Nice host family, delicious food and very child-friendly. Very easy to reach in summer. We would love to come back when we are in Engelberg.

A very comfortable and clean family-style hotel. The scenery outside the restaurant window is so beautiful. It is definitely worth the price in Switzerland. The boss is very friendly and would recommend it to more self-driving friends.

The hotel is just old and therefore not very soundproof. But it has a lot of charm, is very clean and the price/performance ratio is unbeatable. And first of all the service - you feel like you're at home!

We didn't stay here but had a fantastic fondue evening in the restaurant. Highly recommended.

Went for lunch on October 22nd, we were all happy. The service staff is very friendly and attentive.

Simple but tasty food, very interesting wine list (the house wines are excellent), pleasant and well-kept service. And the place is simply magical, whether the weather is nice or bad!! Worth a visit
