Good as always, the Hotel staff are very friendly and kind....And also some photos of our day in the snow with a spectacular dinner that was really good....

Unforgettable hike in the snow of March, magnificent views with sun and blue sky, I recommend.

We bought a day ticket for paragliding. Once we reached the top, the fog thickened and flying was out of the question. A little disappointed, we went back down to the valley. As a courtesy, the tickets were refunded to us. I found it to be a great and extremely customer-oriented service, which I really appreciate. Thank you!

Amazing views from this cable car

On weekdays, no queues, the cable car runs every 20 minutes. Nice and helpful service. A very nice walk along the panoramaweg, possibly with a stroller. Upstairs there is a playground for children and a bobsleigh track.

Perfect to switch off and enjoy.

The pommel was the worst I've ever been on. Fell before the end not sure how people don't.

Unfortunately, with two sick children, the ski vacation had to be canceled earlier than planned. The Brunni-Bahnen fully refunded us the costs (multi-day ticket) of the unused days, which I really appreciate.

Everything was to my satisfaction, there is nothing to criticize.

Brilliant, we went sledding with our daughter, she had a lot of fun and so did we...

A very nice ski area. Particularly suitable for beginners. They can practice here in a wonderfully sunny location on the "magic carpet" and easy (blue) slopes, while good skiers can also switch to the red or even black slopes. The only thing that is a bit of a shame is that there is no valley run from Ristis.

You buy your ticket in the SBB app and then still have to queue because the staff are not able to let customers through the barrier. It had mediocre customers at that time. Badly organized.

The cable car takes you up the mountain in no time. It's really sunny up there. I think it's a shame that you no longer play Franz Arnold's Brunni Liäd while driving. So I had to sing it to my son. “D Natuir makes me a gift, here’s Brunni, I felt good and tanked hiä ufäm Brunni”

You can enjoy this once the gondola has taken you up. At this point a huge thank you to the railway employees. Despite the big crowd and difficult visitors, friendly and accommodating. TOP. On the scale of 1 to 10, we give it a straight 12. LG Werner and Ueli

It was simply breathtakingly beautiful, we even got to see a 🐐 in the snow from the gondola, I'm already looking forward to the next time.

I took the chair lift up with the boy. With 2 sledges at the valley stadium, the employee wasn't that helpful. But the employee at the top of the mountain helped us. The one sharp left turn on the piste needs to be better secured. Then cross-country skiers come to the Berghoch slope. Or some skiers cross the sled run in the middle of the forest.

Restaurant Risti, we had a wonderful New Year's Eve celebration, fine food and excellent service, absolutely recommended!

The gondola ride for 1 senior is very cheap, up to 39 fr plus you could choose between 3 menus which are included in the price. As an adult, I had to pay the normal price of 34Fr without a menu or anything else. The food was good in Rist's station restaurant you get a good portion of Alpburger with fries. The burger was tasty, the meat was good, there was a bit too little sauce in it for me, otherwise everything was good, the fries were just right, not flabby and not too hard. Ideal for children and you can also go tobogganing.

Great area on the sunny side of Engelberg. Whether Ristis or Brunni with Härzlisee, always an experience. Very nice hiking area.

Visited on 30th May 2023 If you have swiss travel pass, don't miss this place, spectacular beauty. The Brunni cable car comes free with swiss travel pass, but have to pay for the chairlift if you plan to go further up.

Great excursion destination for families but expensive compared to other places

Have pre-ordered tickets. But the cashier couldn't find them. But she quickly decided to create the necessary tickets for us quickly and easily. That was great of her, although there was a huge queue. Was great from checkout 1.

Nice excursion area for a day or even longer. Hiking, climbing, biking, etc. with or without children, there is something for everyone

Great, the kids are free in the summer, thank you very much. We tried out the new marble run and the globi treasure hunt and were all happy, so hiking is fun. If you're ignorant, you'd be hoping for a little more friendliness at the train station.

It was not crowded on Saturday morning. People at the cashier are always very friendly and helpful (even speaking English if it's necessary).

Very friendly and helpful staff. When the weather is nice, it's definitely worth driving up and putting your feet in the cold lake water.

It was wonderful, even if it was partly inundated with tourists. The swimming area and the water park are a paradise for kids of all ages. The toboggan run was very popular.

Top staff, very friendly, even at the chair lift, but I would have liked to have had help closing the bracket with 2 kids and a backpack. Otherwise, we only met great staff during the treasure hunt. Keep it up, we're coming back from the Zurich Oberland

I had questions and the staff answered them in great detail.

Last trip at 4:30 p.m. This really doesn't have to be the case in summer. Has already had its best years. At least not very modern for me, but OK. The price isn't exactly cheap either and there's no way to book the return later if you're unsure about the descent. All in all, there is still some potential for improvements such as: Longer operating times, cheaper "upgrade" tickets for the descent if you have already paid for the ascent. And a renovation of the chairlift seats.

We were told we couldn't buy a ticket at the top, so ended up buying a return when we only wanted one way down. There was however a Kasse at the top. So...

