A good address for authentic and excellent Thai cuisine, at the same price as a pizza! The restaurant is small and often crowded at lunchtime with people coming to get the take-away. Served quickly, the typical dishes are often copious.

This place has become my favorite restaurant in Neuchâtel, mainly because of their delicious pad Thai, which I highly recommend. The portions are generous for a more than reasonable price. The only downside is that the place is small, so it's best to arrive early to be sure to get a seat. However, apart from that, the food is delicious, some of the drinks are original, which reinforces my recommendation for this place.

Very very bad reception. The food is okay but what counts for more than 50% of the bill is how you are welcomed. Cold and authoritarian staff. No sense of customer service.

Frankly, the food is excellent... And what about the price? It's just incredible. Homemade, authentic... On the other hand, the setting is frankly not great... With the upcoming closure of Thrace de Soie, they should think about opening something a little more "chic" in town (plus of the current formula, to keep too!!!). A terrace is also missing...

The food here is so good, I would give it 5 stars without a second thought. Unfortunately, they only use chicken from Brazil, which is a real shame and doesn't do justice to the quality of the food! It's better to charge 2 francs more and use Swiss chicken.

Thai waitress a bit rocknroll, but fun. Extremely good dishes, I, who am a big fan of green curry, was not disappointed. Served very quickly too, it's a perfect restaurant to eat and move on to something else.

No hello upon arrival. Asks us to hurry up and eat because they are supposedly closed, even though this is not the case on their schedule. When serving, pressure to finish the dish as quickly as possible. Two of my friends had finished eating before me and the waitress came to clear their dishes and brought us the receipt to pay, without having finished the dish. In addition, on the menus it is not mentioned that the dishes cost CHF 2.- more than what is mentioned on the menu. I do not recommend this restaurant after 1:00 p.m., the service is deplorable, they almost throw the menu in your face and cause stress. Unfortunately their dishes are good but I won't go back there again. PS thank you for saying hello and goodbye to your customers!!!

It's rare to get a real sense of Thai hospitality in Switzerland. I was happy to have found it here. They smiled warmly l, opened the door, and let us dine-in even when they were supposed to be closed between lunch and dinner. My pad see yew was flavourful, and the papaya salad packed a freshly sour and sweet punch.

Thai restaurant in the city of Neuchâtel, Switzerland 🇨🇭. Been there a few times already and it is one of the best Thai restaurants in the city! Prices are more then correct for what they offer, there a variation of choices. All plates are 17 if you eat on site and 15 if you take to go. Every dishes I’ve tried there have always been delicious, careful with the red and green curry that are a bit spicy. Would recommend !

Ordered a prawn green curry with rice. So yummy, I have finished all then remembered didn’t take photo. I went to the restaurant around 5pm before opening time which is 5:30pm. The lady happily take me in and offered to order takeaway. Definitely recommend it! Curry with rice which is 16.5Fr.

I almost wanted to give a 1 star: why ? To tell the truth about these lies we can read when looking at the 1-2 stars reviews ! NO : the prices have not doubled ! And the fried rice is amazing and still under 20.- NO : the owner is not unfriendly at all! We went with my wife and daughter, and the owner had some very kind interaction with my little one, and us ! NO : the food is neither burned, nor too spicy (except if you ask for it). It's just amazingly perfect ! PLEASE, DON'T MISS THE CHANCE TO GO AND EAT THERE! (Or takeaway)

I ordered the “Pad Thai chicken” which was delicious and above all a large quantity for 16frs50. For good eaters you are served :) I highly recommend and open until 10:30 p.m., closed Mondays. On the other hand, it is difficult to find a parking space nearby, I recommend the municipal parking lot, Seyon or Ecluse.

You could think you were in Thailand with the simplicity of the place, noisy and small. Unfortunately, it tastes like stock cubes and cheap industrial sauce.

I went there confidently and until the last second before ordering thanks to a customer who told me it was very good.. Excuse me, but you must never have eaten well in your life to find the food in this restaurant good! It was almost disgusting in my opinion and yet I'm the forgiving type.... Well, I only had the spicy soup which was actually sweet and a disgusting and poorly cooked pad thai. I give the benefit of the doubt for the other dishes but I leave the task of tasting to people more daring than me... In short, a must for lovers of Asian cuisine. And as a bonus when the waitress saw that I had paid the exact extra, collected the money without thanking or goodbye even though she had been rather pleasant and smiling until then... We feel that they are there to make money, all the same!

This is one of the best value for money restaurants in Neuchâtel. However, the interior is small so there may not be enough space. Come a little early for your meal. Takeout is also available.

It's rare to find authentic Thai tastes.

I really like this place. It’s really not easy to eat such authentic Thai food. Friends who like to eat fish must try this fried fish. The fish meat is thick, the portion is large, and there are few bones. We paired it with salad dishes, which were sour and spicy. Just like sushi must be paired with ginger and wasabi, every bite of fish after mixing with vegetables is as fresh as first love. Moreover, the Thai lady in the store is so sincere. She really cares about the customer's overall dining experience and makes the meal warm.

Good value for money... 😭 I ate the main menu + side menu for 25 francs and was very full and happy at this restaurant 👍🏻 Try the Pad Thai (chicken) version... it's sour and plentiful ✨ But the tom yum goong is a bit sweet and the taste is so soft that it's powerful. Recommended for those looking for stimulation😨The staff were cheerful and seemed to be popular with locals.

Very disappointed, portion not at all satisfactory. The most striking thing was this "plastic" taste present in the noodles.

Double disappointment 1. Tom yum soup which I would describe as bland and sweet and not spicy as one might hope (at least a little, even in its version adapted to the Western palate) 2. The duck with red curry which was more like a sweet and sour (canned) fruit salad garnished with a few rare pieces of meat. First and last time at isaana, there are (real) Thai take aways in the region which are much better in my opinion
