Very easy and quick ordering with the QR code, then paying straight away online. When paying, you can specify an individual amount for a tip. The avocado burger was delicious, the 🥓 bacon was a little rubbery but otherwise it was really tasty. However, I found the price to be a bit much, 35CHF is not without... But I can definitely recommend the homemade basil lemonade!

The order is made via the application. Everything tasty and fast. Sweet potatoes with sauce are delicious.

I liked the Burgermeister but the new ordering method is disastrous, not to mention the automatically calculated tip! There is no contact with the staff.

The shop hours say they close at midnight. I arrived at 23hr and the lady said “only to take away”. Didn’t even try to explain. Ridiculous.

Awful service. I arrived and asked for a table while 3 tables were empty. She proposed that I have dinner at the bar instead whole tables remained empty. Well done 👍

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fun but the service was rude. It’s obvious that we are from the states and my husband and I tried to observe our surroundings to make sure we did not disrespect the establishment. But unfortunately we did something wrong and was yelled at in front of everyone. They were frustrated, because we tried to clean up our mess. Maybe the restaurant had a specific system on how they throw trash away. But I believe it was unnecessary to be yelled at over trash.

Nice upper fast food chain. The orders are done completely digitally it works very well for normal day to day operations but causes problems when you want to add special fries to your menu of choice. We got our food really fast, something that surprised me since we were there at lunchtime.

Cool location, there's nothing wrong with it, but it's also not the stunner that you absolutely have to see...

Fast ordering process with the QR. However, a 10% tip was preselected, which in my opinion is not possible in Switzerland. The drinks came super quickly. Friendly service. I liked the burger quite well. Unfortunately, the fries quickly became soggy and the salad dressing wasn't to my liking at all. I think 35 francs for a burger with fries, a small salad and a drink is too expensive. At this price I would expect real cutlery and not a plastic fork - also for the sake of the environment.

The ordering process is not the best. Part of eating out is the personal service you should get from a waiter/waitress. The service you get from this person is how the customer determines the percentage of the tip. You should not ask for tip before any service is performed. Also, if you want to ad a drink or food, you should be able to just tell your server and it be added to the bill. I think this new plan is being done entirely for profit for the business, not to keep customers happy.

Our favorite in Zurich. Friendly staff, BUT ordering online via QR code doesn't work. Depending on how you store your payment method, you will be taken out of the app and have to re-enter everything. That is not how it works... At least the staff is helpful and took the order as usual. That's how it fits 👍.

Ordering service only via mobile phone including payment, as with online ordering with delivery service. I don't go to a restaurant for that. staff does not take orders. We were called stupid because we didn't want to order like that. something like that doesn't work at all, When I asked via headquarters, the answer was only standard sentences, very disappointing

The food was very good and the staff friendly. However, the ordering process is very impersonal and feels more like you're in a drive-through than in a restaurant. Everything is regulated via QR codes and you have no contact with the staff except when they bring the food, terrible!

Very nicely furnished, you immediately feel at home. Ambience (American) I ordered the barbecue burger, got a Texas burger and it was heavenly good. (Other fast food burger places can't keep up with that) My tip for a good meal with colleagues.

Food in general is tiring in Switzerland, but this restaurant is one of the ones we like. It is awesome, and the price for a burger and fries is 24 francs. I loved the Burgermeister, there is an option for everyone, even vegetarians. With an incredible flavor that reminded me of my adolescence during the best bourgeois times of my life. There's a very exotic basil lemonade that's worth trying too. Top service. The nice and cozy place.

Overpriced juice shop once and never again!

The burger wasn't actually that bad, the fries were unfortunately totally soggy :( The staff isn't worth a tip, the entire staff that evening was completely without passion and just busy joking with themselves and chatting about private things, not attentive at all. I I had almost finished eating until I was finally noticed and was able to make a request. They are only there to collect the salary, nothing more. Would I eat there again? No.

Levan is egg. very good cook and colleague of mine. The Burger Meister at the barracks is the best I've been to so far.

Great food in a timely manner. Brilliant place to eat if your visiting Zurich. It's located within a couple minuet walk of the Main train station. The quality of the food is second to none and you get a plentiful portion. Highly recommend.

Burger meal menu is worth the money. The burgers are not too big. Please reserve beforehand. It's usually crowded.

We had BBQ burger and chilli cheese burger, both burgers were really very good, I like the simple build of the burger. Sweet potatoes fries were great. We had also chicken wings which were super hot in terms of temperature and got burned. Also getting only 5 small wings for 13 Fr. was not good price to value thing. Atmosphere and service was nice and they have good selection of beer. Recommending reservations.

📝 Good burger option in the city: no fast food but also not too fancy nor pricey. Service was polite and quick. 🍴 There's a good choice of burgers, sides and drinks. I had the chilli cheese option: super tasty, although the bottom part of the bun was slightly melting, making it a bit harder to eat. 📍 Very quickly reached from Zurich main station. It feels pretty much like a pub, where sport events such as e.g. CL matches are displayed.