Engelberg is a very beautiful place with many hiking trails for young and old and various ski slopes. In addition to the restaurant, there is a beautiful playground and a summer toboggan run on the Ristis

Amazing place! On the way up, beautiful view of Engelberg, and on the first stop, spectacular views of the Alps, and trails with breathtaking views! It's worth taking a ride on the rodelbahn if you don't go in winter. In addition to the Titlis, an unmissable visit in Engelberg!

What a beautiful experience!!!! It's expensive, but it's worth it, besides being beautiful, well located, great infrastructure, there's even room for a picnic or grill.

Perfect place to experience a cool day of skiing with children. The children's slopes with the carpet lifts are ideal for beginners👍 my son just wants to come here to ski. It makes him really proud, and of course me too, that he learned to ski here. It is also convenient that you can rent skis on site for the little ones. This means you don't always have to transport things back and forth. Price performance, ski rental and lift are more than fair! And a visit from Globi on the slopes makes children's eyes shine. What more could you want👍

Not many people, god day for a walk down

Family and friendly. As in almost every ski resort, the food is not cheap, but tastes better than average.

A very nice place for a day of skiing with the whole family. For the little ones there is a magic carpet and a drag lift. There is a comfortable three-person chairlift for the older ones. There are many options for a break in between; Stay in the restaurant with very good food, soak up the sun in the free deck chair or have a crepes with coffee on the sun terrace. Price-performance is TOP. YES, we will go again.

When the weather is nice, the SAC Brunnihütte and the Ristis restaurant are 'Top of Switzerland' with a fantastic view 🙂.

Nice winter experience with small children. The Globi can be found on Wednesdays and weekends.

Children's ski lift lots of parking 5.-/day

Very unfriendly employees at the Ristis chairlift station. Were there on February 4th, 2023 and wanted to go sledding like every year. We were traveling with 5 children, the smallest 7 years, 9 (with disabilities), 11, 13, 14 years. The MA with (2 piercings on his lips) was very impatient every time we wanted to pass the barriers (few people, no queuing at all, there was no one behind us) and when I stood on the side to wait for the smallest one (green/ red traffic light) I was very rudely asked to sit down on the armchair. The other one with the broom in his hand hit the conveyor belt with it and shouted that they have to stand there!!! Zero understanding for small children or children with disabilities!!! Another time, when my 11-year-old daughter wanted to pass, I observed how she was treated very forcefully again. We all lost interest in your toboggan run because we were literally jostled stupidly every time. Next time we'll go to more family-friendly cable cars!

We went in January and it was a winter wonderland definitely worth experiencing! We took the cable cart and ski lift and did some cool sledging.

Beautiful and inexpensive ski area

A back and forth cabin gondola with lots of glass. Up and down 3 times an hour. 65 m/f are allowed in, but you don't want that. Then you are in a state of mute. Another beautiful thing

We were ripped off. Paid CHF 139.- and the normal price per head would have been 39.- per person. We were 3 people. When we asked if there was snow and you could drive at the top, we were assured that there was snow at the top and you could drive. When we got to the top, the man from the gondola didn't want to let us go to the slopes because the weather was bad. Staff down in the valley not informative. CHF 139.- for nothing exactly the 2 hour journey! It's better to be honest with customers and close the slopes than to take money out of people's pockets! No more!

Ripped off!!!!! Called extra on tomorrow, we were assured that the slope was open and everything was fine. An extra 2 hour journey from France for nothing! CHF 139.- for 3 people on the info desk at reception is 39.- per person. The ladies couldn't explain the price difference! By the way, driving above was not possible! Wonder what we paid for. Drive home disappointed! We will definitely not visit this ski lift again!

Everything was easy with a wheelchair in the cable car, unfortunately there was no wheelchair parking space at the valley station. Unfortunately, despite SwissTrac, you can only travel half of the Globi Schatzweg because at some point it becomes too steep and too rocky unless you take the chairlift up the road (I haven't tried it myself). In winter there is a parking space (max. 10 minutes) that can be used free of charge by wheelchair users, perhaps this also applies in summer.

After the lady at the service desk finally managed to end the phone call with her friend, you could then book something. The slope itself is overloaded with Asian bus tourists without any skiing experience... possibly just a snapshot... but very tiring. Children's burger costs around 15 francs. There are no single trips or points tickets.. you may have to pay up to 90 francs for a trip.. the different tickets are very confusing.. Brunni.. downstairs up? Engelberg? Why is it the guests' job to see through it and study it??? In real ski areas this is clearly regulated and organized. The young ski instructor was able to save one star because she actually got 5 stars... but she simply couldn't revise against all the negative points. When I look at the other reviews, this isn't an isolated case and they don't seem to have any interest in changing anything... it's a shame...

Very nice for winter sports and hiking

Perfect to refresh snowboarding skills. Be nice if prices were reduced when the snow limits the slopes to only one. Friendly staff, useful sports outlet. All in all, great!
