

There used to be fresh pretzels there. Today they are yesterday's news. Disappointing. The service was friendly and can't do much about it. If you have to have a stand on every corner, the quality usually comes up short.

Very very rude staff! I've been going to Brezelkönig on my way to work for years but today was the last time. I will no longer subject myself to that kind of racist treatment again. Swiss staff would never treat their customers that way. Never again!

I wanted 2 Avocado Silser this morning and I was given 1 Avocado Silser and 1 with meatloaf. Very inattentive I'm a vegetarian. Now I can throw 1 away. 4.00Fr free

The Bretzelkönig at Hardbrücke has understood something that even the kiosk often doesn't check: they are at the TRAIN STATION! You always have the order in your hand after somehow 10 seconds. This is how you have to work! And the quality is always top!

With Too Good To Go the gsi, unfortunately 1 minute after pick-up the gsi and vode the operators or employees were smiling diagonally. Juice drawer!

Food was tasty, unfortunately very unfriendly service from the young lady, not even a greeting or a farewell.

Quality varies greatly here, both in terms of products and service. This ranges from extinguished and disinterested to friendly. I don't buy croissants here anymore. I've already experienced burnt food going into the bag twice and it was almost inedible. At that price it's not possible. But that falls back into the category of the staff, who don't care about it. The hot dogs and are expensive but good, but buying them shortly before closing time is not recommended, as you might end up with a wienerli that has been cooking for hours and has lost all flavor.

Super nice people who sweetened my evening with their friendliness, which was urgently needed from my point of view. I had had a very hectic day at work up to that point.