Today I came to eat burgers again after a long time and I found the quality has deteriorated in terms of the taste. I hope you do it like you used to because I actually like coming to eat with you

The cocktails are really expensive and really bad, mine merely had alcohol. The burgers are good.

The young waiter welcomed us in a friendly manner and we were allowed to choose a seat. When we received our drinks, the waitress came up to us and said very rudely that we couldn't sit there. Apparently it is tragic for two people to sit at a table of four, even though other tables of four were occupied by two guests. That was unfair and we will not allow ourselves to be bossed around. This waitress with a Spanish accent should get another job. It's best not to have customer contact. We're never coming back.

Me and my friends had dinner here last night, it was very tasty and the burgers looked really good. They had a large selection of fries sauces and I would recommend the truffle sauce. All in all a great shop with good service!

Very good burgers, definitely the best in Zurich, simple but suitable ambience and service, sometimes better, sometimes a little worse.

We ordered the Chilli cheese burger and bbq burger. Bun was soft. Great satisfying meal. You can add 7.90 CHF to make it a meal, with fries/coleslaw and a drink. Sat outside to enjoy the breeze. Ambience inside was great as well. Worth a try if you’re craving for burger!

I didnt have a chance to try it. They seated us and we waited for maybe 20 minutes with no service. We called to order and we were ignored and we left.

The menu lists 3 "vegetarian" burgers and says "vegan options also available". When I asked about the vegan options, the waitress got observably annoyed and told me to look at the ingredients. Food was pretty bland. I won't be coming again.

I ordered chili cheeseburger, which I considered one of the best burgers I ever had. Beside the burgers and everything else, the waitress is extremely friendly and welcoming and take the experience into another level. Definitely worth and definitely I’m coming back.

Food okay, ordered burger without onions and the service staff joked that it would come with extra onions and that's how it was. The service only speaks English, not a word of German.... yes it is Zurich but oh well.......

I had dinner with my girlfriend on July 31st, 2023. 1 day later we felt sick and sick..stomach pain, vomiting and the other thing too..I only recovered a little from the whole thing on Saturday Never again!!!!!

Service was very friendly here. I received the wrong burger at first, but got the right one very quickly. Just be friendly and it won't be a problem at all. The price was great for this meal and it was filling. I had an avocado burger with cole slaw and cola. My husband had a BBQ burger with sweet potato fries and a beer. We were very satisfied and would happily recommend this restaurant in the heart of Zurich, near the main station, again.

Burgers haven't changed, they still taste delicious and like you would need just 1 more :D. Personnel are usually very kind, on some days there are not enough waiters though, so you might bring some time with you.

They used to do some of the best burgers in town. Meat quality went down the past 2 years. Very good service and welcoming atmosphere.

You absolutely have to change your staff. Almost all waitresses are cheeky and respond to our requests with lack of enthusiasm. (Gestures & facial expressions). In any case, the waitresses are “kings” here and not the other way around. Please learn German too.

Best burger in town, meat taste great, almost like smashed burgers, and for cheap compared to other burger restaurants and zürich..

The boss there (who speaks Spanish to his MA) screws people over. Be careful not to let him rip you off. I will never eat there again. I've never experienced anything like this in a restaurant. He doesn't care about the guests!

If you want to eat a Burg, this is the place to go. We ate well and were treated professionally. Costs are the same as burgerkink or McDonald's, but much better quality. I highly recommend it.

Was there yesterday, the food was really very good, I'll definitely be back soon, the prices are really high so I don't come often but rarely. I find that the tables are very close to each other, a little uncomfortable when you can hear voices from left and right all the time but not the person in front of you. Let me start with the good: Burger and sweet potato fries were perfect. That's what we came for and that's why the review has 4* and not less. Now for the less favorable: 1. Service: No smiles were shared today. Exception was a last man (probably a manager?) who resolved the issues with us - he was really good and friendly, exactly how everybody should have been. 2. The coleslaw was a bad joke. Tasteless, the portion laughable (look at the photo). The portion was resolved after an inquiry if this is normal portion size. 3. The coffee (latte macchiato) you see on the photo. Came extremely hot - like burn your mouth hot. In a glass that is not meant for coffee - you couldn't hold it without tissue wrapped around. And when it cooled down, the taste was... Not there. Tasted like dirty skimmed milk. Like you use half sachet of instant Nespresso in full glass of scorching hot milk. Foam? Non existent. As said the coleslaw and later the coffee were both resolved with the staff. The core of the business, the burger with fries, were great.

Nice place near the train and bus station. Fast service with friendly staff. Average food and honest prices. Advised.

it's simply a really solid delicious chilly cheese burger. time to burger is unbeatable, only time to order and time to pay are easily beaten.

Went in as a couple without a reservation. We were immediately given a free seat. But three seconds later we were politely asked to move to another seat by another service person. Very nice service, hamburgers & fries delicious. Just as good quality as on Landstrasse and Oberdorfstrasse in Zurich. I'd love to come back. When the place is full it gets pretty loud. Music matched the ambience.

Burgers taste good, service is nice, but the price of a cheeseburger has risen to 16.50 CHF in the last two years. Almost +20%. Unjustifiable.
